Jeez. x3 In the fourth and final year of high school, I have finally 'broken down,' as I shall put it; and joined JROTC at school. Army. <3 I say 'broke down' because I refused everytime my friends tried to get me to join up until now. But it's nice in a sense, because this year I know the BC and many of the Company Commanders along with their second in commands, etc.
Now to see how far I can get in only one year. <3

Well, good luck with that. It can be easier if you start from Freshman year though.

Freshman or Sophomore. By the time your a Senior you have missed out on all the good fun. Like leadership school, and field trips. I cant believe I will graduate next year from all of it.. crying

Yeah, but my freshmen year I was more so a cheerleader. xD Sophomore year was simply hanging out with friends, and at the time I had no real interest in the program, nor the military. Junior year was stressful enough with all the projects, essays, and volunteer work we had to do. And now Senior year, I'm not the only LET1 Senior. x3 Honestly though, I didn't want to go to Pendelton anyways. Field trips, we've got little side events. x3 Full night of laser tagging comming up. <3 Might join Special Teams too. Already go to all the meets for that as it is. But the reason for this is prep before joining the AF myself.

Ah..I joined Sea Cadets for prep for the Navy. I was 8.. sweatdrop
I was a cheerleader too..still am. I get so much crap for it. Especially when I have to wear my cheerleading uniform to school on days I got JROTC.

xD The next two weeks are probably going to be my idea of hell. My own fault for joining special teams I suppose, but hell none the less. Armed has been cut down to twelve people, and everyone else is unarmed. Exhibition is headed by a junior this year. [Happy I'm not doing that.] Color Guard is headed by my friend though. And the entire ST is under two other people I know.
But yes, the next two weeks. We get issued our BDUs, first Class B inspection of the year. First drill meet next month.
Oh yes, and the lovely thought of having Marines yell at you and do as they please the next two Saturdays to prep us for Drill Meets. Ah, not fun, not fun at all.
And supposedly, I will not be able to quit Special Teams, until I'm crying. Ah, that can easily be done.

Yeah in time. First they have to get it issued out to all the active duty Air Force people and then after they build up their reserves, they will start sending it out to AFJROTC/CAP. It will take a few years for it to go into effect. Same thing with the Navy's uniform change. Although..we are already starting to see new dungaree bottoms popping up.

AFJROTC heart Evidently, the cadets expect great things from me. It turns out that my older brother, Devin, has done some things... stare Mow he's remembered as "the best Vice Commander ever", or the "Hungry-Hungry Asian."
