um ya there are so many worse villians than have been posted e.g. the guy who kills ryoko *from Tenchi Muyo* then there are the Vizards from bleach i mean wtf how did Davy Jones get up there he's a frigg'n squid headed crab man wth seriously people put some thought into it and go Arisuhime censorship is evil

I hate to point this out, but Davie Jones cursed countless souls to drift eternally across the oceans of the netherworld, not to mention stealing souls and trapping them on his ship. I mean, that's a little more evil than wacking a space pirate or two . . . I mean, hell you could kill a dozen or so before you're more evil than someone who would curse countless people eternally just to get back at their ex girlfriend. And Samus Aran, a "hero", spends her time killing millions of space pirates and we wouldn't call her evil. Darth Vader, chick he whiped out all of the Jedi, including the younglings, all those little kids who trusted him. This is a dude who tried to kill his own children, he tortured his own daughter to find out where here adopted family was so he could go MURDER them. He killed his former master/teacher/best friend, blew up an entire planet and enslaved an entire galaxy . . . yeah that's evil. Kagato and the Vizards by comparison, they don't even have a chance.

So, I've been a little wired and stressed recently (I know, I hide it so well . . . heh. . . okay so subtlety isn't one of my strong points) and when I'm stressed I get kind of . . . compulsive/obsessive. Last time, I played video games (mostly Dynasty Warriors) incessantly. It was kind of extreme. But anyway, this time around its been Anime. I've been watching a shitload of anime.
So I just finished up with Death Note, and I have to say that Light Yagami might be a pretty good candidate for an incredibly evil villain. After all, what's more evil than believing oneself to be the embodiment of good and justice when you're murduring countless people?

Davy Jones, especially from the classic time period was evil man.
If you're talking Pirates of the Carribean, yeah, squid head might not seem that evil...
And Ive not played FF7 yet, so I cannot say on whether or not sephoroth is ebil or not.
