And James hotwired the car.
He was a devious criminal-type after all... ... ... ...with a heart of gold. heart
Throwing it into reverse, he revved the engine of their FURY RED convertible and flew right out of the garage; doing a 180 in the street with the emergency brake as soon as they hit pavement -
AND THEY WERE OFF!
RAIF >> To the beach.

As for Rain she stood behind Trei. He’s like a tank, she noted as the two collided. Standing, her gun was at her side held in her right hand, a magazine already loaded and ready to fire. Rain was just glad that they were on the same side. Rain’s knees were bent and ready as she noted the girl from before had met up with her team. A sudden bam sounded while the slushie hit the floor spilling its contents through the nice new hole it had, “Thanks for the gift”. Now the remains of the slushie, like the gum, were stuck on some persons sidewalk, and Rain sure as hell wasn’t going to be the one to clean them up.

(( rolleyes
Stop making assumptions, boy, and maybe we can have an actual battle.))
You didn't need finesse when you were a bigass earth golem. Brad's fist had doubled in size, and the earth armor was lending him a lot of force at the moment. When that hit, it was going to hurt like hell.
Where Brad's face had been, the golem's chest now was. So when Trei's fist impacted the hard earth, the concussive blast would go off, knocking the heavy golem back and sending him skidding along the sand.
The earth armor seemed dented, but not nearly as much as Trei was hoping it to be.
The golem shuffled one of his feet forward through the sand, kicking up a spray of sand at Trei. Then it was going to go charging recklessly at him, lowering its head for the headbutt of all headbutts.

((Please meet in Judge request or an OOC thread to discuss this. I really have no desire to fill up pages with argument like you did with Ryu, but apparently I'm not gonna be able to avoid it.))

((I see no reason not to discuss it here; let's not clutter up the judge's thread unless you're asking them to make a call.
Now, what, exactly, is your problem?
Do not presume to argue with me about how my powers work. I'm sorry that I don't have freaking physics to back up something magical in nature.
The spell won't last long; it's freaking powerful because, 1, Brad is a boss fight, and is supposed to be powerful, and, 2, the spell is very draining on his energy. All you need to do is outlast him for a little while, can you handle that without trying to tell the GM how her character's power works?))

((that's not even the issue at this point; I don't give a damn about how your powers work.
I give a damn that you tell people that, if they don't post details, you have the right to pick the details yourself; however, you post NO detail, and tell ME to stop making assumptions? Hmmm... hypocrisy, yay?
Next off; If you had already finished armoring by the first of my posts, and I still posted Trei as aiming for your face, then how the hell would he suddenly hit chest? That, "girl," is what I cry foul to.
Also, don't try to b***h me out OOC for questions I have concerning your play. You're a Gm, show some self-respect and some respect for your players, don't act like a spoiled little brat.
The gist; EXPLAIN what the hell you are doing. Or I will do just as you yourself (and I can link the evidence) do; I will fill in the blanks myself. It's a simple request. ))

((You aimed for Brad's face.
Not for the golem's face.
The earth armor puts the Golem's head more or less on top of Brad's. I'm sorry I'm not being too clear; I've been here all day and the words are beginning to swim together.
Basically, Brad put on a golem suit, but the golem suit is taller than he is. So its head sticks up over his head, and his head is in the chest. He was short and sort of skinny before, now he basically looks like a body builder.))

((Thank you. That's all I wanted, was an explanation as to how this stuff is working. Though I thought we were on concrete...))
So Trei's first attack was a flop, and his face is soaked with blood (not to mention the distinct feeling that his jaw might be cracked, though he can't feel it. [see shelled-form description.]) However, the young man's not down yet.
So Trei falls back, literally... he flies backwards from the hammer-punch, tucks and rolls, and comes up a few yards away from the first. Swallowing the blood that's leaking into his mouth (wasted not, want not after all...), the young man faces the golem once more...
Just in time to see one of the funniest sights he's ever seen. The golem is shuffling in the sand, trying to blind him. True, the sand comes up... but Trei merely swings his pack around so that it swings in front of his face, blocking the sand cloud before it can blind his one good eye.
"But Trei," you might say, "wouldn't that blind him to the golem's attack?"
If he's retarded, then yes; however, Trei can still see the bottoms of the golem's feet, and hear the golem's movements. So, rather than stand around and wait, the young man darts to the right, struggling to keep his footing on the dunes.
He's quick, but not quick enough... the golem's shoulder clips his left leg, sending Trei spinning to the ground, cursing violently the whole while.
No sense in staying down, though; the young man scrambles to his feet, the iridescent wisps flying in from all over to sworl around his body as he turns to face the golem once more...

((Just received word that this thread is about to go poof. So..here's so the two of you survive it.))
Brad would feel something; a vision, a premonition, something telling him to get the hell out fast. Something would snap inside, and the energy of his spell would break, flowing into the earth beneath them...which would take Brad, Trei, and Rain someplace safe.
((You wind up wherever you want, with an unconscious Brad. He has a Defense Deficit.))
