She blinked, processing that the other wolf was mute. She'd never encountered that before, and felt an immediate wave of sympathy for him. Nymmeria then realzied he probably wouldn't appreciate that, and opted to reserve the sympathy for someone who really needed it. After all, he seemed to be able to communicate just as well as the others, if not differently.
" Sekani. That's a good name for you. " She dipped her muzzel again, working hard at keeping her manners straight. She wasn't far into her adulthood, and since leaving her birth pack had stayed far away from other wolves.
" And Bindi, that's good too. Very suitable. Seems ... sunny. " Nymmeria's eyes twinkled in the light, and she wagged her tail happily. She was always delighted with puppies, especially ones as well behaved and sweet as Bindi seemed to be.

((Eep! Thanks for waiting. <33 You really didn't have to, but I appreciate it. :3))
The ancient art of howling was something that only a pack wolf could truely enjoy. Lacking a pack, Litre had only participated in such a thing once in his short life, and that had been with his parents. Where ever they were now, the golden pup couldn't say, though he was almost certain they were not dead. They were just... missing was all. He had sort of lost them a while back, and was now just having trouble finding them again. His naive optimism told him he would find them soon, as they were part of a pack. Packs are easier to find than a single, lone wolf, right? His thoughts drifted out with the howling and away towards the sun, mingling with those of others. The pup's very soul seemed to fly up with his ridiculously untrained voice, and he couldn't help but stand soon after Alexander did. When the trio ended their song, Litre felt an excitement he hadn't felt in a long time. He might just stay a while with these two, and maybe even the little tan girl they were calling to. Of course, it would be dangerous. They might need to enlist the help of an adult or two. He was getting ahead of himself, though. Must stay down to earth for now.
"I hear it. Barely, though. I think I smell more than just the pup, though..." Tre put his snout to the air, wiggling his little nose like a rabbit, trying to pick up what he had found earlier. "I'm not sure, though. It's too mixed up to tell.." Of course, an adult wolf might easily tell what was on the wind. An inexperianced pup, however, would be flooded with a mesh of scents comming from the trees. "She might just smell like other wolves 'cause she was with some earlier." He gave Alexander a hopeless shrug, and looked off in the direction the female was pointing to.

Alexander twitched his ears in response to the other two. He supposed that faint cry on the wind could be a howl. In fact, now that he took the time to listen, he was sure it was a howl. Alexander raised his front end off the ground in a rush of excitement. He bounded around in a circle for a moment before turning to the other two.
“Yeah, I hear it now,” he proclaimed, grinning from ear to ear. It was extremely refreshing for the lone pup to have companions. Oh, how he had missed being with other wolves. And, if he wasn’t mistaken, they all seemed to get along. He had met other pups and adults before whom he didn’t exactly fit with, but this was different.
Tail and ears up, Alexander pointed his nose in the direction of the sound. He looked back to the other pups, then to the sound, as if saying ‘let’s go!’ He then began to trot off slowly back to the woods, stopping occasionally to check if they were following. Finally, he gave a small yip to call them into action, sealing the deal.

Looking to the left and right, paws lifting and dropping up and off the ground in an unsure manner, she only dawdled for a few seconds this time before going off in a funny puppy gallop after Alexander.
Nen hadn't exactly decided if she wanted to find this other pup Litre was so intent on seeing. What if she was rude, or mean? Would she be bossy? The azure female wasn't one to stand-up for her self much, but she didn't like being alone either...
It was nice to have other wolves around her isntead of squirrels, frogs, and mice. While those little animals were fun to talk to, they had the habit of making the conversation one-sided, and that got boring after a bit.
Nuenen let these thoughts and worries run about her head as her paws carried her behind the others. If the meeting went ill, she could always run...

