Interesting tactic, not what I expected at any rate.

I have no intention of of killing anyone I'm not paid to kill, pity for you though. I look up in the sky and laugh quietly. A true pity because if I have to I'll put and collect bounties on each of your heads.

I'm sorry to disapoint you but saddly I'm bound by my nature never to flee from a fight, even one where I'm outnumberd this badly. I bow to them again as if greeting them to attack me.

"Very well, I can respect that" says the leader from within the crowd, "now my minions AT-"
He is interrupted by a small blast of energy that stops just short of the crowd.
"Leave the pitiful elf alone, he is not worth your time." you hear from a cloaked figure on top of a building, "Now get out of here, all of you. I've half a mind to kill you all where you stand, you could have attracted guards!" After the mob reluctantly leaves, the cloaked figure runs off again.

Before the mob leader started talking, you got the feeling that the leader never really wanted to hurt you.

Now this getting interesting. I mummble to myself and look for the building the cloaked figure was on top of.

You easily see the building, as it was only a few feet away. It's no different from any of the other buildings in the area except for the fact that a few moments ago it had a cloaked figure on top of it. You don't see the figure there anymore, but you do see that this building has two doors. One regular, one hidden right behind it.

I slowly walkl up to the doors acting as if I have known about them the whole time. Then check to see if the hidden door is locked.

You find no lock on the hidden door, but you also find no means of opening it. In fact, if it weren't for your inherent ability to find these things, the door would have been completely invisible. The real door opens onto a small, dingy room with a broken chair and table. Little else is there except for a pile of stones that vaguely resembles a hearth. The hidden door resides within the frame of the first door and seems to be made with the same pecuilar magic as the rest of this town.
