Rajin could only do one thing in time to protect himself. He lifted his left leg and sunk his right leg into the ground. He had become a human circuit and transfered the electricity from one point of his body where it had entered to the another where it could exit through the ground, his submerged foot. The electricity had safe passed through him however he was feeling sluggish from the jolt.

Seeing as how Rajin chose only to have defended himself from the electricity (which would still do a great deal of damage, regardless) the giant wave of flame rolls over him, baking his flesh and burning his hair, incinerating clothing and flammable materials kept on his person. The end result smells alot like chicken.
Xio landed on one foot, blades held laterally across his body with elbows bent. "That is how we deal with things in the Fire Nation." He stalked across the small, scorched battlefield, and pulled Rajin out of the ground while calling for the medics.
"I'm going to make sure you don't die. We'll send you back to your masters in the Earth Kingdom, notifying them that we acknowledge this as an attempt on the fire nation's new leader." Xio bent down close to his opponent, who... thanks to dealing with the electricity, would have remained conscious. "It hurts, doesn't it? What do you have to say for yourself? Or do you still want to struggle?"

As Rajin lay there on the ground he could only feel pain. He was able to see his opponent standing over him and his fury began building up again. He hated to think that he could lose to a fire bender. The earth beneath his back cradled him and then soon he disappeared beneath the stone. And a moment later he erupted out of the ground completely suited in his stone armor once more. He rose half way across the field staring down his opponent. All that was keeping him going by this point was sheer will and hatred. But even with that he would last long.

He struggled to lift his arms into the air but as he did a wall of earth rose behind him. Perhaps this was his last effort. He stood there for a couple of seconds to regain his breath while holding his arms in mid air. But then he swung them down in the direction of Xio. The enormous wall flew forward sailing along the floor until it would reach its target and finally crash down upon him. As it sailed though, it fell short and turned to rubble right before his armor did as well. Standing there staring at his opponent with a dazed look on his face he thought how he failed. He shortly fell to the ground, landing on the flat of his back once more. The pain from the burns was so excruciating he could not even muffle out a moan.

Rajin laid there in thought until he heard the medics running toward him. He was still defiant and full of hatred. He was ashamed to see what had happened to him but all could still be put right. He laid there allowing the medics to treat his burns but before the could lift and haul him away he sunk into the stone and disappeared from all sight.

Xio shrugged, letting the assassin go. There was no way he was a threat to Fire Lord Kuzon if he could not land a blow upon himself, first. Then again, not many people could, the earthbender had done well enough on his just own. The fire in Xio's eyes cooled and he sighed, turning to catch back up to Kuzon and the other nobles.

Kazuki walked around looking at everything. He was wearing an all black cloak and a large gourd inside the gourd was pure water from the Northern Tribe he also had his hood up. Kazuki walked around looking for the guy who beat up Raji, two fire nation gaurds then saw Kazuki walking around and went up to him.
"You there boy. Stop this area is not for you to be in." they said Kazuki stood there and said nothing. He keep walking forwards. "We are warning you stay back." they said as the first gaurd step foot first and shot a line of fire at him, Kazuki spun to the left to dodge and then on his side he saw a small fountain, he moved his hands up and then towards the benders as he spun out of the way of the flame, the water rised and sent the fire benders into the wall.
Kazuki then gently pushed both arms forwards and blew on the water as it froze into ice having them stick to the wall.
He keep moving forwards to find this new opponent.

Kazuki keep running catching up to the Fire Nation Soilders who where protecting the Fire Lord. "Ok now to find the one in the cherry red cloak or the one who beat up Rajin." Kazuki said running pass them all the regular soilders.

From amongst the normal soldiers Kazuki passed through to get this close to the procession, an arm jutted out precisely two inches from his throat, bursting out fluidly from beneath a charred-grey cloak. At the speed Kazuki would be running at to bypass the elite guardsmen of the realm, who were a great deal more experienced than the waterbender, it would be quite literally impossible for him to do anything more than be clotheslined rudely.
The owner of the arm waved the guards along ahead. "Two assassins, one day. Another day in Fire Nation, boys. Just stay alert in case it's a two-pronged attack." The voice was imperious, lordly, and yet the words were said with familiarity and a dinstinct casual feeling - the sound of someone bored.
Sanada Xio, heir of the Sanada Clan and champion of the all-nation tournament, turned his impassive eyes to the intruder. "I sense no heat about you... I smell no scent of musky earth... the air does not stir to comfort you. You are either a fool, or a waterbender... if the latter, then you are both. Both the Earth Kingdom and Water Tribes sending assassins out for the life of the new Fire Lord? These are peaceful times, without war! Yet here, you bring war to us... I will be sure to leave your tribesmen in smoking ruin." Xio tossed the cloak aside, revealing dark red armor... the color of blood or a ripe black cherry-red. The armor, and the blades accompanying it were apprently Japanese in design, but the accoutrements were more acceptably Chinese.
"Stand, assassin. Your mission has already failed." Xio waited, precisely three feet from Kazuki, whom, if physics held true, would be on his back at the moment, trying to get his air back. Notably, Xio did not attack prone enemies.

