What does your character leave as an offering for the wishing star? Miyako leaves one of her kirin scales, a piece of her hair and her only star from her ears. Aiko leaves some paint from his wings and the flower from his head.
Short IC Response: Miyako was seen walking up the path with her love, Aiko. They seem to be whispering among each other. Aiko couldn't help but smile at Miyako once they arrived at the wishing star altar. Aiko dips one of his wings to allow it to dip some paint and shook his head to get the flower to fall from his head to fall right into the paint. Aiko looked to the sky then at his lifemate. "Wishing Star.. It has been a long time since we have been together. It is clear that we cannot live without one another. We wish for a little one to take care of..." Aiko walked off of the altar before nudging Miyako was a bit shy all of sudden. Aiko nodded as if to encourage her to speak from her heart. Miyako looked down at the offers and nuzzled them, letting a tear fall right onto it. She then looks up at the sky, flattening her ears. "Aiko has said everything that we both desire and more. I have never really gotten the courage to try for a little one for us. I guess because I was never really ready. Sure.. Here and there I tried but only when I had the small courage to do so. Please, Wishing Star.. We really do desire a little one. I want to teach our little one that they can paint out their dreams and desires just like Aiko. I want to teach them to respect stars and the moon like you.." She smiled shyly. "Please..." She paws at the altar. "Thank you ever so much f.. for your time.." Miyako walked off of the altar, being greeted by her mate as comfort. "You are brave, love." Aiko says which caused her to smile as they walked back home.

Short IC Response: The night was quiet and the sense of hope fills her heart as she once more steps towards the alter where she had asked for help from the wishing star many seasons ago. It was joyous to be reunited with her brother. Yet.. it only grew the hope that one day her family will all be reunited again. That her dear sister would somehow find her again. With having found Kaitou, her beloved mate. She hasn't traveled so much as she had done when she was slightly younger. She could see her sister in her dreams and she would wake up feeling so racked with guilt for not finding her yet.. Nyx looks up at the sky at the wishing star. It's bright light shining down as she once again stands before it. Hoping.. praying that it will bless her once again and bring her sister home to her. " I seek my sister.. I pray that she may come back . To see her healthy and strong. You have blessed me before and I thank you with my whole being. And I come before you in hopes that with your blessing I may once again be reunited with my sister. Whom I love dearly. Please... If it isn't too much to ask.. Bring her home safe." Standing in silence she finishes her prayer and one request. Moving towards the alter she stops and plucks a starry feather reminiscent of the sky and places it carefully. With a simple nod she turns and walks away back towards her mate.

Short IC Response: Xue Fang laid the small bell on a rock as an offering to the wishing stars. The large bell had been given to him by his parents and the small bells were gifted to him by his older brother. Like his older brother, he had been a part of the herd's warrior guard. However, the herd had been attacked during a peace alliance and the majority of the herd had been killed. Xue Fang had not been able to find his brother's body and he retained hope that his brother still lived.

Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: My father lead a large herd with great power. My oldest brothers were like him, wanting the power of leadership. My other brother, he saw that they took advantage of the others in the herd and thought a leader should care for their herd instead of taking advantage of it. I was young when he left and didn't understand. But over time, I saw how bad things were for those not of our family when a friend showed me what it was like for his family. When I spoke up against my brothers, the found my friend and ran him out of the herd. Without the herd's protection, my friend was killed by a rogue skinwalker. But it was my brothers who killed him, as they had done to any who spoke against them. So I left, looking for my other brother, the one who believes rulers should serve their herd, not the other way around. I haven't found him yet, and I may not, but I won't support a system of unrighteous dominion again.

Who is Wishing?: Miyuki (Familiar)

Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: The thing about Miyuki is that she can be skittish the first few times that she sees someone that she has never seen before. Which means that for the time being making friends is going to be much more difficult than she wants it to be. Miyuki hopes that if she is able to befriend someone it will be a bit easier to meet others.

As Miyuki places her offering down she wonders if the Star will lead someone to her. Someone that will give her all the time that she needs to become comfortable with them.

What does your character leave as an offering for the wishing star? Shadow Glow has decided to leave one of his feathers as an offering to the Wishing Star so hopefully his True Friend can be gifted it upon arrival.

Bowing slightly he moves away quietly and respectfully so the next in line may approach for their wish.

Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: His eyelids lowered and he held on a pokerface, wondering if anyone was watching him in the dark as he tried to speak to the wishing star alone. He looked around and when all else was silent except for the clam wind rustling the grass he's treading on, a tiny smile crept up on his face and he spoke to the star in a gentle welcoming tone of voice: "Hello! Evijah here, with no one but myself. Unguarded and all. I am here tonight to seek out a loyal companion that allows me and him..maybe her..? to butt heads at first and slowly get to know one another and see each other's quirks over time. I am quite skilled in roping prey and and catching them, and I always fancy a game or ten of archery. I do not hold a lot of big feasts since I do not like the idea of wasted food. However, sufficient simple meals will do, BUT if I need to impress someone, I will do what it takes to have fancy meals set out while we discuss about strategies to gain more land or how to win others over without much bribery or being pushy about it. Heheh..."

What does your character leave as an offering for the wishing star? A small bundle of feathers wrapped together with a leather strand.
Short IC Response: Vinca loved her mother and her family, huge as it was. She was an initiate to the Sacred Daughters but hadn't made her decision of what she really wanted to do in life. She did like the little ones and she had to admit, if she had to pick a stallion there was two who caught her eye. One was visiting from a traveling acting group, she hadn't caught the details but his effervescent visage was just entrancing. She had managed to arranged a meeting or two with him while they were staying near by. The other was one who had grown up in the Flock like her. He was another Whistler and she always felt calmed by his presence. With those in mine, and the feathers she had managed to beseech from them, she climbed her way to the spot where many other offerings to the Wishing Star could be found.
"Dear wishing star, I know I am young, but I have a wish. While my heart has not settled on a single soul, and there are many I love quite equally, there are two who I wish, if there ever was a moment, to have a lasting memory of." She placed the feathers down and looked up at the stars, letting her mind drift as the wind blue through her feathers. The spirits would know what was the best path...
