"We all wish we could speak teh same language as the humans. But as it is, nature as gifted us with our own." He seemed to sigh as he rested his head upon hers confortingly. "Kuzak? if given the chance he can be your friend." he whispered watching her turn her head away. "But I am sorry to hear what happened to your family, I know not of what happened to mine. I just woke up a lone in tehworld and had to raise myself." He said soon lowering his head a little. "It seems that we both have troubling pasts we both wish to forget."
*He had to sympathize with Adelle, he knew not of what happned to his parents, his siblings if there were any. He couldn't remember them, they were faded images now, too faded to make out. Shaking his head a little he looked back at Adelle, nuzzling his head against her.*
"But you... you can join our family. We're not much as everything to be seen, but there's enough love here to lighten any heart." He hoped to brighten her spirits, he wanted to ask her, but he didn't feel that the time was right. He would wait until another moment to ask her, ask her if she would like to be his mate.
*Sevti gently comforted Adelle for another moment before stepping away to gather wood for teh evening fire in order to cook her meal and keep warm the night a head of them. behind her, the young wolf bound tugging playfully at her skirt. Making her laugh playing tug-o-war with a stick, which she let him keep to prance about before retreating into the teepee to shred.*

Adelle watched the human walk away while listening to Shihab as he spoke. She knew she should give the little wolf pup a chance but it would be hard for her to do so as she has held a grudge and fear for them since she was little. Nuzzling Shihab for a few seconds she sighed quietly and took a couple steps back towards the river. She stopped though unsure of where to go.
To join his family? It would be nice to have a family again. I've been alone for so long. she thought as she stood there. Finally deciding she walked through the little gate of bushes back to the river. Looking down at her reflection in the water she let the single tear fall from both happiness and saddness.

*Shihab watched Adelle as she wandered back toward the river, Stretching his wings a little he turned to watch her vasnish down to the river. canting his head to the side a little he wondered what he had done. He didn't think he had said anything wrong, stepping toward the gap in the bushes he looked down toward her. Standing still, he watched silently, wondering what he had done to upset her so. Taking a shakey step forward he stepped down teh small incline toward the river.
Stopping behind Adelle his head still low, he said nothing as his eyes seemed half hidden beneath his sandy colored bangs. Raising his head up a little he took a small step forward, not yet trusting his tongue to say anything. He merely watched her, slowly, ever so slowly making his way to be at her side. Once at teh river side, he glanced down at teh moving water at both their refelctions, still not yet speaking. It seemed that the night would come before he uttered any words.*
"Adelle, I am sorry if I did or said anything to upset you." He sid mournfully, turning his gaze ever so slightly toward her. Watching her face as he continued. "If there's anything I can do to make up for what I have done, please, tell me. I wish not to hurt you. Not the one I love dearer then life and with to love forever." He said side stepping a little. "The... The one I wish to ask to be my mate if she so wishes to be."
*There he'd said it, he had asked her. Asked her if she wanted to be his mate, he would love no other if she chose no. His heart was drawn to only hers and no others, there would be no other then teh lovely wind beside him, who's wings were like those of the white dove. Who eyes sparkled in the suns light. Who's bell made him feel at peace even when his mind was in such turmoil. Shihab waited silently beside Adelle hearing only the pounding of his own heart within his ears and swore that it was loud enough for her to hear as well, not even the soft babbling of the river could quell the pounding.*

Looking over at Shihab as he made his way over next to her she couldn't help but feel bad for walking away without saying anything. Because of how she felt she quickly turned he gaze back down to the water while both of them were silent until Shihab started to speak.
She listened as he spoke and she felt even worse knowing that with her walking away that Shihab thought he'd upset her. Which wasn't true at all. It wasn't at all true and she opened her mouth to say that it wasn't when she heard him say his last few words. He wants me to be his mate?! Why? I mean I'm not the greatest mare ever. There is probaly someone much better then me out there. she quickly thought as the shocked expression appeared on her face.
"If you truly want me to be your mate if it is me you are speaking off then yes she wishes to be your mate." Adelle quitely said with a nod and a jingle of her bells. "You never upset me. You made me happy when you invited me to stay with your family."

