I'm not sure if this is the place to be asking questions, but they seem to get answered here, and that's all I want so, yeah, lol.
I've RPed for a couple years now, but all of my characters have been OC's, and human. I'm looking for a site of some sort where there is information on the different races that can be used. I know that there are several examples on one of the stickys here, but I'm asking for something to teach me how to play that certain race correctly.
Also, as I've stated before, I usually do use my OC's, but I'd like to start using Canon Characters from Anime, as I've heard that a lot of people prefer to use them and I've yet to try it. Unfortunately, I've very little knowledge of Anime, especially Anime television shows, as there's only so much you can get on cable t.v.. Is there also a site where I can find perhaps pictures and information on Anime canon characters?

Is there also a site where I can find perhaps pictures and information on Anime canon characters? Cannon characters are just characters that appear in the show or manga, usually the main characters. To find out about them, do a google search on whatever anime you are interested in. Some good ones I know are Trigun, Cowboy Beebop, Slayers... Any thing you have seen and liked would be a place to start. No one can really tell you how to play them beyond what you can read off the internet or learn by watching the shows. For non-human races, I always base it off books I read or hints from other players. sweatdrop Sometimes the GM will outline what their idea of such-and-such species is. A lot of species have a basic set of characteristics but can vary widely even with that. However, I'm sure that there are D&D manuals of some sort that list and describe characters.

Suggestion for the front door... put the affiliate links as dark blue by putting around the name within the link.... they vanish into the white background making it hard for people to see the names. And yes, I signed the petition to ask Gaia to make that the official link color so it shows better... they're not listening to it. sweatdrop
