Rikku giggles at the face he makes. Once he joins her upon Dimitrus' back she kisses him soundly. "I dunno what movies are playing right now 'Ruto, but I won't subject you to something like that." Now she made a face. "Sides... they're all about the same, aren't they?"
Snuggling into his warmth, Rikku verbally spouted the thoughts of her head. "Although something a little romantic would be nice. With some action & comedy too." She tilted her head up at Naruto. "DO you think there's something like that out now?"

Naruto kissed her back and smiled, blushing as they trot along in town, making sure to keep Rikku close so she can feed off body heat. "I'm not sure myself, but I am sure there is something you can choose when we get there!" he says, his tail wagging behind him.

"Sure! Okay!" Rikku ran a finger along the edge of Naruto's tie & then back up the lapel of his jacket. Smiling, she leaned up for another kiss.
"mmm. Maybe we should go for a girly film after all. More chances foe kisses." But Rikku was winking to show she was teasing this time.

Naruto kissed her back, but he did hope she was joking, because more then likely, instead of kissing, he would fall asleep and probably fall out of his seat while he was at it. And yes, it did happen, numerous times when Miranda made him watch him watch her girly movies with her. He looks up as he spies the theater, smiling.

The Al Bhed knew nothing of the thoughts Naruto was entertaining. She clapped happily seeing the theater ahead. "Booyah! Now do we know any of the titles?"
Rikku pouted a little as she read the marquis. No. As it turned out, she did not.

Naruto steers Dimitrus in front of the theater and hops off when the horse kneels down. Hoisting Rikku off the saddle, he pats the equines side, telling him again to stay close and knowing he won't cause trouble in the city while they were watching their movie.

Giving a little wave to Dimitrus she took the ninja's hand as they walked past the movie posters. She crinkled her nose in disappointment, none of them seemed to fit what they wanted. "Tnyd. Maybe we should just go home & watch a movie there."
Rikku was seriously considering it when a poster different than the others caught her eye. It looked animated... not real. But there was something about it that intrigued her. "Walt Disney Pictures presents Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas presented for the first time ever in Disney Digital 3-D... hmmm."
The poster showed a bunch of strange characters sitting in a movie theater with what looked to be sunglasses on. One female seemed to have taken her arm off to extend her range across the male beside her to steal some popcorn. It made Rikku giggle.
The Al Bhed tilted her head at Naruto. "Do ya know anything about this one, Ruto? It at least looks different, and not so gory or boring as some of the others."

Looking around at the movies choices that were avaliable, he was seriously considering just turning them both around, going to find some place to have dessert and then calling for Dimitrus to take them home. But when she stopped and pointed out a poster of a movie playing, a smile instantly lights his face up. He remembered that movie, Moochi had the DVD of it and he and all the other pets loved to watch it, thus crowding out the livingroom when it was on. "Yea, that one's great!! I've seen it before, but if you want, we can see it here!! It's not scary and it can be really funny!" he exclaims, silently hoping she would agree to go see that one.

"oh. You've seen it?" Rikku did not even bother to mask her disappointment. She nibbles on her lip thoughtfully. "Are you sure you'd want to see it again?"

Naruto smiles encouragingly and nods his head, "Yea, I've seen it like a million times and it just gets better!! It would be so cool to see it on the big screen!" he exclaims, his tail wagging about. He tugs on his tie, hoping he didn't look too formal walking into the theater in his suit.

Rikku smiled. "Okay! Let's see it then!" She flipped her tail, Naruto's excitement infectious. Then she placed her hands on his, pulling his hand away from the tie with a wink. "It looks good. 'Sides... if you take it off I might go getting ideas."
Giggling, Rikku pushed a strand of hair over her shoulders. It certainly felt different having her hair down.

Naruto blushed when Rikku pulled his hand away from his tie, gulping over her implied words. He just hoped he could get through the movie! Letting out a breath, he takes Rikku's hand and heads over to the ticket window to purchase their tickets.

Of course, Rikku's thoughts had been on leading the ninja around by the tie --but of course he did not know that. Some inner part of her caught on to the implied meaning of her words even if she refused to consciously think about them. So she was able to smile sweetly & innocently as they got their tickets & 3-D glasses.
Catching a wiff of the consession stand Rikku's full tummy did a little turn. "I don't know about you, Ruto, but I'm still full. If you want anything, don't expect me to be able to help you out with it."

Naruto looked over at the concession stand and he licks his lips. It sometimes took alot for him to get full, but he didn't feel like getting popcorn and a big drink. "I'll get a small drink and maybe some candy, that way we can share if you want some!" he says, leading the way to stand in line, hoping they had enough time to buy his treats and get to the theater.

She smiled fondly. "You & your bottomless pit." Rikku's tail flicked against his playfully as she placed her free hand gently on Naruto's belly with an impish tilt to her head. Then she giggled & let her hand drop. "If you ever do get full to the the point of not being able to eat anymore, I want to be the first to know."