The simple yip was all Litre needed to pick up his prize (which he still really did need to get to eating) and followed Alexander along with Nen. As they walked towards the sound, he thought over his current situation. Things really were turning out nicely today. He had caught his first meal on his own (up until this point, he was a scavenger), and then he had met two wolf pups who he seemed to be getting along with. His instincts told him to be with others, but his previous bout of paranoia had kept him alone. It seemed to have quickly diminished in the presence of the other pups, however. Now wasn't that interesting? Tossing the mouse onto his head again, he sped up a little as to be more in the middle of the group, so he could talk while they searched. "We make a great team, don'cha think?"
Litre was quite intent on meeting this tan pup, mostly because he had been about to talk to her when Alex showed up. She had seemed relatively nice, and now that he knew everything hadn't been some sort of trap, he felt a lot better about the whole situation. Plus, there was still that undying crave for being around other wolves. Another pup couldn't hurt, right? Plus, from the smells, she seemed to be with at least one other. Safety in numbers, right? Unless... the other she was with wasn't friendly. That could end in disaster. "D'ya think she's with any others, Alexander?"

Blue eyes watched as the tan pup and the teal pup quickened their pace to be nearer to him. Alexander felt his ego swell a bit. Maybe he was a good leader after all. The blue pup let his mind wander far into the future. He thought about being the alpha of a pack, and grinned, tongue flopping out. Though, he would try his very hardest to be a fair alpha, unlike the one who had governed his mother with such an iron paw. Alexander snorted in disgust.
He noted that Litre was infinitely more comfortable now then when they had first met. However, this could be attributed to the fact that he was no longer being chased. Alexander chuckled. He still didn’t know exactly what made him run after the other pup, but he was content with the outcome.
Responding to Litre’s question, Alexander said, “I don’t know, but it’s possible.” He lowered his nose for a moment, sniffed the grass for a second. He was simply making sure they were on the right path.

Watching this male became a sort of guessing game that Bindi was rather starting to enjoy, his movements and expressions were like his words; silent ones. With a wag of his tail, Bindi could tell he was content or glad...something along those lines; and with a tilt of his head...it seemed he was curious? Oh what a fun game this was turning out to be! Watching Sekani further, she could tell what words he would be saying from the nod of his snout and the tilt of his head. "Oh, I dunno. I think they're coming here....so we can wait!" She mused gently, eyes casting a glance towards the woods before returning her attention back to Sekani and Nymmeria.
"Thank you! Its like my pelt, we match!" Of course, such a bright name for a sunny pelt. "I really like your name too, Nymmeria. Sounds very pretty!" The pup's tail wagged eagerly, an unchanging smile settled on her maw....curious if maybe these two were from a pack? Although she felt it weird that they both traveled alone; kind of like the rest of the pups she attracted to the area.

((What do y'all say we get these two groups together? ;3))
Walking along with his two new companions, Litre couldn't help but feel at home. They were functioning like a minature pack, it would seem. The obvious alpha was Alexander, and Litre didn't mind one bit. He actually admired the blue pup for his display of dominance, and was quick to go along with whatever he decided. When the wind picked up, however, he couldn't contain his excitement. The scent was strong, so strong that they had to be close. He let an excited yip like howl out and bounded forward, running up beside Alexander. He didn't mean to take the position as leader, and quickly corrected his ways by lowering his speed a bit, but looked quickly at the blue male with earnest eyes. He so desperatley wanted to move onward, to follow his nose, but figured it best to wait for the whole group to go ahead. Even in such a young pup, the pack and hiarchy instincts were strong. His golden tail wagging, he tossed a glance back to the female and smiled, encouraging her as best he could. He was certain the tan pup he had met before Alexander came in would be a nice one, and his curiosity was deffinatley getting the best of him.

(( I will try! :3 ))
A strong breeze blew, meeting Alexander’s nostrils and giving him a surprise. Their goal was so near, he could taste it! Or, smell it at least. Litre must have also noticed this, because before he knew it, the sunny male was at his shoulder. Alexander’s ears perked straight up at the surprise, but it was short-lived. The scruffy blue male returned to normal posture and even wagged his tail a bit as Litre fell slightly behind. He was quite content with this boy.
However, Alexander knew what the male wanted. And that was to increase the speed! Alexander yipped lightly, trying to keep the others focused and on their toes. His pace soon turned into a trot, then sped up even farther to reach the next level. He looked back once to see if the two were following, but otherwise he was speeding toward the entrance of the forest.
Once the trees were at his side, Alexander yipped again – this time calling to the female, and turned to Litre and Nuenen to do the same.

