Christopher tried not to laugh too hard at Erik's response about the 'babies.' He managed to shake it off but his jaw still was aching no less. He waved back at Erik as he left the duplex.
Turning back to Glacus he nodded in reply to his question. He then wrote down to verify:
Yes, it's fine. I have plenty of shirts so I won't be running out of them anytime soon. Go ahead and take one.
He wrote down something more but set down the notepad and completed the connection to the lab through his intercom. He was put on hold for a moment so Christopher went ahead and held up the notepad again:
Go ahead and find out what you need to. I'll be in the bathroom for a moment.
With that, Christopher ventured toward his restroom and shut the door, eager to view his changes firsthand.

Once he was sure the thing was working, he put his head towards the mouth piece "Um hello?"
A cold sounding voice returned with a sharp response. "What do you want?"
"I'm a new arrival, my name is Glacus Masculli, do you know where i can find my house number or where i can find new clothes?"
Glacus could hear laughter, "Ah yes our 'lifeguard'.My name is Sabin Duvert, and i will be your lab tech. House number is 75 and any time you need clothing and if i'm in a good mood i may give you one."
Glacus wasn't so sure he trusted this man. But he needed to follow this world's rules now, not his own.

Christopher studied himself in the mirror very closely. His hands were running across every detail. His new teeth, his blackened nose, his ears, his fur, and his pawpads. It was hard to believe they were really there. This is something he had been dreaming about all his life and suddenly, it was right in front of him.
He decided to try out his new nose and took in a huge sniff. The place smelt very sterile. However, he could still pick up the faint aroma of blood on him. His nose wrinkled in disgust and and he decided he would have to shower soon.
Christopher then looked fondly at his fur and ran his fingers down his chest, stroking the coarse hairs. A pleasurable moan escaped his lips as he continued to caress the fur. It just felt so foreign yet invigorating. He decided to savor every minute of it. Now that he was focusing on his new attributes he could overhear the intercom discussion in the other room.
He cringed when he heard Sabin's voice. The guy was as bad as Moreau, if not worse. He searched his medicine cabinet for some cotton swabs to stick into his ears so he wouldn't have to grit his teeth while listening to that smug little b*****d. But as soon as he found them, the conversation on the intercom ended.
Christopher let out a sigh of relief and decided he should return to his company. He reached the door, exhaled, and exited the bathroom.
"So, an-y luk?" Christopher inquired as he came back into the main area of the duplex. "By the waa-ay, do yo...u wan-t anyt-ing ta drin...k? I have Cherry Coke, oran...e juice, milk, Canada Dri, and avf course water."

"Water is fine, thank you." Glacus Hadn't realized that Sabin was still talking "I hope you enjoy your stay here, if you need me please hesitate to call me through your own intercom" he said and then signed off. "Hey Chris! Do you know where duplex 75 is?!!?!?!?" Glacus heard a crashing noise and he was afraid that maybe he frightened him.

Christopher was startled when the cans of Cherry Coke from his fridge pack flew out at him as soon as he opened the door. He lept back and put his pawwed hand to his chest, breathing in and out to calm himself.
"I've got killer kamikaze Cherry Cokes, how lovely," Christopher choked out. Oddly enough, the statement came out normally, maybe because his reaction was by instinct and not focusing on how to operate his new mouth.
He proceeded to put the Cherry Cokes back into his fridge and pulled out a bottle of Aquafina which he tossed to Glacus.
"I kno where i...t is," Christopher's speech was improving a little more with each time he talked now. "I'll s...how you."
Christopher opened up his duplex door and lead the way to where Glacus would now find his home to be.

Glacus followed chris out the door and down a trail outside the forest. the duplex was very close to the lake/river which made glacus happy. and Glacus saw that it led straight to a small pier into the water.
"Thanks again for all your help" Glacus stated, somewhat sad that he was going to be alone for a while. So... what do you think i'm going to end up as?

Christopher shrugged and joked, "May-be somthin' fishee."
He smirked and patted Glacus on the shoulder. The next part was kind of long winded so he just pulled out the pencil and paper once more and wrote:
If you need anything or just want to hang out, don't be afraid to contact me. I want to thank you again for helping me out today. It was a pleasure to meet your company. It seems I've been blessed to make some good friends here so far. I hope you encounter such luck too.
Christopher held up what he wrote and waited for his new friend to respond.

"Well so far i made one, but i won't hesitate to call you. I would rather hang with you then go near that freaky sabin guy." His voice still burned in Glacus Memory. "And if you start bleeding again you know where to find me." He jested
"Well i think i'm going to go inside set my stuff down and maybe swim a little. I'll see you later." He was carrying his bag with everything he owned still upside since it ripped open and really wanted to put it down.

"Take care!" Christopher called out as he headed off in the other direction, but watching to make sure Glacus got inside his duplex fine. Once he was positive he would be alright, he broke off into a sprint and ran into the woods.
With his new changes, he wanted to experience what it would be like now. What new experiences might he have. What smells might he take in. It all had his curiosity piqued. As he ran, he reviewed his first week on the island and was content with the proceedings thus far. He could only imagine what wonders or horrors laid in store for him and the others now.
But it was best to just seize the day. On that note, Christopher called out just for the hell of it, "Carpe Diem!" As expected, it sent a wave of soreness through his jaw making him regret doing that but oh well. He'd deal with it.
