Yeah, it seriously bothered me because there were too few people, but I recall now that I noticed a few were missing. I don't know WHY they were left off, but I was going off of the fight listing up above, in the sticky, which was apparently beyond ******** right that shortly.

To the best of my ability, this is accurate.

With 64 numbers, I had 2 that didn't match up right because I was in a hurrry. 30 and 31 got switched because I pulled the wrong name, the same with 54 and 57.

I believe I corrected them accurately according to the list I made when I randomized the numbers.

However, even if I totally boned it, at least it's still a pretty random lineup since I have no idea where I shoved people.

Notice for anyone with information relevant to it:

I recall that Cziri said something about dropping offline for a few months with no intention of returning. If this is true (meaning other people agree that he said this and nobody can really contact him about it since he's never online), then all the fights he's currently matched for will be counted as BYEs.

The exact reasoning for it was from this part of the post:

To his surprise they froze which could only mean one thing, it wasn't working. He leapt back and converted his body into pure electricity and grounded himself into the stadium floor, hiding in a new form. He would then appear behind him, still in his metallic form..

Where he changed his body into electricity, dispersed, and then reappeared in another location.

Actions preformed were changing the state of the body into an immaterial form and subsequent 'instantaneous' movement.

Rules of conduct on the home page

No leaving the arena. The arena itself, which actually sits below ground level, spans three hundred feet in diameter with walls one hundred feet high before the stands begin. The floor of the arena is covered with enough sand to conceal the stones beneath, but not enough to be significantly detrimental to footing or traction. Gates at the northern and southern end lead into the arena, through which contenders will enter upon being summoned from their quarters in order to compete in the designated match. In the center of the arena, etched into the stones and burned into the sand, is the symbol of a sword. Not leaving the arena includes no teleportation, no burrowing more than ten feet below arena floor, and no jumping, hovering, or flying higher than three hundred feet. Should a fighter be driven through the floor more than ten feet or thrown higher than three hundred feet into the air by his or her opponent, said opponent is awarded the win via ring-out. Being thrown out of the colosseum by any other manner, such as through the outer walls, also constitutes a ring-out. Fighting may be done in the stands, if only to spice things up, meaning that almost the entire arena is fair game. Teleportation includes any form of disappearing and reappearing. Phasing (becoming ghostly or ethereal, changing state of matter to gas) is also banned. Leaving the material plane, shadowporting, fireporting, turning into air, and related methods of movement--even for a nanosecond--are considered illegal and are offenses up for disqualification.

It's a technicality, but it's there for a reason. Maybe you didn't read the rules, maybe you just forgot them, or maybe you didn't consider it to fall into one of those cagetories... but disgression is the better decision when toeing the line.

If you have any other questions, or would like to dispute this, strike up a thread in the forum here with your viewpoint on it all and why you feel the ruling should be overturned.

COMMERCE HAS BEEN CLEANED UP.

Any fight that has not been posted in since the middle of August is now closed, with the exception of the 2-3 that stated that they were in debate.

For those... resolve the debate and move on, or a decision will be made in order to move you on.

This is a request to Nightz and Moo. Can Tacitus and Jello be made "Crew" then so they can better mod this tournament? Or heck, maybe move the brackets (possibly temporarily) to a new guild or something in which Tacitus and Jello would be made crew/owners of said 'guild.'

Also, Jello. You gonna pull a Clash and make up the bouts or leave that to the fighters themselves?

I've said this twice already.

I have no idea where Nightz is, but Mooo comes back on Tuesday.

I gave until Tuesday for everyone to resolve the issues that are up with the held over matches, and then I'm going to start making judge decisions to end them. Threads will be locked, threads will be made, and we will move on.

Round 3 in FFA begins Tuesday. I'd like to see some resolution in the other brackets so we can start Round 2 in O/M and BT on Tuesday as well.
