I corrected the spelling errors I found....
Questions
1. You find a wallet lying on the ground. You pick it up and look inside. Inside, you find an id. So, what do you plan to do with the wallet? Do you give it to the police, or try to find the owner? Do you keep it? Oh, I almost forgot to mention that inside the wallet there was quite a bit of money.
Since there is an ID, the owner is traceable, I wouldn't have to use psychometry. I would return the wallet intact, but wouldn't say no to a reward, gold is useful for purchasing rare books.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
I would analyze her stance and body language. If she is strong and well-balanced, moving smoothly and in a hurry, I'd say she's just fine. If she looks flustered, struggling, wobbly, or frail, I would ask if she would like assistance.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
That's what a wand and all the private tutoring with former Prof. Flitwick were for! I'd say that Stupefy was called for, until I could sort out who attacked whom and why. The only reason I would stand and watch for a bit would be to make sure my aim was good.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? Will you go after your friend and try to rescue him or her,or will you gather a group of close friends and go after him or her? Will you leave this matter alone or will you tell the headmaster? Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it?
I would gather a group of friends to look for clues AND tell the headmaster!

You take a step closer to the unknown object. To your surprise you find a mythical creature. You remember learning about them from someone, but at the moment you can't recall what you had learned. Anyway, you notice that there is blood around the mythical creature. Upon further inspection, you see that the mythical creature has a wound. You also know that the mythical creature is going to die. Now, you suppose what to do; you think about the choice you want to or do not want to make. So, it is up to you now, to decide what path you are going to choose. All I have left to say, is pick carefully.
It's pretty rare when I can't recall what I've learned. I would deduce the creature was affecting my thinking, after all most mythical creatures have some ability. I would back out of range, do an Impervious spell, then reassess the possibilities. Even muggle forests have herbs, and I do have some ability and experience with enhancing plants' potential, it's possible that the creature is not fatally wounded, and highly probable that the creature is a projective empath with my "knowing the creature is going to die" a projection caused by the creature's fear and pain.
6. Which Hogwarts house do you not want to go to?
I do trust the Sorting Hat. After reading Deathly Hallows, I would use my intellect to enhance any house. My family, for the most part, have been sorted into Ravenclaw for generations, though.

To be honest, I would return the wallet. If there's an ID, I would try to return it to its rightful owner. After all, if it were my wallet, I'd want it back too. But of course, I'd take a dollar or two before returning it. twisted

If it's someone I know, I would help her. But to be honest, I wouldn't just go and help an old woman who smells like peanuts and soap. talk2hand

I'd help, no doubt. I'm always ready to help a friend in danger, no matter what the situation.

I can be mean sometimes, but not that mean. I wouldn't just sell out a friend. Now, if I knew this friend had kidnapped, I wouldn't just go by myself. I know better. I'd maybe inform the Headmaster in hopes that he would help me out with this problem. But this is certain though : I won't just stand back and watch others rushing into danger for my friend. I would want to help, no matter what.

Hmm... Well, since I am 17, that makes me an official adult witch according to the wizarding law. So I would definitely petrify the creature, use a cleaning charm on the wound, and depending if I know any healing charms, try to heal the poor beast, or, if I don't, just try to stop the bleeding with some of my clothes. Then, when I've done my part, I back off, and take the spell off.
6. Which Hogwarts house do you not want to go to?
Definitely not Hufflepuff. I'm just too lazy for Hufflepuff. And Ravenclaw doesn't seem to appealing to me.

I'd probably give the wallot to the police, but I might take a little money from it; after all, if they wanted the money so much they wouldn't have been so careless as to lose it.

If I knew her, I would probably help, but otherwise I'd just ignore her.

I'd definetly attack the person with her, or more likely have her step out of the fight if she is injured already.

I would definetly get a group of friends (most likely stronger guys) to go after her, but not without telling someone, but I wouldn't take the time to find authority, I'd tell someone to warn them.

