"Alright, if you say so." Vieno said, looking up ahead to see if the figure was still there. And it was. It was a lot easier to tell it was a person now. This put Vieno even more on his guard, but he walked forward still, getting closer to the person. He couldn't quite tell, but the person seemed to be facing away from him and Amira.

She took back to walking, staying behind Vieno. Though he couldn't be trusted yet, he was still her main source of protection until they got to town. "How long is it, you think?" She said, "Until we get there."

"Hey!" Lauren yelled back without a thought.
She stood completely still, simply watching the two people from where she was. The wind blew the long golden-brown hair out of her face, along with the many thoughts that circled her mind. Head tilting slightly to the side, her sapphire-colored eyes focused on the man briefly then the girl.
Who are they? she wondered. I wonder if the girl is blind... For whatever reason, she has yet to notice me... Hmm, how odd. Lauren blinked then shifted weight from one foot to the other. Her foot tapped the ground silently as she continued to watch the two.

Vieno spun around and blinked, wondering how she had fallen. He quickly kneeled down beside her, looking her over. She might've sprained or broken something. "A-Are you hurt?" he asked, noticing how Amira was trying not to cry.

"I..It hurts bad." She said, "M-My ankle..."
She moved to get up but winced in pain and fell back again. She looked up at the stranger, blushing. "I'm sorry...This isn't exactly the best way of introducing myself, is it?" She said, still obviously holding back tears. Her ankle was bruised, rather badly it looked like.
