Hi everybody,
You can call me Deisa, otherwise known as Rick. I'm 23, from Canada and my motto with food is try it once, if its good keep on trying it. In general I enjoy food too much to be able to precisely pin down a specific favourite, it changes depending on what mood I'm in, the weather, surroundings, whether a green pony has shredded the lawn or not, so lots of things. smile
My cooking style is influenced by asian and south african cuisine, in equal parts. So I like to use ginger, garlic, coriander, and different spices.
Well nice to be a part of this guild, it looks like it's a good choice.

*waves* Cupcake here... Yes that's a real nickname. I got it my freshman year in the engineering program... b/c not only am I one of the few girls...I'm the only girly girly girl. I used to hate but now in my senior year it's grown on me for awhile. I"m 21. I love to bake sweets and cook japanese food mostly... I'm black and japanese from North carolina and it shows my favourite foods are homestyle mac n cheese and inari. My favourite sweets are ichigo daifuku and icecream (expept the chocolate flavours)

Hey eveyone,my names Sophia(not my real name but please call me that anyway).I really like to cook,I'm new at it though sweatdrop ,I like to cook things like soup,pasta,etc.But I LOVE to make desert!My cooking style is mainly Italian,but I love to cook Asian food!

You can call me anything you wish, as long as it's nice. I'm primarily interesting in baking and have a job at a local hotel as the assistant to the pastry chef. Although I do more baking than almost anything else, I also cook. My primary cuisine interest is French and Asian. I'm not too far away from being able to go to culinary school! whee

Hello, my name is Tyler. I love to cook, and i've been cooking from before age 8. Im currintly going to a Tech school For Culinary Arts. I plan on going to J&W.
my favorite food... i like everything, theres nothing that i've tried that i hated. but it like my food... for the mostpart Alive, or verry fresh. Im a Master at Desserts, and i can match things in my head, and make them taste good. all of freshman year i made Fruit Compotes( almost every tuesday and thursday). I also love to cook with chocolate.
I love cooking with people, for people, and Right in front of there eyes^^
Even thow im under age to drink alcohol, i love to cook with it, but i wont used "Cooking" wines < too much salt
I have my own herb garden, i also not only grow herbs for culinary use, but Medical use also.

Hmm... not much to say. I'm 20 year old college student. I enjoy cooking whatever I can, but I get the most joy out of baking and making pastries (favorite = Crêpes ). My step father used to be a chef, and because he's such an amazing cook - I'm inspired to try and grow in skill as well.

I am Negaskun, male in late 20's, and father of one. My wife and I both cook and enjoy it sometimes. I like to experiment in the kitchen and sometimes it turns out. I drive my mother in law nuts as I don't follow a strict recipe but tend to make things up as I go along. This is why my baking is not to good.
My wife and I just bought a house and will be planting a garden this year, and I hope the fruit and veggies are tasty.

I'm Kristin... Fifteen going on Sixteen (July 29... Yay!) Recently I've started cooking for my family because my dad was getting sick of it... So I started to get a real interest in it. : ) I'm an extremely new cook, and am looking for stuff to learn and help me get better. I love to bake and baked before I started cooking dinner for everyone. : )

well lets see first off Sadiakay stole my name lol j/k name is tiffany. I am 24 female from phx. Az. Tala Defenrir comes from Tala= wolf Defenrir= god wolf Its a name I use alot in paper rpg's and mmorpg's.
Fave food: well thats anything seafood. Shrimp especially. yum yum I could eat all day in many ways.
Fave food to make: Well that would have to be pasta from scratch. I like making my own shapes and stuft pastas.
Fave kitchen tool: My chef knife (dice, chop, smash, slice, peel, ect. It does all!)
Fave ethnic food: toss up between french and mexican food.
Use to go to scottsdale culinary arts institute, but unfortunately was forced to quit after 6mo. because I lost transportation and money.

My name is Kenji, age 24, and yes I work at Gaia as an artist, but please don't harass me about such things (not that I could do much since I pretty much just work on the backgrounds as of April) - I'm here for food not for site feedback. ;X
When I'm not dealing with my crazy schedules I'm usually found in the kitchen whipping something up. My mom taught me how to cook when I was 14 and I've been doing it ever since. I'm a chronic perfectionist, always analyzing my short comings in order to achieve as flawless of a dish as possible.

Hi! The name Keital is from a long running rpg game. I have been slowly learning how to cook over the years. It started during a bachelor period, when I realized my skills were very lacking. Some years and quite a few cookbooks later, I am now the main cook for my household. I have been vegetarian for four years and love discovering new recipes to try. My favorite type of food to eat and cook is Indian food. I would love to learn how to cook some Thai and Vietnamese dishes.

Hello everyone~
My name is Rhoda (pronounced Row-duh) I'm 16 and currently enrolled in high school. I started cooking around 3 to 4 years ago, and my interest in it has grown. whee
Even though I don't plan on going to college for cooking, doesn't mean I can't whip out that cutting bord! xp
I'm currently interested in German, Russian, and Japanese dishes at the moment, as well as sweets.
I also tend to cook for the Anime Club I'm in at my high school, and everyone seems to love it. (hopefully that means I'm a good cook)
