Sonyo followed the noise, the most bustle was always around those who needed her. She slipped between lab coats and scrubs, a weaving gait. The mumbling of a man with several clones carrying the "Raiken", whoever that was, was humming through the halls. The mother always provided. She found her way to the room holding the people mentioned, only to see two older but familiar faces. She stopped in the doorway, looking at both Karuto and Saiko, and their visages split in to mental doubles in her mind. The young man with the feeling of Theodin about him-- a mixture of elements, a force of nature was now... a man. A strong man at that, as those who had that sort of talent were. Laying on a bed, badly injured, was Karuto. The blonde haired firecracker of a genin, she remembered him from Ayame's estate.
That felt like ages ago. These were different people now.
"Saiko..." She spoke softly, as to not disturb the new jinchuriki a short distance away. "It's been a long time. You've grown." With calm steps, she moved towards Karuto's battered frame, sympathy in her eyes. Memories flashed behind them-- sand whipping against her skin so hard it hurt, the blade in her back, the fire through her veins... Demons always brought with them destruction, which is why she kept one inside her. "It's strange... you were just children then; we were just children. Now you're men, battle damaged and exhausted. I wonder if this is how it felt for Ayame watching me grow... The passage of time is... off putting." She mumbled to no one in particular, and her ramblings brought laughter from deep in her mind. At least the tanuki found her entertaining.
'I might need some backup, Shu.' She called to the sand demon inside her, and she could feel his agreement. "You know my chakra is always yours to take, kiddo." She smiled softly to herself before reaching out, gentle hands hovering over the gash in Karuto's abdomen. "If you don't mind helping, I'd appreciate it if you could go get his file for me. I need to know his blood type and such, and I feel as if he might not be in the mood to talk..."
Karuto would feel a soothing sensation trough the searing pain in his side as an aurora of chakra flowed from her hands and in to the wound, beginning to heal it. Dark outlines formed around her eyes, like someone putting on a tad too much eyeliner, as she prepared herself to activate the first cloak if she needed to. Skin mended together, nerves repaired, muscle knitted back in to it's original shape. Already exhaustion was clear on her features; she had been healing people for what seemed like an eternity. As far as she could tell, Karuto had already had some medical attention-- likely from Saiko. "I will tend to the jinchuriki in a moment. He most likely just needs rest. The transition to having another living thing in your head is... tough..."

He groaned as a fresh wave of pain swept through his body, resulting in a gurgling cough that produced blood into his beard. Karuto opened his eyes for a brief moment and set them upon a beautiful dark-haired woman looking over him. She laid her hands upon him and relief followed suit. He stared at her face, taking in all the lines and soft features until his eyes rolled back in his head and he faded again

Doctors run by as Emiko watched and grew interested in. Smiling at Yoshiro, she gave a wink. "Gotta go. Time to save the day again. See you when I see ya, Yoshi~" Her fingers made a circle before booping him in the nose and then rushing away in the direction of the hurrying. She moved down the hall and towards the many corners and out of the housing wing. Emi would soon come to the front desk and soon move along with the stragglers in helping tend to the two wounded people just brought in. They looked as if they had been through hell and probably worse. Inside of the same room was the brown haired girl from before, the child's eyes lighting up.
"H-Hey! You healed me at the office!"
Emiko said, rushing to her side and then at Karuto and the other guy. "I wanna help too! I was hoping you could maybe let me? Also kinda...teach me?"

The man was fully expecting a nurse to show up to take his place but, in came Sonyo. A face he hadn't seen in quite some time. His eye wandered over Sonyo, seeing how much she had aged since the last time they had met. "Yes it's been a long time. Unfortunately growing comes with the whole aging thing." Saiko said, his joke likely falling flat. "To be fair, I'm not sure we could be considered children for a long time now. Being a shinobi pretty much strips you of your childhood. At least it did for me." The man shrugged a bit and sat down on the ground, his clones disappearing. As he sat, he went into a criss cross fashion. One cloned remained to retrieve the documentation that Sonyo required, grabbing both Karuto's and Koutetsu's. "The boy will likely be okay but, I'm here for the moment just in case he isn't. The sealing process isn't for everyone." Saiko said as he closed his eyes.