Considering I forgot what I'd known about it, I would just move it somewhere muggles couldn't see it, to make sure they didn't think there was a new species of animal. I would be careful about touching it though, just in case.

I'd hate to be in Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw would be ok, but isn't really appealing to me.

If I knew or had heard of the person, I would return it to them, and if i had no idea who they were, I would turn it in.

I would help the woman because I have bad luck and it takes 5 minutes for a light to change when I am waiting.

I would help my friend ofcourse, I wouldn't think of just standing there while my friend is being hurt, even i they are not my friend, I would beat the snott out of the person trying to hurt them. Ofcourse, I have never been in a situation like that, so I can't be sure that I wouldn't be paralyzed by fear. Who knows?

I definately did NOT sell them out, and I would alert someone immidiately of their absence. If my help ws requested, I would oblige, but I would not embark on such a dangerous journey alone, and I think I would leave finding them to the professionals.

I would take off an extra clothing item and pick it up carefully, then run to the nearest place and get help for it. If it bit me or something I would leave it and get help.

I would give the wallet to the police. If no one picks it up in how ever many days... then i get to keep it.

I wouldn't tell the headmaster because the he would tell me to stay put and I wouldn't be able to do that. I would gather a group of their close friends *even if we're enemies* and go look. If my best friend is missing... I shouldn't be fighting with her other friends... I should be there helping her... Like I said before... I am willing to die for my best friends.

If I know that the mythical creature is going to die, then I would stay with it until said time, and make sure to give it a proper burial. Most likely the creature didn't deserve to die... and should be given a proper burial for that...

Considering there was an ID in it I would take it to the police. Because if I went around asking people if this was their wallet, anyone could pretend and say they were this person. This way, the police would have an easier way of finding the person than I would. And, I wouldn't keep any of the money.

Yes, I would go over and help her. I would ask her first if she needed any help and if she said no, then I would leave her alone. If she said yes, then I would take a few bags from her to carry.

I would try and help my friend, but I would be scared in doing it. Either I will go and try and break them up or fight him off, or try and call for help.

I would first tell my other close friends and them tell the headmaster what has happened. Then even if the headmaster tells me not to go looking for her, I'll still get my group of friends and look.

I would first try and think hard if I can remember what kind of creature this was and if it was safe to help it, and if it was, then I would try my best with spells to try and heal it. If I couldn't remember what creature it was then I would try and see if it would give me any reaction and I would again, try and heal it with any spell I could. If I failed at trying to heal it, then I would stay with it until it died and then take it back with me so no muggles would stumble across it.

I can honestly say that I probably wouldn't turn it in to the police.

I would try to save the poor thing, but if it looks dangerous, I would probably leave it alone. (But feel really bad about it!)

I'd try to find the owner on my own by looking for ID, and trying to contact them. If I can't find them, I take it to the police.

I'd ask her right away if she needed some help, and if she said yes, I'd take the heaviest. She can't possibly be expected to carry that toaster and that bag of books while I carry the bag of feathers she needs to finish that bird craft.

I'd jump right in and help, but try not to hurt the other person.

I tell the Headmaster, and go out to search for them myself. If I disappear, too, at least someone knows what happened to me.

I try to comfort the creature in its last time on earth. There is nothing I can do to help it, and I refuse to kill it. So I would try my hardest to stay with it and comfort it until its heart stops.

Honestly? I'd probably put it back down. I don't have any use for Muggle money... I'm already filthy rich surprised

I'd tell a headmaster/ministry official immediately, and then right after go off to find them myself.

I would, like many people do what I could to save it, but like you mentioned, it is beyond help. If it was a sentient creature, I'd ask it what it would want me to do. If it was not, I would end it's suffering instantly. No reason in letting it suffer until it dies, I know I'd rather go peacefully.

I would take the wallet to the police and tell them that I found it on the ground, and then leave them to handle the rest of it.

I would go ask the woman if she needs any help, and if she does, take most of the bags from her, and carry them to wherever she needs to go.

