Pretty People Never LIE Escher quickly grabbed the bleeding bulletwound, hoping to stop the flow with any means necassary but that only made it worse. Mary was hysterically laughing, blood spurting out of her stomach. It was grotesque display but one that made Escher laugh a little.
"I'm not blushing," He said finally. Mary shook the blood off of her arms.
"That's not what your bullethole says."
Escher stuck his tongue out at her. True, in Earth years, he was in
his twenties but right now, he was acting more 17 than he had when he was alive. He looked at the giggling dead girl and wondered Am I really falling for her? He shook his head quickly, trying to dislodge the thought from his mind but blood flew everywhere instead. Damn, why couldn't he have shot himself in the stomach or something?

Mary tried to clean the blood off her arms, but doing so while laughing wasn't helping, so she just gave up and waited till her laugher died down.
Once it did, she started cleaning off her amrs. Not fully, as she really didn't care, just so that it didn't look like she dyed her arms red before she died.
While doing so she asked, 'So, where are we even going?'
Escher shrugged. 'Nowhere in particular, I guess. Just walking around aimlessly.'
Mary nodded, still looking at Escher. 'Sounds good to me.'
She studied his features while pretending to watch something that was happening across the street.
He's a really good looking guy…
She shook this thought out of her head. She'd only known him for not even a day, and half that time was spent drunk, high and passed out. She couldn't be developing a crush on him. She wasn't the type to go for looks alone, she'd get to know the guy better.
Well, except when she was drunk and/or high, then she couldn't control her actions much and ended up sleeping with some random guy.
She brought herself out of her world when she saw Escher's lips were moving.
'…place, isn't this?'
'Uh, sorry, what? Something across the street distracted me…not every day you…see a building shaped like a huge spider.' She finished, seeing a building across the street that was, indeed, shaped like a huge spider, very much like Aragog in HP2.

Pretty People Never LIE Escher turned around to see what Mary was staring at. There was a huge spider-shaped building, which made Escher's heart jump a little in his chest. He loved spiders, ever since he was a little kid. For a while, when he was in 6th grade, he had a pet turantula named Malice whom got eaten by the next door neighbor's dog. He grabbed Mary's hand quickly. "Come on, we have to check it out!" He said with a huge smile on his face. Mary shrugged and they both broke off into a sprint towards the strangely shaped building. Mary noticed Escher's hand was cold, but she guessed that's what death did to you. They ran together towards the spider-shaped building, jumping over, running around and sometimes accidentally stepping on the many bodies that littered the street and sidewalks, and a few ones waking up too.
When they arrived it, they just stood in front of it for a while, taking in every detail.
'I wonder what it's used for…' Mary whispered, not knowing why she had the hushed tone. It just didn't seem like something one would say loudly.

There was a soft light coming from one of the "eyes" of the spider, which, upon closer examination, turned out to be a window.
I 'unno... I just felt like writing sumpin...
