Yes it is thats all it's about I hate the character and thats that they shouldn't have even braught her into the show SmallVille since Clark didn't meet her untill he was Superman. If you ask me, it was a good move on the part of the producers to bring in Lois. She's a dynamic character who adds a lot to the show in terms of humour and character insight, as well as providing a totally different female archetype to either Chloe and Lana.
But no, it's not about whether you like Lois or not. It's about having a bit of respect for the character even if you hate her. Personally, I don't like Lana, but I try to be fair when detailing what I perceive as faults of hers because, when it comes down to it, you don't really get "bad" characters; you get characters that are badly-handled, and that's what Lana is.
Seriously, just what is wrong with Lois that you hate her so much anyway?

I don't recall Clark having a close relationship with Lex either.
confused Traditionally, no, but people do conveniently forget this when they talk about chucking Lois off the show because "Clark shouldn't have met her yet".