Even with the excitement radiating off the other two pups like steam from a hot spring, Nen continued to keep her composer neutral. Numbers were grand; other wolves could be grand… but when one was as shy as Nuenen, everything “new” was covered in a pessimistic veil.
Swirling mind urged her pale dupes to carry her at a faster speed when she noticed the others sprint off. Nostrils caught the now strong scent of whom they were tracking and her heart beat even faster. She prayed that whatever was to come would end well, so when Litre smiled back at her, and when Alexander yipped, she did the same.

Sekani offered the older female a small smile, hoping she would understand his thanks for her compliment. It wasn't often that wolves knew his name, and it was nice to be called by the title he was given by his parents. Especially since the other two wolves had such nice names. They all seemed to enjoy each other's names, and he nodded when Nymm commented on Bindi's name. It did sound sunny, bright even. A perfect name for such a young pup so full of energy.
The wolf's ears perked when Bindi answered his question, grateful that she understood his body language. The young howlers were coming here? Ah well, it saved them the trouble of going in search of the small pack. He glanced back in the direction of the howl, though he didn't hear the approach yet. Bindi seemed to think they would come, so he would have to take her word. No doubt, he'd hear them soon enough. They were pups, and pups were not masters in the art of stealth. The footsteps of the approaching group tipped them off before Alex's yip, and Sekani turned to look towards approaching trio. He wagged his tail, waiting to see if the pups would come close enough for them to see.

" Thank you. " She dipped her snout at the compliment, working hard at her manners. It was important to be a good role modle for puppies. She knew that for sure, at least.
Nymm perked her ears, and waited for the bounding group of puppies to come nearer. Now assured that the only one larger than her in the area was Sekani, the she-wolf was at ease. While a maruading group of puppies could be mischevious, dangerous they were not. Being a lone wolf, she had become used to assesing the danger in the situation before enjoying it. But gathered in a group like this, she felt able to let her guard down.
Her eyes glittered somewhat mischevious, as she waited for the puppies to emerge. Puppies always made for some entertainment.

As the tension built each passing moment that the pup's didn't emerge from the trees, as evident by her glances over in that general direction every other moment. Ever since that pup had nearly bumped into her, and then the sudden arrival of the second one, had left her infinately curious to them. She hadn't really met any other pups as of yet, and even if they were males...some friends her own age would be nice! Even so, she very much enjoyed the company of Sekani and Nymm, seeing how she would be just like them in a while it was nice that she had someone to look up to. With this said, the dip of the female's muzzle looked so elegant to Bindi, eyes wide in wonder at how lady-like she could be if she tried. So, dipping her muzzle like Nymm had she smiled brightly as her tail wagged to and fro. "You're welcome!"
Ears perked immediately when the nearby yips echoed through the air, unable to controll her excitement as she jumped and twirled around. Taking a few bounds forwards as she threw her head back in another howl to help lead the rest of the pups back to her. Yet...did it sound like there were three, instead of the two she saw before?

Litre was very happy with Alexander's response to his sudden outburst, and was even more excited with the up in pace. It seemed that Alexander was turning out to be an understanding and just leader, which was something Litre had no problems with. So long as the blue male remained that way, he could easily follow him to the ends of the earth. Right now, though, he wanted to find the lighter female, and gladly raced a few paces behind the leader of sorts. As they drew closer, his nostrils were filled with the scents of three wolves. Oh yes, there were three. It was undoubtable now. With all the noise the pups were making, they were surely heard by the other trio. It didn't matter much, though. Litre's paranoia was long gone, and the last thing on his mind was that these other wolves might be a threat.
Crashing through the tightly knit trees, he let out a howl. It was still a bit weak, but a tad better than his last pup attempt. He could hear them now, and it was only exciting him more. However, this time, he stayed his few paces behind Alexander, allowing the blue male to take on what only seemed a natural role for him. They would reach the others in only a few moments, either way. Best to not test the pecking order for such a silly circumstance.
((I suppose it would be logical for Alexander to make it to the others first, so... You can go ahead and do that in your next post, maybe? :3 I dunno. I'll just keep Litre back until Alex gets there, since he's in front. It wouldn't make much sense for the other two to be there first if they were in back. xD))
