Howie looked at the little peace of armor over Rasa's shoulder, but not long just a quick glance. He was sure he would be updated later. He searched around the room not finding much himself.

Furon snuck from room to room, having to pry a door or two open on the way. He checked his HUD whenever he could. He heard nothing but silence in every room he went into. The air in almost all of these rooms was stale, not been breathed for years. This place was very old. Furon had the feeling that something wasn't just GOING to happen, but that something had ALREADY happened and that it would happen again. Furon took the saftey off of his rifle.

((Hey, just wondering about the body you found in the controls - the first one. was it exposed to the outside?))
Jack Alexandre looked around, he was totally confused about what to do. This wasn't the type of mission he liked and he always seemed to get lost when he was told to 'just wait around' or something like that. He had sat down and checked his rifle twice. He looked around and sighed, nothing to do and no one to give him orders. He took out the magazine from his assault rifle and began to inspect one of the bullets.

Another Pelican dropship dropped down from the upper atmosphere, on course to land at the newly established L.Z. near the abandoned facilities of the planet, Kashrat. Captain Twombley had once again taken his seat after they dropped into the lower atmosphere of Kashrat. Mathias thought to himself, this was a planet he had never even heard of before. The hum from the engines that rang through the whole ship, lowered in tone as they were slowed down for landing. Once they landed the bay doors opened once again into the new Kashrat air.

Alpha squad piled out, not in an urgent manner either. They all had grabbed their gear and casually jumped out, assembling together waiting for further orders. Once the last of them had emptied the Pelican, a ground control crew member gave the all clear signal to the pelican pilot. The Pelican engines roared back up and sent dust flying up. None of the ODSTs were bothered by it since their helmets were totally enclosed and the outside air was filtered by their helmets as well., other then that it was a nuisance to try and see through the dust. The medic did have to try and cover his face though while they moved closer to the encampment, since he was still wearing his Marine armor.

Mathias was at the front of the group, Gunnery Sergeant Hammer close by. For now, Mathias assumed that SPARTAN-108 was incharge of the operations on the ground and would seek him out.

Michael gazed around at the L.Z. and the Desert planets landscape. The hard rocky desert beneath his boots was a nice change since he had been on a ship for a long time. The faint image clearly dictated that there were mountains at a fiar distance from the L.Z. Maybe 20 kilometers from them, easily. He couldn't help but think that there must have been some kind of trail up there, maybe even something living. It was deffinetly possible. But he focused back onto the ruins of a dead colony. It was tragic.

And there it was. He had thought that he saw a slight ring figure forcing itself out of the ground when they were coming down planetside from the Titan. And sure enough it was there. It was faint, just off to the east of the mountains. He could barely make something out, but it looked like something was connecting them together. The mountains were oddly shapped as well. Almost like a cross between pyramids and a covenant ship. It was an interesting land formation, something he had never seen before. Michael tapped the side of his helmet, pressing a button. The view inside the helmet zoomed in on the ring. It was deffinetly made of metal and its structure reminded him almost of Theta Halo. And then he pressed the button, bringing back his original zoon level. He looked back at the ruins and then over to the vehicles near them. Warthogs. Lots of them. A scorpion, which he didn't think they'd need. Michael sighed and then said over the mic, "Captain, remember that alarm I told you about? It's ringing so loudly I'm starting to get a headache." It was true, he did have a headache as well. But that just came with the job.

"Sir, are there any camras in this room we might be able to get video feed from and find out what happened?"

-Unknown. If there was, they have been since removed.-

This was Mala speaking through the camera drone that she had comendered and it slowly rotated itself back and forth in a negative.

Furon heard chatter in the distance. It was human chatter. Furon walked towards it.