Once his eyes were closed the man began to meditate. After a moment he began floating about three feet into the air, not moving a muscle as he meditated. Suddenly all of the shinobi in the room would feel a prodding at their mind, a chakra signature from Saiko requesting entrance into their minds. If his chakra signature was accepted, each shinobi would find their chakra stores, completely refreshed. Once this process was finished, Saiko floated back to the ground and stood up. His turned to the girl that had just entered the room, the one he had trained not to long ago. She had grown as well. Hello Emiko." Saiko would say as he returned to his leaning position against the wall.
Chie moved silently into the hospital. It was not her style, but she couldn't find the strength to speak. The weight of her actions still strangled her. She moved past the medical ninjas and her comrades. She moved straight to the bedside of the now resting Koutetsu. Pink eyes glistened with the faint fragments of tears as she looked upon him. He looked... peaceful in his slumber. She hoped that his mind was not in as much agony as he bellowed when the demon was first sealed inside of him. She prayed that he survived through this so that she could apologize in person.
Apologize for forcing a war upon his shoulder. Apologize for allowing him to be in a place where such a danger could be imparted upon him. Chie knew he didn't belong there, but she thought that he would learn that by himself and that she couldn't force him. How much more wrong could she have possibly been? She honestly wasn't sure. Chie moved to the visitor chair and pulled it along the ground. She then positioned it by his bedside as she sat down and grabbed his hand. She could feel the faint echoes of a heartbeat within it. the sensation caused her to half smile. He was still in there, and he was going to give that demon absolute hell. She would keep watch until he awoke. There was not a single more pressing issue on her mind. She needed to see him wake up. She needed for him to be okay. She needed it.

PassiveEffects: _β Korabo S-ranked ___β Able to use Korabo up to A-ranked with herself. _β Electric Resistance Training ___β Negates harm from own lightning ninjutsu _β Ninjutsu Alchemy ___β This technique allows Chie to passively Korabo two jutsu together. The limitations of this are as such. First of all, the technique works passively only up to one rank below Chie's current Korabo level. This means that if Chie's Korabo level is A-ranked then it can only be used at a B-ranked potential, which means that Chie can only Korabo two B-ranked techniques to use the korabo skill at A-ranked. This assures that this benefit does not allow the user to passively perform techniques one rank higher than they can usually. Second of all, this technique only applies when Chie korabo's with herself. If she korabos with an ally or a clone then this benefit is non-applicable. Finally, an additional charge of 10 chakra per rank of the final product technique is required to be paid. So if the user Korabo two B-ranked techniques, (the user must also pay for each individual skill), then the final technique would be an A-ranked skill, and thus would cost 50 more chakra to perform this way. Overall this technique's only purpose is to make Chie more cool by utilizing all of her elements and having them combine into super cool ways like a wizard should. _β Hidden Mist Vision ___β Sees clearly during hidden mist technique, or mist in general. _β Fire Resistance Training ___β Negates harm from own fire ninjutsu _β True Belief ___β The user has meditated and trained long enough in this monk art to understand how important true belief is. By understanding the power of the spirit over the mind, and the mind over the body, the user has increased their stamina by sheer will power alone, as well as increased their toughness and durability. Increases Stamina by +25 for every style mastered. _β Enlightenment ___β Meditation and spiritual exploration and understand yields interesting results. Due to the greater understanding of the self, the user is more aware of the connection between their mind, body and spirit, and how to utilize that connection. Upon completing this training, the user suffers no recoil damage from techniques from any non-Rigorous Taijutsu or Bukijutsu Style up to either the highest trained rank in this Style or the highest trained rank in the Hard Physical Formless Style, whichever is lower, and does not suffer damage from striking anything harder than their fists. _β Focal Point ___β The user meditates through combat, taking time to narrow their focus to their Chakra pathways. In so doing, they become innately aware of when they are being observed in combat, and can pinpoint the locations of anyone below their rank observing them within one meter. _β Thread Walking ___β By using Chakra to focus the mind, the user becomes able to balance enough on thin platforms to use Bukijutsu techniques without any penalties. Covers only balancing on solid structures at least one inch wide, not moving or unstable structures. Also allows the user to balance and move on wires during its activation. _β Advanced Thread Walking ___β he user is now able to both run and fight while balancing on threads and wires without penalties, though doing these things at the same time is widely regarded as infeasible. _β Blessed