((Sorry for the delay. I was ambushed by a hidden grounding.))
Heh, Moku heard Itsu's comment. Too bad for him. Mokumoku was their superior, and their leader. As soon as Gaara declared them a team, Mokumoku deserved as much respect as Gaara gets. Itsu apparently didn't realize that. Well, he isn't as smart as he brags, is he? As for Moku spying on them, Gyou wasn't surprised. Him and Itsu were both untrained rookies, so a test before battle wasn't too far fetched. Gyou didn't have anything to be ashamed of anyways.
So, he was to stay hidden? That wouldn't be too hard. They had the advantage over those leaf nin here in the sand. Gyou quickly dug a small indent into the sand, putting several of the extra planks over it, he used Suna Kojinmari no Jutsu , packing sand into his hands, then spread it over the planks. Now it merely looked like a small sand dune, and there was a highly unnoticable hole over looking the woods. Only from a close proximity, and while looking for it, would someone see it, unless Gyou was just plain unlucky today. "Now, into my den" He thought to himself, "where I await Moku's orders."

((Ohh... I'm sorry sad Get better soon, ok?))
~
Eden slowed to a walk and nodded at Iruka's reassurance. Despite the confidence Iruka had in them, Eden was a little worried by the fact that no one had shown up yet. No visible traps... no Sand nin following them... it was all too quiet. But if Iruka-sensei had confidence in their ability, then she and Jace would do fine. Eden nodded to herself and continued following Iruka.

Kitari glanced in the direction of Konoha and sighed as she used the Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu(Wind Levitation) jutsu to float to the ground from the Kage Tower. She wished the Kazekage-sama had gone to find her or at least sent her a message about the mission. She was an excellent ninja, no one really took her seriously though. It was pretty pathetic. Kitari began to think about everyone she'd met in Konoha and she sighed. It would've been good to see some of them at least. Like that one guy, Jace Strife or whatever... He was a pretty decent guy. Kitari shrugged and stuffed her hands into her pockets as she made her way towards home. Boredom once again... ((sorry everyone, just wanted to keep my "place" in Suna since things are going a little on the slow side... sweatdrop ))

He gave a small nod, and whispered out, ~Ok, you two, you know what to do, traps ready, and now for me to go and hide a little ways off, and don’t forget the plan.~ With that he slowly started to move around the sand, running here and there across, zig zagging to make it hard to tell where he was going next. He then stopped a hundred or so meters away from his two members and the slowly entered the forest. He quietly walked through the thick woods, trying to find the nin sent my leaf. He then slowly stopped, and moved his hands slowly, causing the wind to move around him, and then slowly sent it out, pulling and pushing it with a small amount of chakra to find them. Then, at last, a little over to the left where the people who he was looking for, he then moved ever so quiet behind the drop, and took a small kunai and threw it right at the closest person to him which was Jace. He smiled to himself, and soon as he threw it, just leaving his hands, he used his speed and was now on the left side of the group, he threw another one, this time at the leader, and using the same speed, on the right side now. He threw his last kunai at the small girl, and then vanished all together.
In simple terms he had just moved so fast, that all three kunai seemed to be coming at once at them, making it seem that there was a large number of people hiding, trying to send them into the sand. But, he didn’t want to make it look like he was trying too hard to move them, cause then they would think a trap, so when he was far enough away, he called out, changing his voice slightly, ~Bandits, we have some guests, get em!~ He hopped that would send them into sand, for there had been small groups of bandits in the forest and near the boarders, trapping people who could come this way. He then quickly came a few meters away from his camp, been only gone for a little over ten minutes, and then buried himself in the sand, making sure to cover himself, and after wards it seemed like he was never there, the sand the same, though hiding him, and he moved his fingers slowly, to make a small enough hole to see out, waiting for the Leaf Ninja to come out.

The whistle of a flying weapon alerted Iruka. Abruptly stopping and tilting his head back, he caught the weapon only to see two more fly towards them. “Kunai!” He hissed, hoping his teammates would be fast enough to catch the offending weapons. He frowned as they shot by his face and to his comrades. Odd, he thought, the aim was a little off.
He shook his head and his chocolate eyes narrowed when he heard the voice. Bandits? Even odder, they would be closer into the country then at the border, they would want to avoid the border patrol, unless Sand didn’t have any. Leaf certainly couldn’t spare any men to do that work, so perhaps…
“Too much thinking and not enough time.” Iruka muttered, he turned to Jace and Eden, “We have little over a half of a mile left to be beyond the border of Sand. We walk now until then. Keep your eyes peeled and your ears open.”
He huffed one final breath to calm himself before turning back around and gracefully slipping down from the trees. If it were a bandit group, then going in the trees would be no good; their lookout would spot them. If it wasn’t and it was something else… well, Iruka would deal with that problem when it presented itself.

((not sure what to type just yet... writers block I belive sweatdrop ))
Jace jumped back to catch the kunai and watching were he landed to be sure not to land in a trap. 'Not good I should have saw that... what the heck is wrong with me...' thinking to himself as he looks around, his left hand firmly on the top sheath of his sword, "... Yes sensei wont happens again. Eden you ok..." Not noticing a cut in his hand from the kunai. 'Whom ever thru this wasn’t some amateur' wondering as he walked back into formation with Eden and Iruka.

((Guh... me too -_-; ))
Eden raised a hand quickly and caught the kunai knife by the handle, just before it would have hit her. "Worry about yourself..." she said automatically to Jace as she studied the kunai. Frowning a little, she dropped the kunai into the ground and followed Iruka-sensei. 'Half a mile to go...' she thought. Half a mile to the Sand... and whatever was waiting there.

((can't do much in a hole...))
Gyou readied himself, scanning the trees for the leaf nin. He'd listen to Moku, even though they got the boring part. Waiting for his signal... Bleh. He'd rather had been scouting those leaf nin, choosing the place to battle. Too bad they couldn't kill. It would be difficult to hold back AND win. Oh well. Just waiting for the signal...

(( Sorry, sorry - it was actually my turn to post. *sheepish grin* Maa, I've been so out of whack these days, it's not even funny. Well - if one of the Sand nin can give me a description of what Iruka will be walking into or up to - say like what the trap would look like to the normal passer-by, then I would have a better way of getting Iruka there. Post it as what one of the Sand nin is seeing, like he's just going over the trap to make sure it is all in place, tell me faults and points where Iruka can get stuck in or miss, please. ^^;; So sorry for this. ))
