i listen to the sounds of the game and everything but when theres a part that pisses me off or if its a big battle with a bunch of zombies or one uber one.. i allways play Disturbed or linkin park. other than that i just play.
its a different story for "the suffering" tho.

I connect my Playstation 2 to my stereo system and I play with the game's audio in surround sound.... Scares the hell out of people....

When playing video games, I like to hear things before they come to me. Keeps me focused, I need to hear the SFX.
No music. Unless I'm playing an FPS game on PC.

I personally don't listen to this while playing, but I think it would fit. The title, anyway. "Maneater" by Nelly Furtado. :XP: I think "Prayer for a God" by Darren Tate is fun to listen to whilst killing in RE4, but other than that, it's all in-game music for me. ;D

I don't listen to anything while I play so I can hear the sounds enemies make. Some are kind of subtle, like the clacking sounds of licker claws.
