But since I'm guessing you're referring to sex or masturbation, the general rule is as follows:
- There is no age restriction on masturbation. Do it when you want to, whatever feels good, and so on.
- For sex, it's whenever you can be responsible and mature about it. That means talking to your partner about what you do if something goes wrong, discussing birth control together, helping her pay for it if necessary, dealing with a possible unwanted pregnancy, getting an abortion, or giving up a child for adoption, and so on. If you can't deal with any of those things at this point in your life, then it's probably better to wait until you're older and in a better position in your life to deal with any possible risks and consequences of sex.
