Nikomikiri Anekko I've never heard a girl scream random things such as "Justice Biscuits," for example, as they cut down an opponent in multiplayer Halo or joust with tanks. Maybe the guys in my Halo group are just weird, but thats what they do while the girls plot their demise. Please.. share.

Guys do tend to be much more competitive players than girls, and I have more fun playing with other girls.
But about the obscene remarks thing about the characters...um, girls do that too. Sorry to tell you. We don't do it with DOA, obviously, but to me, one of the most fun things about Soul Calibur 2 is all the obscene jokes my friends and I make. It's all in fun.

Reading most of these comments, I start to wonder if I have a guy's spirit or something. I am extremely competitive and need to beat them no matter what. I don't make excuses though if I loose, more or less clam up and try harder. But oooo boy do I rub it in if I win cause I know my guy friends would do the vey same to me, can't give them that chance you know? And I hate to admit this, but would make the same comments about the chick models in games, after all they are just polygons so it is usually funny.
But I noticed guys are more violent when loosing games when solo. Lots of controller throwing and cussing. I don't know about other girls, but when I die solo or what not, simple pick up where you left off or hit restart, sometimes take a break from it to come up with plans before going back. After all I don't want to go spend 20 bucks on dieing in a game.

daft alchemist I have yet to see a girl gamer act like a noob a*****e, so that's a difference as well. stare Ooh, I've met alot of girls like that on Guild Wars. It's so annoying I have to turn off local chat.
I agree with alot of you that most guys absolutely LOVE to rub it in our faces when they beat us. But then they lose they turn around and give stupid little excuses that aren't even true. I have two guys that live nextdoor to me and they invite me over to game sometimes, and when I beat them in a race, they're like: "I wasn't concentraiting..." and stoof like that. Then I say they lie and rub it in their faces for all the times they do that to me. blaugh