Kazuki smiled as he grabbed his throught. "Nice one, but that was rather rude don't you think. Also I am not here to kill anyone unless your the guy that beat up one of my friends. I was here to speak to the fire lord but judging by how your speaking your not going to allow this are you?" Kazuki said standing up and leaping back three more feet to keep a distance. He then took the large gourd of water off his back and then too the corck off of it and poored water around his body in a circle after that he left the gourd half way full and placed it back on his back.
Kazuki smirked "I remember you, I saw you fight at the tournament. Your the winner right? What was your name.....oh yeah Sanada Xio. Oh another thing because you seem to want to fight me, I am going to get you out of my way and I am going to go speak to this so called Fire Lord about the war my self. If you don't know who I am I will tell you. I am Kazuki Fuuchoin the Waterbending Beauty." Kazuki said winking at Xio. "You know you look like a hot temperd guy. I wounder if thats true about all you fire benders." Kazuki said sliding his right foot behind him and putting the left one infront on the water. He began to just move his left hand above the water to make it look like he was bending, but nothing was happening. He was really prepairing for a defence attack.

Xio watched the waterbender impassively, not caring one way or another. "I've... 'beaten up', to use the vernacular, many peoples' friends. Why should I remember yours? Aside from that, if you want an appointment with the Fire Lord, file an application with his secretaries... you don't sneak into our country and attempt to flag him down in person, that'll get you killed." Completely contrary to what Kazuki had implied, Xio was in no way a hot-head, he was the exact opposite, actually.
"Now, if that's all your business... I AM a noble, I have work to do, papers to sign. Things of that nature, all of which are more important than you wasting my time if you just want an appointment with Lord Kuzon." Xio folded his arms, watching, waiting.

Kazuki smirked "I'm sorry, I should have let you know this is information of this so called war and being the Millitary Comander of the Water Tribe, I have full permition to be here, what if I was delivering a message to have the water nation join the side of the Fire nation." Kazuki said smiling "This guy is not going to attack me first......look like I am going to have to wait this out a little more." "You know my friend was here not to long ago, an Earth Bender, goes by the name of Rajin. I think you remeber him sinks into the ground. Likes to mimic styles sometimes." Kazuki said smiling noticing not too many water sources a few fountains and small streams. "Ring any bells yet. Besides if your not the one who hurt him, then I have nothing more to speak to you about, I am just going to talk to the Fire Lord about this little miss understanding." Kazuki said leting his right hand into the air and then the water he poured on the ground in a circle spun around his body and then into his palm, as Kazuki waved it over the gourd the water fell back into it. Kazuki then took a few steps forwards

The firebending prodigy's eyes hardened, and he stared harshly at Kazuki. "You lie, assassin. Your little earthbender friend attempted to take the life of Lord Kuzon, and if you're with him, you're no official at all. You're just another pathetic assassin who wishes to throw your life away." The temperature in the area began to skyrocket as Xio's power awoke... bending ice within sixty feet of Xio would be damn near impossible.
"Maybe I should not have been so kind, I let him live, I did not torture him, I had our medical staff care to and assist him, and I let him go when he attempted to flee. I had hoped your lot had some measure of honor and understanding, but apparently you are all vermin, after all. Rest assured, you go no further. I am Sanada Xio, my essence is the virtue of the flame."
True to his words, flames manifested around his body like a hellish halo, an aura of fire rising up from his armor and encircling his outline, wreathing him in mounting heat. Xio seemed to consume this heat, feed upon it... and every few seconds, the area of his aura expanded a little more and the temperature rose somewhat higher. Attacking a firebender in the ultimate seat of firebending power was foolish.

"Your being unreasable. Second I am offical see." Kazuki said pointing at his badge. "Oh yeah your fire...its not that hot, I have seen hotter from a female bender. What was her name.....oh I remeber Tsuzuki. She was a lot hotter and had more control then you apeprently." Kazuki said as he then keep walking forward. "If these fire work are to scare me, don't bother your pathatic and waisting my time. As for the medics, you did a horrible job thinking he would let your people touch him. One last thing I am here only to ask the Fire Lord to forgive him. Rajin is not the coolest head as a Earthbender, but he does have the hardest I have meet."Kazuki said smiling at Xio. "Now if you would mind to move I would be most happy." he said feeling the heat, his ice attacks where out of the question but his weapons and waterbending itself will be just fine unless it got hotter. He scaned the area a little more noticing a few more fountains this place was souronded in a circle of them. This could give him an advantage.

Kazuki's taunting, pointless words fell on deaf ears. Xio honestly couldn't care what people tried to use to anger him, he didn't lose his cool or his control. However... "Silence, impudent wretch of an assassin. I said you go no further, that means your tongue shall be stilled as well lest you wish it removed from your body forcibly. Leave now, while I give you this one chance, or suffer the consequences most terrible."
Kazuki was a fool giving Xio this much time to increase the temperature in the area... at this rate, Kazuki would still find Xio more than a match even if they were standing on the ocean with a full moon.
