Not seeming to care in the least that there was a massive jet of fire heading towards him, Rage simply held out his left hand and shifted it above his right shoulder, redirecting the flame in the same direction and causing even more devastation.
He was like a kid in a candy store.
Only the candy was deadly, deadly fire.

Owle recovered from her shock as she felt the heat growing around her, forcing her out of her stupor.
"Rage?"
She was supposed to say something along the lines of 'Why are you burning this place down? It's a church!' or 'Stop that!' but it was already too late and she was feeling drained. Not to mention filthy.
"You know what...let's just go," she sighed, walking out the door before the smoke got too thick for her to breath. Along the way, she would scoop up her mythril knife. The gauze attaching it to the candleholder would have long since burned off in the explosion, but hopefully the knife was more or less okay.
Or at least usable. She'd go with usable.
When Vahn tugged at her hand, she just pulled it away. She didn't need to be led around like some little kid. Though she might need some help bandaging that wound on her back and dealing with a broken wing.

He turned his head, as she tugged away from him and simply just let it be.
He didn't have the time or the mental state at the moment to deal with her.
Like usual.
But right now was kinda valid, since he was still naked from the waist down, and Rage was busy burning down Durem's only Cathedral.
"Like I said. Who needs religion."
He scratched at the side of his neck, feeling small cuts from the stained glass, even as he stared down at the Pikachu marble.
"Matches my eyes at least..."
He decided to change marbles out, placing the yellow one in place of the one Owle had tossed to him.
After that, he'd pull on his pants and just try to act like everything was normal.
Except it really wasn't.
"Ok... so with your brother burning that place down-- remind me what the hell we're supposed to be doing again? Because it kinda looks like we lost our way."

Leaping out of the burning building just as a flaming rafter landed where he once stood, Rage would form one final ball of fire in his hands, Ryu-style. "Ragedoken!"
He sent the fiery monstrosity towards the church, where an explosion of fire and probably a crying saint or two filled the air.
Strangely, the monument to Flare was completely unharmed in the process.
Rage did nothing more than bow to a non-existent audience.

Owle shook her head. "I don't know what's going on with Rage..."
Ow...
A look of discomfort passed over her face as the adrenaline began to wear off, and the pain of her broken wing and the wound started to kick in.
"Let's just, go over there...he'll catch up or something."
Why did he have no pants?
But she didn't voice the question aloud, nor send it to Vahn's head.
The world (or at least Owle) may never know why Vahn had his pants down, but Owle was moving towards Affluency Row.

So much for the go-carts.... and he didn't even know what kind of state Rage was in at the moment.
He'd follow her, of course. Since he was just prone to wandering off, and Rage.. was easily distracted.
She was the defunct leader of this lil' band, having to put up with a volatile brother and a loud-mouthed jerk.
Back in the Cathedral, Jesus really was crying.

Noting the fact that Owle was leaving, Rage took off jogging backwards at a surprisingly fast rate before catching up with the others and walking at a more normal pace. "You know what's cool about these marbles it's like the whole world just moves slower around you and when the world moves slower it's cool because it's cool and slow and hey where are we going are we there yet?"
His voice continued on into Affluency Row with the others.
