"Or maybe it's because you talk to yourself?" It wasn't a statement, but it had a hint of laughter behind it. A young girl stepped out in front of Brail, a smile that was not seen folding at her lips. Half her face was covered by the collar that was attached to her coat, while her black shades kept sliding off the end of her nose, forcing her to push them back up again. She held a deck of cards in her right hand, and the all-too common laptop in her left. The young teenager tilted her head a bit to the right.
"I believe.... we have guests today. Visiting. So not many agents are going to be checking their mail just yet," Agent LOST replied softly, glancing to her right, and then her left, before turning her attention to Brail again.

Korrigan Venare Ricepaper looked at the message from Lorna then slipped the message gizmo (yey xD) into her pocket. "Yes ma'am," she said out loud to herself, even though she knew no one was around to hear her. Grabbing her breifcase in one hand and her hot chocolate in the other, she headede through the halls towards the newcomers in much better mood, now that she had some liquid joy in her system.
Soon soon came across two very tall beings, the like of which she had rarely if ever seen before. "Excuse me," she said clearly and slightly slow, unsure of their capacity to understand Gaian language, "Are you the ones who just arrived?" The two looked at her for a long moment and then clicked in their own language for a moment and for lack of better things to tell her, held up one finger while they spoke into some strange orb. The answer came back in gaian and the two standing before her looked apologetic for the delay. Soon, a tall figure similar to them, but dressed differently than the workers or the high members of the organization came striding down the hall. "Apologies for the delay. The workers have no translators to work with. Their duties often lead to damage which cannot be repaired."

MD walked down the hall with Lorna towards the records hall. "Lorna, do you think it's odd that we haven't heard of this species before, or the Kri? Either they're lying to us or something happened that our superiors wanted to keep secret from us. Whatever the case, we need to go figure things out."
MD's handheld computer started beeping. She took it out and opened it, seeing it was a message from G.
"Heh, G wants to come with us. What do you say?"

“Is that what this infernal beeping is about?” Lorna growled, peeved by the device’s non-stop need for attention. “I swear, I’m going to hurl this thing out the window one of these days. Anyway, if Gambol wants to join in, that’s fine. We’ll need all the help we can get…” pausing mid-sentence, her pace slowed a bit as her vision went a bit fuzzy, feeling her head spin as another bout of this strange dizziness came on. Even more frustrated, she blinked it away, pretending it was nothing, shook her head and continued walking. “… We’ll need all the help we can get, considering the lack of information we’ve had. We can’t trust anyone until we can confirm a story. As you pointed out, it is rather strange that we’ve never heard anything about this before… I think there may be more going on than meets the eye.”

Brail looked up towards the girl. "Visitors?" He should have known. He sighed. Then for a second he grinned. "What kind of visitors?" He opened his laptop and opened a program and started to type. He looked back up towards the girl. "One more thing...you are?" He said to her before typing furiously at his computer. He then stopped clicked around and then shut his computer.

G rushed down the hall, grinning.
"Something to do! Something to do!"
She caught up to the two other agents, who were at the door of the Records Hall, grabbing Lorna's shoulder.
"Hey, you all right? You guys ready for some records?" she asked.

"Yes, yes, fine. All work, no play, you know? Let's get something done." Lorna offered her best smile, but gave an internal sigh. Fine? Not exactly. But they didn't need to be bored with her problems... "Ready Mandy?"

LOST kept her mouth shut for a moment, sliding her shades up on her nose again as they almost slipped off. "I'm afraid... I do not have all the information on them yet. It's not exactly.. something I'm supposed to get involved with," She replied, barely above a whisper as she shuffled the deck of cards carefully. And as he asked who she was, she glanced up at the ceiling before speaking.
"Agent Lost, at your service. I've only been here for about a year... so I'm not suprised that no one has seen me around. I'm... normally in the labs anyway," The brunette relied calmly, blushing slightly as she stared at the floor. "May I ask about you as well?"

When the new comers clicked at her in their own language, she didn't understand, but nor was she surprised. It wasn't rare to hear things in a strange language around the GiB HQ. When another of the newcomers came and spoke in Gaian to her, she smiled and replied, "Ah, thank you."
Then Ricepaper gave a small bow and said, "I am Agent Ricepaper. It's a pleasure to meet you. How many of you came? I must ask for a chance to interview each person individually. It's standard proceedure, so please don't take offense."

Miss Conception "Yes, yes, fine. All work, no play, you know? Let's get something done." Lorna offered her best smile, but gave an internal sigh. Fine? Not exactly. But they didn't need to be bored with her problems... "Ready Mandy?" "As ready as I'll ever be. The sooner we do this, the sooner we can figure out what exactly we're supposed to be doing. Sometimes working here drives me crazy."
MD swiped her card to gain access into the records hall and the door slid open, revealing a library-like room. All the records were in files and shelves, in books and folders all neatly labeled with the corresponding information.
"It's a good thing someone here keeps track of all of this."

G soaked in the room, shocked by the amount of shelves in the room.
"Wow. I haven't had access to this many files before. Usually, I'm assigned to one of those specialized records halls...!"

After secretly following G around all day, SK44 decided it was time to do something to help. He stepped out of the shadows and said, " Would you like help?"

Lorna nearly jumped out of her skin when she heard another voice behind her. Whipping around, she stared at SK44, hand on her heaving chest. Normally, she wasn't so easily spooked, but as of late... strange things had been happening. And she was a little paranoid. "Where did you come from?" She breathed.

MD was shocked as well. She wasn't used to agents following others around, since they were a fairly open agency within. Well, most of the time.
"Whoa. That's definately something I'm not used to."
