Totally agree with you. Almost all NaruSaku fans say that. That since Sakura and Naruto are the main characters they MUST be together. That isn't necessarily true. I mean, what about Kakashi and Sasuke? Last time I've checked the main characters are all in Team 7. It doesn'y say that Naruto and Sakura are the main characters only.

Exactly. From my perspective, Naruto and Sakura are friends. Family to me. Sakura loves Sasuke. She said it. Naruto may have intimate feelings towards her, but I really dont see them being returned in the way he expects it. Sure, they find every single moment as "proof". But its not. I find our hints much more valuable then the "hints" that they have. Theirs could be easily interpreted, as i have, as sibling feelings. But you cant mistake Sakura's feeling towards Sasuke as family feelings. She stated that she loves him. And if there is anything people know about love. It doesnt go away after a little over 2 years. Sasuke too, he may not have come out and say it, but I think he does love her, he just has a goal, he has something he has to get done first in his mind. And thats kill Itachi. And then he can think about reviving his clan.

Thats my thoughts on that. Sorry if I write alot, but the SasuSaku subject gets me. Plus I also dispise NaruSaku. Lolx.

You're welcome to write something this long. Just because we love long posts.

Anyway, I do agree. The love Sakura has for Naruto can easily be seen as sisterly love, but it seems obvious to me that the love Sakura had for Sasuke is definitely real. How nice it would be if she carried this feeling in Part 2, but we're not too sure about what Sakura feels about Sasuke right now. All I know is, she's utterly rejected Naruto as someone to be involved with romantically, but still treats him as a close friend. And that she's been angsting about Sasuke behind everyone's back, even if she puts up a brave front.

Well you can tell that she still cares deeply. To me, those feeling dont just go away. After two years, Id still be in love and wanting him back. Deeply. Like when they had the little reunion. She stood there staring and says "Sasuke-kun". Ahh I love this guild. Lolx.

And thank you. I love thought out posts. Ones with real facts. Lolx.

Strongly disagree.

Mabey for the first FEW episodes she only liked Sasuke because of his looks but then she started to like him not only for his looks but also for his personality and she got to know him better. If she was a slut she would have went after ALOT of guys not just Sasuke that proves that she really does love him. and besides most of the time Sasuke doesn't seem to hate her! I mean he lets her hug him, worry about him, he's always worrying about her and yeah..........

Thanks guys for continuing to answer! heart I'm afraid I won't be able to post up our responses anymore on the third post because we've apparently reached the limit. The page stretches strangely when I try to post. I've had to cut down on some of the answers on the last quote.

But we can continue to debate. Are we about ready for the next topic? pirate

It is not like Sakura wouldn't care for Sasuke anymore. He would still be an important teammate and friend, but Sakura would grow up to realize that her romantic feelings for Sasuke weren't ever real.

Who are you to say her romantic feelings for Sasuke were never real? You're not Kishimoto, you don't know that.

If they were never real, then why did Kishimoto have so many moments between the two, proving how much Sakura cared for Sasuke? Take the Forest of Death scene -- if Sakura's feelings weren't real, I doubt she would have risked her life to stop Sasuke from killing someone she didn't even like. And when she jumped in front of Sasuke to protect him from Gaara; again she risked her life to save him.

Then, of course, the infamous goodbye scene in Episode 109/Chapter 181.

"I like you so much it's unbearable!"

"I love you with all my heart!"

"I love you more than anything!"

Whatever the translation, Sakura was screaming out her feelings. It was just her and Sasuke there that night, so there was no need to lie. Everything she said came from her heart, no doubt. In the databook, Kishimoto even stated that her feelings for him are genuine. They aren't childish, and they aren't fake.

You do NOT offer to give up everything you ever had to go with someone you're infatuated with.

In additon, I think that Sakura would have a much easier time expressing romantic feelings for Naruto.

Why? Because they're always together? Oh, I wonder why.

If Sakura would have a 'much easier time expressing romantic feelings for Naruto', then why hasn't she? If it's SO easy for her to love Naruto, then why hasn't she started showing any of those blatantly romantic feelings in the manga yet? Could it be.. that she doesn't have those types of feelings for him?!

Also, if what you think is true, why did Yamato have to be the one to bring it up? If she really loves Naruto, she should realize it herself, not have it told to her by a man who has only known her for a short amount of time.

Okay, that's interesting. Seeing as they are HER feelings, how could she not know its real. Girls dont like to throw "Love" Around alot. She screamed to Sasuke trying to make him stay. Hoping that telling him her feelings would change his mind. She offered to kill someone, give up her family. And Naruto, Yes Naruto, the same guy everyone says she has feelings for. -Sighs- I think today is a ranting day.

Its so easy for her to admit these "feelings" to Naruto then Sasuke. Thats why she screamed her feelings to Sasuke. Really now? I find that one very interesting. -Laughs and shakes head- In my opinion, she cant express this Romantic Feelings to Naruto, because they arent there. Seriously now, she has feelings for him. But from my perspective, they are far from romantic.

Excuse me...but Sakura's feelings were real. She said so herself. She loves Sasuke deeply. The way she loved Sasuke is real...how can feelings such as that be unreal? Is ilogical!

True. She would have an easier time if those feelings were true. Naruto is easier, that's true. I won't deny it. Still, she has no feelings for Naruto whatsoever. If she did, wouldn't she have confessed a long time ago after Sasuke left? After all, you did said that is easier....

I know that for a fact. But, let me rephase it...is less-difficult to confess to Naruto than to Sasuke.

True. But what these NaruSaku-tards dont realize...Is she already confessed love to him. So there isnt any need to compare it really. She cant confess love to Naruto, because in my eyes, Its not Romantic. Family, Friend love. I mean seriously now. Lolx.

*nods* Though it still took her time to confess to Sasuke...
Still, if Sakura loved Naruto she would've confessed a long time ago. Kakashi isn't around, Sasuke's gone...what could've stopped her? Answer: she doesn't love Naruto.

What I can say is that she could have nothing more than a harmless simple crush. But that's all...

Oh puh-leaze. How are her feelings not real? Last time I checked, the one she said "I love you" to was Sasuke, not Naruto. And no one in their right mind would just confess with a snap of a finger, just because he/she wanted to. There was a reason she said that. It was because she cared enough for him to make him stay by telling him her deepest feelings for him.

Besides, only Kishi can tell if those feelings are real. And the databook mentions it too - "Thus, if that person is someone she loves, the pain is greater. So she shouts out her love which goes unheeded, squeezing the words out of her throat. It’s as if this is her imprisoning destiny.
“Sasuke, I like you so much I don’t know what to do!” "

If that were so, how come she hasn't expressed ANY yet? How would it be easier for her? Just because Naruto is more outgoing? No, I don't think so - it would be easier for her to express it to Sasuke because he's the one who needs her love the most, and she has a lot to give.

One who's overflowing with love is one who can give love the most, especially to one who's especially lacking in it.

'Nuff said.
