OOC: I'm thinking that perhaps this could be the home city/nation of Lerozon and his family. Any more background history about this nation would be helpful for future roleplay. His parents would likely be a weaver and a tailor, which would explain why he has such an awesome sense of fashion (and perhaps also magic users since he has magic talent.)
