"No...no!" His cheeks turned pink as he tried not to look at Kaleb. ".....maybe" If Kaleb got a girlfriend then he wouldn't be able to kidnap him and use him as a warm pillow amongst other reasons.

Kaleb smiled through his blush. "D-don't worry, I-I don't know anyone I like in that way, so you don't have to be jealous. I-I'll still spend time with you."

"Good ..... " He cracked his knuckles to keep himself from fidgeting and tried to keep his eyes away from Kaleb. At least it seemed like the mage hadn't gotten anything more than he was worried about Kaleb not wanting to spend any more time with him.

Kaleb unwrapped his chocolate and paused before sticking it in his mouth. "Y-you don't have a girlfriend, do you?" Riley had poked into his love life, or lack thereof, so he hoped his partner didn't mind him doing the same. It was Valentines though, so Riley would probably have plans for the evening if he had a special someone.

Kaleb blushed brightly, and then shook his head. Of course, if Riley had a girlfriend he would probably sleep with her instead. He started to blush worse, and had to abandon that train of thought before it went on too much farther.

"I-it's okay," Kaleb squeaked. He kind of wanted to distract himself with another chocolate, but he had definitely had more than enough for now. He wouldn't have any kisses at all later if he kept up that pace, and he certainly wouldn't be hungry for lunch.

"Yer not gonna want lunch are ya?" He raised a brow and eyed the chocolate. Maybe it was a good thing that he'd hidden what he'd bought earlier.

Kaleb fidgeted and smiled sheepishly. "I-I was going to save the rest for later. I really like them, but I don't get chocolate often a-and I want to take time to enjoy them..."

"It's the chocolate holiday .... you'll probably get more." He rubbed at his nose and stretched out slightly. That was the point of valentines day right? At least in the commercial sense.

Kaleb looked doubtful. "I don't think I know anyone else who would get me chocolate," he admitted, putting the lid back on his small box of kisses. He had been surprised enough when the secretary gave him the little gift, and he couldn't imagine getting more.

"Told ya before yer not a distraction." He huffed slightly as he glared at his computer and the lack of work on it. Getting up he walked over to the door and yanked it open.
"Hey boss .... there's nothin for me ta do. Take the damn day off. I'm goin home." He didn't really give Rufus time to tell him he couldn't before he s**t the door again.
