I love to listen to Relient K and FM static and now I'm listening to Hawk Nelson! I love those kinda bands! ^_^

Sadly, I have trouble finding good christian rock that I really like.
Right now I'm a big fan of Payable on Death, Blindside, AudioAdrenaline, and the Newsboys. A little odd I guess, I've got almost every genre of music in my CD wallet, but right now I'm in a hard rock mood.

In my opinion, I can listen to any music. I'm not particularly picky. (Of course, ones with crude and obscene lyrics are totally out of the question and immediately thrown out of my choices.)

I usually listen to Anime MIDIs while I'm surfing the internet, since the tunes are so cool. (I don't really care for the lyrics, but I do like finding translations to them. I'm also in the habit of memorizing the Japanese lyrics, anyways.)

I usually switch my radio stations from the secular pop music to country to Christian stations and back on the cycle. I like to listen to songs in which, not only the music, but also the lyrics fit the mood I'm in.

For some reason, I'm getting really tired of the songs that talk about dating, girlfriend/boyfriend situations, or any songs that point to the secular reasoning of romance and how men and women feel or know about their interpretations of love and its place in relationships. I just . . . feel ultimately sick to my stomach. It's just absolutely silly to me. It . . . just seems so shallow.

As far as favorite bands and such, I really don't care who sings what. As long as the lyrics have a good message or story I can learn from, I'll listen to it. Since I usually listen to the radio more than collecting different CDs of different artists, I'm not paying attention to the artist more than I am to the actual songs.
