Seira Relur Hi, I'm stationed in Spangdahlem AB, Germany. I went to basic just short of a year ago. I'm a one Charlie five. Haha, was stationed there for 2 years. Speicher pub was my home away from home lol

My husband is in the Air Force. He's maintenance.

The area there is growing so that helps. What the worst part about Lackland is... Getting out of basic and taking a 10 minute bus ride across base to your Tech School. That was a disappointment. I was in Lackland for almost half a year.

I was in Lackland for almost half a year. Well I'm an idiot, wooo! I did not go to Lackland, I went to Goodfellow, ha ha. I guess I saw the base name and my brain decided to make it's own connections. I have become increasingly more retarded the longer I've been in the AF... I hope this trend does not continue much longer. sweatdrop

That's a bummer. I finally go smart and got out of active duty and joined the Guard. I don't regret anything lol.

Yea I have considered going guard when my enlistment is up but at the same time... I really am an all or nothing type person. It's a tough choice. I'll worry about it when the time comes I guess. sweatdrop

New to this section of the MPOG. I'm so happy. Yesterday i found out my best friend(who's like a sister) will be home for christmas!! 2 week leave then she will be transfered to Cali. gonk Texas was bad enough lol. She's only been gone less than a year but it feels like forever. It sucks cause i have noone to talk to now =(

Hello everyone. My date to leave for BMT is July 14th. . . Lapland here I come!! *laughs* Unfortunately, I do not know my job yet, since I have General Aptitude. I'm hoping for Bioenvironmental Engineering, graphic arts, or something with people like Safety. . .
Really though, I'm just excited, nervous, and worried that I'm gonna be turned into D.I. food since my pushups suck!!!

ortiz_887 I joined the Air Force in December 2005 and I went to basic training on May 9th 2006. I recently graduated basic training on June 30th. I am now starting my tech training classes at sSheppard AFB TX. What's ur job and rank?

Hello, I am planning to join the USAF out of college or go to the academy. I hope to become a fighter pilot or join their newly formed Cyber Command. I have a question does the air force pay for corrective eye surgery.
