It was a bit un-settling... Gage didn't know what all he might've said in front of the chip that he hadn't meant to. He'd apologize later when it finally got it's body... He... it was a he.

"Well," Dierdre said cutting the silence, "I'll be glad when he has his body. Then I'll be able to properly show him where the limits of our bedroom are."

Ronnie grimaced, "Yeah... like I said, the clan's growing to be too big..." She blushed slightly and sank into her seat.

"Ugh, it's horrible." Dierdre didn't even bother to mask her annoyance, "I need my own room, with my own space, not having to look at all of Gage's things every time I enter the room. Do you have your own room?"

"I'm afraid mine's going to grow even more some day. Then what will I do?" Ronnie straightened up in her seat, feeling a bit childish for trying to hide in the un-comfortable plastic. "Well, we'll cross that bridge when we get there. If I can get that unit on the island, great, if I can't... well we'll see then."

"You're so lucky!" Dierdre enthused, "It's my current goal now to have my own room. I know just how I want to decorate it and everything!"

Ronnie chuckled slightly, "I could... but I won't." She glanced at Dierdre to see if the fae girl was listening. "And then there's some who couldn't be more happy at the prospect of moving out. So I don't think I need to worry about that."

It looked for a moment as if Dierdre was going to be sick. "Oh my." She said, almost breathless, "you poor thing." She reached out to Darsais to hug her. "If Ronnie had decorated my room, well I think I'd just have died."

"Yeah," Ronnie glanced at the table dejected, "but I think she likes me on some... level... somehow. I dunno. I try hard at least."

Dierdre was not convinced but let it go. It wasn't worth getting in a tiff over, and that proved just how much she approved of Darsais. "That would be nice." Smiling, she thought maybe she'd bring something to give the room flare as a gift.

Ronnie tried to bolster herself on Silverah's words. It seemed to be that Dierdre was gravitating more toward Rias than herself, but at least the girl was relating to someone. "Well, anyway, i didn't get a chance to talk to the doctor much, so could you fill me in on some of the Kybernetik stuff? Like, you know, how many are there and stuff."

"I look forward to seeing it then." Dierdre said. That way she could asess the situation and think fo the best plan of action to help.

Ronnie shrugged once and leaned her head back to look up at the ceiling. Ugh... the vents were so dirty here. "But it's such an interesting project." She blinked and noticed some stains of food that had been smeared across the tiles. If she crossed her eyes they made pictures. "Well, I hope I get to meet some of the others as well sometime."

Dierdre was half listening to her mother's talk, half wondering if she could convince her to stop by the clothing store on the way home. Her shirt had gotten singed by the crazy oven and she would demand another one.