*He watched her for the longest time, ages seemed to pass before he said anything. Listening to what she had said as his gaze drifted toward teh river as if it had secrets to hide from them both, as if there was something there that could give him teh courage to speak again to the mare he loved. Turning his golden sight toward he he still said nothing for still ever more. Shaking the pounding from his head he opened his mouth to answer her, to tell her it was she that he was speaking of, dreaming of with every waking moment after they had met.*
"You are the one I wish for my mate. Out of those I have met. YOu are the most beautiful. The one I wish to spend my days with until they come to a close." He said with a slow nod of his head. "You might not believe me, but when I was little I had a dream. One I thought was a foolish dream that meant nothing. I dreamt of myself, and someone I would fall in love with at first glance. She had wings as white like a dove, I never did see her face, but there was something about her that captured me. Like you, you look like the one in my dream. The one I would soar teh skies with and more."
*He soon stopped as an abrupt yawn came from him. Most embarressing it was to just suddenly yawn as he looked up at teh skies that seemed to be ending. Shaking his head he nuzzled his head up against Adelle, kissing her once more before turning away from the river, to look back toward where home was. Where teh glowing from teh dancing flames that warmed the clearing for teh night when the two legged and the pup would sleep inside the teepee.*
"Sorry for teh rudness of the abrupt yawn, but it seems that teh day is ending. And I'm feeling wary from teh days events. Shall we go back?" he asked watching her. "Or perhaps if you'd like, I know a sheltered place where we could rest the night. I'll go where ever you feel more comfortable resting."

Adelle listend to Shihab a blush coming upon her face as she listened to his words. She knew for fact now that she will never be alone again and that she'll soon be able to forget the past for awhile. Her heart will heal now that she has found someone to heal it for her. Walking over to where Shihab now stood she nuzzled him gently thankful that she came acrossed him on this fine day.
"As long as I'm with you I shall be comfortable resting wherever." Adelle said with a smile. "Today has been a very eventful day. Sleep would be nice as well as a new day full of more events to come." She commented as she waited for Shihab to decide where they would bed for the night.

*He turned his head to nuzzle her as she did him, wanting to remain forever at her side. Never wanting to stray the path that brought him to teh beauty he now stands beside. Turning a little along the banking of teh river he headed down stream a bit, heading toward a small grove, where in the centre was a large weeping willow. A place where he spent much time dreaming of someone to share the space with.*
"This is where I bed down a lot. I find it's a calming place, and teh weeping branches keep out the rain and hides those behind it from anything that would mean harm." He said looking at Adelle.
*Smilng he pushed his way through the branches where a wingopened to push teh curtain open enough doe her to step inside. In out of the fastly cooling air as teh sun sank ever lower behind the far horizon. Past teh branchs lay a grassy place where the buds of wild flowers were closed fot teh night when they did open they weres of all sorts of colors, but for now, they made a bed for the two that would be sleeping within the shelter of teh branches.*

Adelle gazed at the beauty of the willow tree. She had never before seen such a beautiful tree and she could have stood there all night gazing at it if a yawn wouldn't have snapped her out of her trance. "It's beautiful here." was all she said as she ducked in past Shihab's wing and the brances of the tree. The flowers with their closed buds kept Adelle from going into her trance as they reminded her of sleep. She stepped over to the side careful to not step on any of the flowers as to make room for Shihab to come in as well.

*Shihab stepped further under the branchs, letting those had held fall back into place as his wing folded back to his side. Stepping tenderly over teh flowers to a mossy bed that was big enough for a small herd it seemed and laid himself down upon it. His legs folding underneath his bulk as he opened a wing invitingly to Adelle. it seemed as it he were asking her is she wished to sleep beside him.*
"It is a wonderous place, I only came across it when I moved here with my human. It's my secret place, now our secret place. If we happen to have children in the futre, it will be their place as well." He nodded watching Adelle as he again yawned and laid his head down upon the moss, sleepy eyes still watching her as heavy eyelids slowly slipped over them as the large stallion started to drift off into dreamland. His wing still open invitingly, to be a possible blanket for Adelle if she wanted.*

Adelle waited for Shihab to lay himself down before walking inbetween the flowers over to him. Carefully she laid herself down under Shihab's wing next to him her legs folded underneath her. She gave him a gentle nuzzle and a small kiss goodnight before laying her head down next to his. The tip of one of her wings caught itself in Shihab's wing that he had left out and her wing pulled it down slightly and very gently as she drifted off to sleep. "Children. They would have your kind and gentle heart." she mumbled as she too made her way to dreamland.