I would not stand there and watch, I would immediately jump into the fight and beat up the other guy for attacking my friend.

You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? I would tell the headmaster and then get all my friends together to try and find our friend and help him/her.
5. You are walking through what is concidered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. You take a step closer to the unknown object. To your surprise you find a mythical creature. You remember learning about them from someone, but at the moment you can't recall what you had learned. Anyway, you notice that there is blood around the mythical creature. Upon further inspection, you see that the mythical creature has a wound. You also know that the mythical creature is going to die. Now, you suppose what to do; you think about the choice you want to or do not want to make. So, it is up to you now, to decide what path you are going to choose. All I have left to say, is pick carefully.
I have two choices: Kill the creature to get his death over with, or leave him there to have the death drawn out. I would kill the creature, because that is the humane thing to do if the death is inevitable. To leave it there to have a drawn out, painful death is wrong and evil.
6. Which Hogwarts house do you not want to go to?
Hufflepuff, because I'm always getting sorted there and a change would be nice.

1. I would go to the phonebooks and look up the name, then call the given listings to find out who the owner was.
2. I would first ask if the elderly woman needed assistance, I don't want to startle her. Who knows, she may be stronger than she looks.
3. I would wait to see whether my friend needed said help. Some people can handle tasks on their own, others cannot. If they seemed to be in a bit of a tight spot, I would immediately rush to assist them.
4. I would tell the headmaster, and then gather a group of close friends together to search for my lost friend. Two(or more) heads are better than one.
5. I would first examine the creature to see if it was safe to hold. I would then take it to the nearest witch or wizard I knew, to attempt to rescue the poor creature.
6. I would be very happy if I were not to go to Hufflepuff.

1.You find a wallet lying on the ground. You pick it up and look inside. Inside, you find an id. So, what do you plan to do with the wallet? Do you give it to the police, or try to find the owner? Do you keep it? Oh, I almost forgot to mention that inside the wallet there was quite a bit of money.
I look for the owner near by and if I do not find him I leave it.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly woman with many bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
Unless I know her, I do not help because she may not want it and I do not want to ask.
3. Your friend is being attacked; you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scare to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
I would pull a pen out of my pocket, stab the foe in the neck, wait for him to cease the violence, and immediately call the police to take him to the hospital.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whomever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? Will you go after your friend and try to rescue him or her, or will you gather a group of close friends and go after him or her? Will you leave this matter alone or will you tell the headmaster? Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that cannot be it, can it?
All my friends and me would be outraged, pursue the kidnapper, and find our friend. After our friend is safe, we would take our own justice and punish the kidnapper dependently on how much damage he did. He may never see the police if he did too much.

I consider that the animal is mythical and does not belong to the environment it is in and I may get into trouble harboring it alone. However, my curiosity is overwhelming me as to what it is and I wish to know. Also, my love for animals is deep especially for the mythic category and so I take it home secretly. I study, nurse it, and then release it in its natural habitat and try not to get caught.

Since there is identification in the wallet, I would definently give it to the police. But, if there wasnt ID I would just take the whole thing.

Seriously, I wouldnt do anything because I would be too lazy to get out the car. Plus, I dont think the old lady would cross the street on a green light.

Since it is my friend and I would do whatever to help my friends I would try my best to stop the fight before anyone gets injured and defend my friend.

I wouldnt try to go by myself thats for sure, I would just become another victim. But, I would notify someone (the headmaster) that whoever has gotten kidnapped.

For Some Reason, I would try to help the mytical creature. Keeping it from harm and trying to heal it.

I would try to find the owner, if I can't find them I would give it to the police. It would not matter if the wallet has money, I would rather earn my own money myself than steal.

I would tell the headmaster, if they shrug off the problem I would get some friends and rescue him or her. Noone should be alone.

I would try my best to heal it's wound. If the creature dies before it's healed I would make sure it gets proper respect.
