Okay, so you're 13. If you and your parent's were to go into court to determine where you are to stay, it is only lawful that you have the choice as to where you want to live. Now, if you were about 6-10, it'd be understandable that the courts would decide or one of your parents would win you over in teh court.
But, you're 13. You are now entering the years of the teens, you should have the right to start making your own decisions.
Now, there coudl be different scenarios given to you for your choice (like school, who would you be able to tolerate more, decisions that you'd have to make in the current, or new environment you'd be living in)
Only thing I'm really curious about, what do you do for school? Are both places close by so that you can easily get to school from either place, or do you stay in one place for school and travle on the weekends and holidays?

Kyo: heart I love it when people say s**t like that.
Alec: Right now, my dad's going to use the fact that my mom can't get me to school everyday [She's two hours away] as a thing against her. When I was going into sixth I was accepted into a Magnet middle school, so I could get a bus there from anywhere in the county I think. My mom unenrolled me in my magnet school and put me in one in Utah, and My dad brought me back here and put me in a different one here since I couldn't get my magnet seat back. [My grades weren't high enough to be an exception] So, Like, I went from 10th grade english to sixth wich really. Really. Sucks. Anyways, that's besids the point. All I care about in school is the orchestra program, and the Middle school I was at [K.O.Knudson] was like.. the best middle school orchestra in the nation. They were the only ones accepted to the Mid West Clinic a few years back. But the orchestra teacher hated me because I always had alittle comment I think, I dunno, she played serious favorites sometimes, though it dind't affect her job too much.
ANYWAYS.
I'm enrolled into a zoned school from my dads house, so even if my mom lived where she used to here it would be difficult. [She lived nine miles away]

Well... crap a monkey, that royally sucks.
I still say that you should make your own decisions, and now that you know of several different schools, you should tell your parents which one would be better for yourself.
I mean, check for academics, and all that other jazz and give them teh pros and cons,.
Of course, the pros would be higher on the school of your choice, and the cons would be higher on teh schools that are not your choice.
But then again, I'm thinking like this since that's basically how I thought when I hit the last two years of highschool and once I got out of the house.

One's a Magnet school where I was in Acc. English, and Acc. Math, and Took French and Orchestra at the same time. Oh yeah. And the history teacher ******** rocked.
Another one is a brand new school with a rather disorganised Orchestra program, but an even better math program. [They put me in elementary algebra] Speaking of wich, if anyone knows what a negative exponant would do, could they tell me. I was abotu to learn that the day before I had to leave that school.
And then this one is a community piece of s**t, where no one does anythign in the orchestra because the teacher lets the kids take advantage of her.I don't even know how I got a grade in my English class. She didn't give us anythign to do, and I didn't do anythign but listen to music or talk s**t. The math.. eh, the math was only slightly behind.
So, it's obvious that Magnet would be the choise. Eh. They probably wouldn't let me in though. I have a tendancy to not turn in anythign I do.

How often did the Magnet school assign work?
Because if it's something new everyday that you HAVE to take home, I could understand, but if it's about 2 times a week, then, well... you could probably try a little harder (however, it also depends on what class too...)

Lyf Ling Speaking of wich, if anyone knows what a negative exponant would do, could they tell me. I was abotu to learn that the day before I had to leave that school. A negative exponent means that you make the number into a fraction. Say if you have 5^2 it would be 25. If you have 5^-2 it would be 1/25. So work your exponents out regularly and then put it in the denominator of a fraction. But the numerator will always be one. I hope that helps you out a bit... sweatdrop

Alec: In English we did a new thing everyother day or so, um Math was kinda slow but I know that the honors class for eight there was like a new consept everyday. So youknow, you'd have to go everyday or be really quick.
Orchestra was orchestra. I was in intermediat though, so it's not like we could learn it in a day... like Varsity.
Science, Didn't even pay attention. At all. I saw my lady friend right as soon as that class got out, so you know.
Reading, sucked. She wasn't that good of a teacher ot start out with. French, we would get projects to be done in a week.
History, well, history was history aswell. Not much happened as far as homework.
Do you want your avi drawn the new way or the old?
Nogrick: Yah, mon. Thanks.

My friends are making me feel like s**t today. One's being annoying and like.. phone-dragging me around to meet her friends, then she says I'm excused or goes "Why are you still on the line?" Another friend isn't returning phone calls, and another one's like.. Forgeting why he's my friend.
..I was working on ALec last night. I couldn't quite remember all of the avi, but I will now, so tonight I'll finish on it. But I won't, in all likleyness, get it up until Monday. Not allowed on gaia.
Eh, just thought someone should say something in the guild.
Oh yeah, and I've gotten Msz, Mei, and Shinobi's shirt done.

I'm sorry about all the crap with school. I really hope things turn out for the better soon.
Yay and thank you for drawing my avi. It's very kind of you. I have your piccie in sketch mode right now... along with Nogricks. May take awhile since I don't like the pose and proportions at the moment...
Take all the time if you need it to get my avi pic done. Again, thank you. *sneezes and eyes flutter slightly...*

Desert: [Has quoted you in her MSN name] I loved that school, other than the whole.. Orchestra teacher hating me and such. Actually not long after I left I got an Email form a friend there saying that they all missed me "Except the teachers, who hate you". SO. Yeah. I'll draw ya.
Pen: Honestly, that was an awsome post, but I have no idea how to respond.
