Pinnochio was made of pine.
An Ostrich egg would take 4 hours to hard boil.
Until the 1960's me with long hair could not enter Disneyland.
Hershey's Kisses are called that because the machine that makes them looks like it's kissing the conveyor belt.
"Underground" is the only word in the English language that begins and ends with the letters "und."
Gosh I could go on forever.

There are an average of 6 bug legs per chocolate bar.
Don't ask. A girl in our newswriting class had "Random Facts" and read some off for us. That's the only one I remember. xd

If you drop a penny off of the empire state building, it will kill someone if it hits them.
Also:
The airplane company American express, once saved 40,000 dollars in one year by eliminating one olive from every first class salad.

Wow. I find it amazing how the average American/Canadian drinks about 600 sodas a year. That's a lot of soda for just one year!

Kahara_Michiyo Spirit_of_Yarn Dmar-kun Canada has the most donut shops per capita than any other country. Go Timmy's! Timmy's? And thats awsome ^^ It's actually called Tim Horton's, after the hockey player who started the whole franchise. We've just shortened the name to Timmy's because it's easier to say.. Which kind of makes Canadians look lazy.. hm.. But yes this is very true, there are like doughnut shops everywhere. Especially in Nova Scotia, in every town there are at least 2 Tim Horton's. They can't live without their Coffee and Dougnuts.. or so it would seem. well we say Timmy's because it sounds better and could be that we're lazy and don't want to say the whole name.

I have two responses to this:
1. Not one casino has a clock. Anywhere. Why? Because they don't want to let the people doing the gambling get to know how late it is.
2. I only drink a soda once or twice a year. To heck with statistics.
