((Alright. I'm fine with that. Carry on, everyone.
I will say that if Quin heads out of the forest, away from the village, the NPCs here will let him go. The PCs may still choose to pursue you, though. You came with no hostile intent, but the NPCs' instructions are to make sure no one even gets close to the village. I did say right in the thread description that this place had a bunch of guard NPCs in it, too. *shrugs* Good luck to you.))

Jacknife continued firing three bullet bursts at the tresspasser. He alternated the gun firing with each burst. "Nothing personal man, but I cant let anybody come this close to the village. I suggest you leave." He shouted over the roar of gunfire. As he spoke the two knives of Sir Roxsohard slid out and floated in the air beside and slightly in front of him. He could see the shield the man was using on the screen of his MTPA. He didnt know how long the man could hold it, but if he left the forest now Alan would be content to let him go. He had bigger things to do.

((He was already in the clearing and didn't really want to go back north. Fish should have his verdict posted soon and then we can get back to normal. Really guys, stop driving him in circles. Drive right to the point of what is the crux of your problem instead of dancing around it.))

((I really rather think we should just end this with you going off to whatever the next place you want is as long as its not closer to the village. Two reasons: 1) You're in a bad position, half frozen with a billion NPCs around. 2) I have to go to dinner.))

((1. Your numbers are off and so far I've kept this battle to a stand still. 2. Quin doesn't take kindly to be shot at. 3. He's not half frozen. He's getting to a point, but he makes sure to wear wool clothes to keep him nice and warm; but then battle and moving also keeps him giong. 4. I don't care about your meal.))

((VERDICT: In this post, Quintilius' bodily heat over all is dropping. He is not gaining nor maintaining current level of heat. There is no drain or use of the tiger to lessen draining of heat from him in anyway, but he is not mortally or immediatly disablingly chilled as of yet. His use of the wind to stop projectiles stands. I do however, suggest use of other means to avoid bullets in the future, in my mind this requires a level of heat drain which he would quickly disable himself with, I advise not standing in place and blocking bullets with this power more than is absolutely necessary, I would count it as a greater level of drain to do so.
For all future situations, Quintilius may not drain heat from other living beings or 'impart the chll of the Winds' on them, due to lack of clarity and potential for misuse. He may only draw heat which is taken away for his magics from himself. If he gains heat through nonmagical means or another's magical intervention, such as being near/in flames or touching against a very warm object, this would raise his body heat, as is naturally apparant, and in doing so provide him some level of heat with which to fuel his abilities. If they would burn or harm him in imparting said heat, they still do so.
Thank you. I'm taking a break. Go get a new judge till I'm back.))

((Well ******** this. I'm not waiting around on them.))
Even as he had issued his challange he was moving. He noted where the shots were coming from and knew that he couldn't do that s**t again. His body needed a chance to recover, he need to warm up. Already he could feel his fingers tingling as a numbness began to set in. The first sign that he was taxing his body too much.
But the gun shots, they needed to be taken care of. Dropping and rolling he was out of the line of sight and was further advantage by the bulk of a dead tiger.
Coming out of the role he channeled what reserves of ki he had into his leg to rush back into the clearing. It wasn't far, he had been ambushed on the edge of it after all.
And the radio was alive, barking and doing what it was, he heard a few words and knew something was happening in that cave. Seemed someone took an interesting.

The bowmen, seeing Quin retreating, are content to let him go for now.

Hearing the repetitive tattering of gun-fire below, he was just about to drop his grenade when he heard and saw the man who was being fired at run off. Well, no reason to waste the thing now... Shade placed the grenade back where it belonged and set it back on standby. All he had to now was hop down from the tree and reappeared, his cloak shifted somewhat with the landing. "Alright, now that that little stand off is over, all of you are going to follow the others and I will too." Shade ordered darkly from with black syn-skin suit, and then began to head off into his new destination.

And back out into the forest, Kalis this time rounded up more support. From the creatures around an area, whom could understand him even if he had no clue if they ever tried to say anything to him or not, he found two massive lumps of fur.
OMFGZ BEARS!

Kalis didn't hesitate, hoisting himself up ontop of the bear, straddling the massive creature clumsily to ride. The thing moved a little awkwardly, but the deal was worked out soon. He told it what to do, it did it. Very nice and clean. It amused him greatly for no apparant reason, to be mounting a bear. "Well, what are you waiting for?" he asked, turning back to look at the men with him. He recieved two blanks stares and one blink. "Get on the other one." "Aw, heck, no way I'm getting on the-" "Get on your bear boys. We're heading out to make a mess." And so they did, north to the clearing.

With the threat gone, Jacknife nodded to the archers. "We're good now." He told them. "I'm going to go see if I can fortify anywhere else, or if I'm needed somewhere." With that he headed off towards the Old Mill.

The bike thrummed and hummed as it sped through the forest. It bounced over a fallen log and thumped to the ground again. It didnt look like much after being thrown about in the river for a while, but it still ran good enough. Jacknife continuously searched around for any odd readings on his MTPA. Well, he found them. There were tons of those summoned creatures around, but they didnt bother him. He was more concerned about any humans running about.
