I just really don't like your attitude towards gay people in this game.
But hey, I've made my feelings clear, and it has been a cool game, I don't want to ruin it for other people.

The sword made the sumo feel sick to his stomach so he goes to the nearest doctor who tried to get the sword out of him and he ended up just making the sumo bleed to death during the surgury.

The doctor went out to eat the next night and ate beef from a cow with mad cow disease and then he got it and he had a seizure one day and a homeless man thought he was an earthworm so he shot him and ate him.
