BloodOnWhitePetals oskar90 was this the game where we all agreed to try and post at least three times a day? 3 Times A Day!? I don't remember that. I'm usually only on after midnight, Eastern time... i thought somthing was odd the place is too vacant for 3 times a day

Sorry about my leave of absence. I opened up my computer to install some new hardware and then I was busy all last night with my shcool's awards as I do all the lighting and sound for school events. sweatdrop

what do you guys think of minigames like the dice gambling one I'm doing right now? Normally like to do then with my groups but it slows down the game quite a bit when done in a pbp campaign. Would rather I do more in the future or leave them out to speed up the game?

i think they are neat but they i can see it slowing game down but i dont mind all that much. exactly how do we roll dice though?

where it syas post action use the pull down menu to choose roll dice. It should show some options like number of dice to roll and what type. For this game you would choose 10 sided dice and roll two first and then on subsequent posts keep rolling till you wither bust (go over 21 total) or are happy with what you've rolled and then pass on rolling to the next person. So what you already did was good expect you rolled the wrong dice; You should have used ten sided dice insted of six sided for the game. You should probably just reroll in new posts.
The dice sytem on gaia is pretty good and we'll use it for combat for all the rolls you'll need to do. I'll probably use my dice in real life as for combat I''ll update with opponents in bunches. That also mean that you'll only get a result and can't figure out their bonuses and such.

oskar90 ((can i make a spot check to see if i see the lighthouse?)) I'll roll a spot cehck for you irl as spot's one of the skills like listen, search, bluff, hide where your charcter wouldn't realisticly know how well they did. It's a suggestion out of the dmg that I've always used.

I realize that this has been going quite slow and that recently I've been a bit absent. While I am going to be without computer access for most of this week I should hope to start having this updated more frequently comming next weekend.
One of the things I've been doing during this lull was get myself set up with a basic mapping system that should make combat quite easy.

you could use openRPG for the combat but thats like an IM thing everybody would have to be on

Well just incase anyone happens to be still checking this place I just wanted to officially close it. Soon after startup I ran into a few problems in my personal life that really detered me from many of my creative ventures including stopping my fanfiction dead in it's tracks as it was starting and draining all energy I had put aside for running and playing any sort of online or offline D&D. Things have starte to cool off aI recently have started regained the will to Dm. While I do not plan on ressurecting this campaign as I do not have the time I may try a tadte of co dming if I find anyone interested.
