I've been a vegetarian my whole life.
My mom raised me to be one, now that I am older I am
a vegan.

Neither is my sister. So, I'm the only one hahaPlus the body absorbs iron and protein from meat easier than plants. Well, atleast I refuse factory farm meats, the conditions there are horrible.

I was veggie for 6 years, but I'm not raising my son to be veggie because I believe its his choice later in life to make. I still don't eat red meat (unless I have to , we are short on cash and ground beef is cheap). I plan on eventually going back, but right now my son is 2 and I need to set a healthy balanced example for him, that is with in our budget.

It's probably a wise idea to let him choose. Also, meat is the best source of protein, which is very important for childhood development.

 Quest Thread/1k shop!Help me get to my first prom!Dude, I love vegetables more than normal. I mean even teachers will make jokes about how they hate peas or broccoli, and I'll be like, I love those!!! Lol, but I'm not a complete vegetarian, because like you said, unfortunately cheap meat or junk food is cheaper than healthy stuff and God knows we ain't got a penny to spare! x] I wish they'd sell the damned video games, they'd rather get rid of my medications than the videogames! cry

oh and btw, if you don't eat any land animals,
but eat sea animals you are not a vegetarian.
