Haruki had been continuing to move up the stiars after his boss casually durring the whole thing. He didn't know what was going on, no one had said a thing to him this evening. Which was fine with him. Though he glanced up briefly as he heard the sound of footsteps up above only in time to see the two figures from earlier that day zip by him down the stairs. What the hell? He stood only a brief moment on the stairs before darting down after the pair. They might have been faster than him, but he'd get down there. Obviously something must have happened below to see people rushing that fast.
Which immediatly had him worrying over a certain child. Revon had been down there still. He wouldn't have left, so...
s**t.
The red-head tried to pick up his pace a bit more as the explosion occured and was sent flying a few steps before landing and sliding down until the next landing. This just wasn't his day. Shoving himself up quickly, he failed to notice the mask he'd been wearing had fallen off and continued to rush down the stairs. He had to make sure Revon was alright.
Revon had been enduring the wrath of his brother until Madeline stepped in. A few tears pricked at the corner of the boys face as he sniffled at his brother. He'd done it again. He'd upset his brother, the dress was bad. "I-I" He didn't have time to say more as the building suddenly shook and the room went black. The boy gave a mixture of a squeak and a shriek at the sudden occurance. He huddled into a little ball until it all seemed over and peeked up as the lights came back on and some lady appeared at the stairs. What was going on?
After her speech a look of panic drew itself on the dark skinned boys face. Haruki had gone that way. After this Alan? It must be the same person as who was with the girl earlier since she was back. The boy quickly shoved himself to his feet and ran over toward the door, but only made it a few steps before the familiar red head made it down from the staircase. He had a few cuts and soon to be bruiseson his face from summersaulting down a set of stairs, but he was alright. Not only that, he snatched up the bird as soon as he spotted him and was out of the building just as quickly.
He hadn't been there to hear what had gone on, but he didn't want the child in the building. He only stopped once he was clear of the building and was looking up at the new gaping hole in the side. That definitely wasn't good. That must have been what happened. He glanced down eyeing the child briefly to make sure he seemed alright before blinking as the bird poked at his cheek.
"Ha h-has scr-scratch." He mumbled quietly and wiped a smear of blood of the man's cheek. But neither was dead, they had that much to be thankful for. Though Haruki wouldn't be happy over hearing his boss was dead. What would happen to the corperation without it's boss?

Delta chuckled as she excitedly led her mum Mooninto the hall, since it was late delta wasnt able to stay for long but her mum had said that she could come for long enough to say hello to a few friends and to pick up her gift bag.
Delta had already said hello to all the people that she knew and so this was the last thing on her list. unsure she walked up to one of the friendlier looking staff and tugged on their shirt "heyo, umm.. may i puhleeese have a bag?" she smiled and wagged her tail hopefully and made sure to jingle all the bells on her jestess's costume.

Kat had been smiling as the groups of children started playing and general meriment. It was good... Children should have fun.
But then everything suddenlly came crashing down, thankfully not in a literal sense, A loud noise, she found herself automaticall ymoving backwards to the small group of children just behind her, since they were mostly on the other side of the reception desk thanks to Talia. Everything moved so fast though... The lights, on then off, then the spray of water. Eyes darted around in confusion as mass chaos pretty much erupted forth. "Please, Calm down! It's okay..." She glanced around, starting to try and get the room to evacuate when that was interupted with a child being passed to her. Talia? Was she alright?! Kat's heart nearly self destructed at the thought the girl might be hurt but.. No, just sleeping.
She looked up as the tech spoke, Alan? Alan was... If it had been atomically possible her jaw would have hit the ground. Murder?! He .. he was... She choked on her breath, knees suddenlly slumping beneith her, she found herself abruptly meeting the ground. Nono... Had to get out. Right. Her mind kicked into autopilot as she wobbily stood, Talia cradled tenderly in one arm.
What was goign to happen to them? The corporation, the children... Talia? Once the kindergarden teacher made it ouside, she walked a ways away from the building then slumped to a sit again. Her legs just did not want to work.

It seemed that the whole mess of children could have been heading for disaster if the sudden panic which swept over the entry level floor set things strait. Still angry over his brother's outfit, Keivlos was about to have his way, until Emi started attacking him.
Nono get her off, he didn't want to be touching it--why was its tiny little fingers clawed...wait, there was certainly no pain here. What was the white thing doing? From a flinching position he had taken moments ago, Keivlos now bravely opened his eyes. The pretty white thing...she felt so warm and her dress so soft..."Let go!" Shrieked the little boy, as Madeline picked up her son. With Revon now safe in Haruki's arms, there was no further need to stay. From the corner of her eye, Madeline had spotted the swans father from across the room. They would find each other all right..."Emi, go find your father sweetheart, he's over there." She nodded in the general direction, sure that the girl would be fine. Wiggling in her arms, Keivlos screamed again. No! He didn't want the pretty white thing to leave, he didn't want--it was time to stay! Stay! "STAY!" came the word from his mouth, while he pulled at a lock of Madeline's hair.
The teacher however was done with this, already most every one else had left. Even the woman behind the front desk was gone,...another few people passed her on her left. A very colorful child and his mother. Looking around the room, Madeline decided to follow their lead and leave before anything else so horrible should happen. Alan...dead? What was going to happen now? And despite the tantrum Keivlos was having in her arms, she maged to squeeze him just a little bit tighter.

The fit that Keivlos threw only made Emi panic even further and she was about to start crying when Madeline told her where he father was. The swan child would have nodded and thanked her had she been in the right frame of mind. Instead, Emi was still quite scared and the thought of her Father made everything else seem unimportant.
"Emi?!" Aiden called again, finally spotting his daughter running toward him. She was scooped up in his arms and held close, eyes shutting tight, "So glad you're okay," he whispered, stroking the shaking little girl's head.
He hadn't heard any announcement - all he knew was he and his daughter should leave. After all, wasn't everyone else?
"Daddy," Emi whispered, head burying itself into his neck. She was safe.
It would all be okay.

Caden jumped at the blast, fur bristling, he whirled around, trying to locate the source of the noise. In an instant, his mother was beside him again, pressing a firm reassuring hand on his shoulder. He leaned into the contact, wrapping his arms around her legs, and tearing small holes into the rough fabric of her pants with unsheathed claws. "It's all right Caden." Her calm voice broke through the whirl of tension and confusion around him. He looked up at her, comforted and awed by the kind strength in her posture. She was his mother the lioness, his protecter. He hid his face and breathed her scent, a quiet repreive from the fear-thickened air.
Wolfie was immensly releived when the lionboy didn't bother struggling or questioning her about murder when she picked him up and carried him quickly out the door. Even though she was edgy herself, it would only stress Caden further and make him uncooperative if she acted afraid. She had to be confident and give him something calm to cling to. The ruse had worked and hopefully, neither of them would be worse for the experiance.
