He looked around a bit more, a little disappointed at the lack of any other hidden areas ... but finally turned to the other. "I don't think there's anything else here." Then he eyed the mirror portal. "Are we supposed ta go through that thing too?"

The scout nodded, tossing a few last books in. "Its the fastest way to the Youkai castle with out the stupid dragons bugging us..." He growled a little.

"Ah ... " He walked around the portal, wondering if it was honestly safe for anything living to go through it. After all, wasn't most magic all screwed up now-a-days?

The scout stared for a moment at Nashorme and then jumped into the portal, and it began to close. If Nashorme didnt go in, he wouldnt be able to go to the castle, it would mean the scout would have to use more magick to go back and get him.

He blinked as the other jumped through, then made a face and followed him. He could sense the portal closing and didn't want to make the guy mad by him having to come back. He had a feeling that now that he had "joined up" with the youkai, they wouldn't let him go easily.

THe scout watched as Nashorme decided to join him. He was standing next to the piles of books and was examining the magickal orbs he found glowing with in the old room of the old castle.

He stumbled a bit coming out of the portal, obviously not used to traveling like that. But he revovered and also poked around the room a bit. He picked up one of the orbs and idly sent a small spurt of magic to it.

The scout watched Nash, putting the large of the various orbs he found into a pocket for safe keeping. He came to the conclusion a few of the orbs he picked up were only viewing orbs, like a way of seeing others through a window but over various distances((like a telephone XD)).

He blinked as the orb seemed to darken ... was that a picture in it? He brought it closer to his face, peering in. Then he shrugged slightly and handed it to the other. Seemed to be just some rocks. He wasn't sure how useful that would be but ... eh. Whatever.

The scout took it, but the point of vision changed and he saw something a little bit different. It was the rubble from the old Youkai castle, and if he had the map correctly in his mind, that was a viewing orb looking into Nadil's old bedroom. "Huh." He spied something he didnt notice before, markings in a odd fashion on the wall. "Interesting.."

"Rocks are interesting?" he asked, leaning back against a random table, watching him.

"No no.. As you move around, the orb shows diferent points of view.. I am looking at markings on the wall of Tenjou-sama's grandfather's bedroom... I never saw them there before..." The scout said.

He blinked. "Ah, I see ... " He pushed off the table and came to stand beside/behind him, also looking through the orb. "Interesting, indeed."

"Huh.." He pulled a piece of paper from his pocket and jotted down the location of the marks and things before setting the orb down and the paper into his pocket.

At this, Nash backed away again, going back to lean on the table. "So ... I suppose I get to meet this Youkai Lady of yours soon?" he asked.
