The reason I put Solar Beam in Lesser, is because even though it has the power of an Awesome, it takes awhile to charge. It has to build up energy, and he's vulnerable during that time. Unless he uses Substitute...

neutral Yes. And? some of your powers might not be in a nintendo game, omnislash for instance? that would be cloud FF7. state which game its from, the exact one. and it can't be from sony, thats the ENEMY! @Geno: Yours checks out i'll add it.

BEHOLD!
I have something to tell ya.
I shal induldge you briefly on how a legendary power would work, a legendary power is almost borderline godly, but it does have a draw back if used.
when the power is engaged after special cuircumstances, the users mental energy drops to dangerous levels, so the device compensates for it. if such a power is used besides a specific manner which will later be discovered, the device's power core will rupture, causing the DPD to detach from the user and count down 5 seconds, where it will implode and cause a split second wave of antimatter energy to fill a 10ft diameter sphear.
anything in that blast will die, and be no more, even the ground under it.
so hope that helps you better understand it.
