Elnara laughed. "Well someone had to have," she pointed out to him with a grin, "since they all seemed to know who you were when they first saw you - and I never said anything, and I'm pretty sure Triton didn't. After all, he did say that he wouldn't."

And then she continued with the introductions - might as well, she thought.

"And Lore," she grinned, giving his hand a quick squeeze, "this is Kara, who adopted me ... Donovan ... and my mother, Serenity."

Lore blushed even more if that was possible, most wouldn't think guys blush but they do, and with skin as pale as Lore's it just tended to show up a bit more.

"I see.... it is a pleasure to meet all of you as well... and..." he nodded at Kara and Donovan, "Again as the case maybe."

Celebor tugged on Elnara's arm to make her kneel beside him, then reached up and whispered in her ear: "That your mommy, Mommy?"

Elnara grinned and put one arm around his shoulders. "She is indeed, Celebor," she nodded. "And do you know what that makes her to you, then?"

Celebor's eyes grew wide, and he broke into a huge grin. "She's our nako!" he giggled; and he ran over to Serenity and stopped just in front of her, putting his hands behind his back and looking up at her with a lopsided, mischievous grin.

"You're my nako?" he asked her eager, eyes bright with excitement. "Did you see where Mommy growed up? Cos she says someday I can go there too! Did you see there?"

Elnara laughed and went over to join them for a moment. Putting one hand on Celebor's head to quiet him, she said, "Mother, this is my son, Celebor;" and giving Serenity an extra little squeeze: "My daughter, Serenity ... and I guess you already know Skye." She laughed again.

Serenity tried to hide her face in Elnara's neck, blushing furiously, one finger in her mouth - but her eyes were drawn to the strange woman who looked so much like her mommy. Save for the fact that Elnara was six inches taller than her mother, and that Serenity now looked so much older, one might almost be able to mistake one for the other - and that was good for the young Serenity. It made her feel better. A little less shy. Though still, for the moment, not enough for her to speak or want to go to the strange woman.

Skye giggled and poked Lore's nose. "Ce'bor miss Nako, too!" she told him.

Lore smiled at that as he tried not to be too embarassed by the attention (good attention he might add).

"Skye likes to feel me speak I think," Lore murmured, "And she likes to learn," well to be fair all of Elnara's children loved to learn.

It was pretty hard to miss the commotion that was going on outside. Not that it was loud, but it was pretty chattery compared to the usual. Triton was helping out in the kitchen as usual, seeing as the twins couldn't cook, nor could Feng and Ryu but they haven't managed until recently to stay on their feet long enough to do so, and the only other person that could was babysitting.

The Neko poked his head out of the kitchen door and raised a brow.

"Serenity? Lore?"

Serenity looked up at the familiar voice, and her grin grew wider.

"Triton!" she exclaimed happily. "Hi! It's good to see you again! How have you been?"

Kara laughed a bit, "You caught me, we thought it would be a fine idea. Since afterall Elnara has adopted some Seconds," she began with a smile, "Of course Lore being here just makes it better."