Rain ___β The user's informed of the incoming costs of what is to come, and as such, must practice their chakra control through controlled bursts from various parts of their body. Their chakra pool is increased by +35. _β Insight Rain ___β The user will practice extending themselves into the atmosphere, in a sense. After much dedication, the user develops the ability to sense hostile intent in the immediate area. After completing practice, the Stamina costs of X-Rank techniques in this Style are reduced by 5, down to a minimum cost of 5. _β Extreme Climate Resistance Training ___β The user spends a great deal of time completely immersed in the most intense weather the region has to offer. Following this training, the user does not suffer from adverse climate effects. Additionally, using one or more of the Pi, Qua, and Quan techniques in any combination increases the user's fortitude slightly for one post, to a max of one [1] descriptive rank per trained level in the Soft Physical Formless Style. _β Advanced Endurance Training ___β The user practices holding any stances they know in the most extreme weather of their region, as far from anyone else as is practical. Following this training, the practitioner finds themselves capable of using all techniques in the Style up to the highest learned rank of the Soft Physical Formless Style for 10 less Stamina, to a minimum of 5 Stamina. _β Acclimation ___β The user acclimates to moving in their armor by wearing it during normal daily activities. After completing this training, the user can move in any armor as though it were properly fitted for them personally. This provides one descriptive rank in strength and fortitude to techniques using the armor per stage learned in this Style. _β Shifting Position ___β The user practices their art by moving across a shifting surface--such as sand or mud--with their armor. Following the completion of this training, the user becomes significantly harder to topple while armored; all incoming techniques that would move the user are treated as one rank lower in strength when determining of how far the user is moved, and the user can no longer be toppled by techniques lower in rank than their armor. _β Knight's Blade ___β The user studies and acquaints themselves with the many different types of defensive armaments, from shields to armor to defensive items like the forehead protectors that Shinobi Villages use. In the process, they become able to apply any armor techniques to protective armaments and vice-versa.
Sonyo chuckled softly at Saiko, they sounded like old people reminicing about old times. She greatfully took the files from Saiko's clone as Emi, the little redhead from before skipped in. A warmness filled her heart, seeing the young one in higher spirits. She saw in her mind, her younger self, bright eyed and ready to help the world. Sonyo hoped dearly that Emiko would never lose that spark. "Of course, little one. My name is Sonyo, I never caught your name." Sonyo finished up the gasp, then gestured to the skin. "You see how this is 'healed', but the skin is still red and irritated. The skin is new here, fragile. We could still heal more, but it wouldn't be doing much."
Sonyo took out some bandages, grabbing a scalpel off a nearby tray to cut off everything on Karuto from the waist up. She then applied bandages, wrapping them carefully around the man's torso. "So what do we do from here? Most of the injuries are on the inside, but all of the skin is healed. How do we see?" Sonyo put a hand over Karuto's stomach, and like magic a colorized image appeared under her hands. An image of muscle, bone, and organs appeared like a strange mirror, moving with her hands "This jutsu is called "Body Echoes", it's an ultrasound. I want you to use this on his limbs, and tell me how many breaks and how bad the breaks are that you see. We'll work on those next, but the main injury is dealt with. The only thing that might kill him now is the pain."
Sonyo released her hands and the image disappeared, then moved over to the cabinet to pull out a bottle and a syringe. She'd administer pain medication while the man was out. She drew up the correct dosage, then administered it in to a vein in Karuto's arm. "Focus your chakra-- imagine them bouncing off everything and returning all that valuable information back to you."
Her eyes moved off to the side where she spotted a main just leaning up against a wall. He seemed...familiar. The child tilted her head and took a few steps closer before it popped into her head. "Omigod! Saiko?!" She rushed forward and wrapped his arms around him, hugging tightly while she looked up at her previous trainer. "How have you been?" She asked, almost oblivious to the fact that he was in the hospital...and probably hurt. What took her by surprise was that the woman from before did agree to teach her, especially in a moment like this.
"Of course, little one. My name is Sonyo, I never caught your name."
"Emiko. Nice to meet you!" She said, propping herself up so that she could see what they were about to deal with. Karuto, the patient, looked just as horrid and gross as what one would expect when fighting a demon though Emi didn't know that part yet. His skin was beat red and not normal though it was pretty new base don how fresh the healing scars were. Her stomach was churning from the sight but she still did her best to carry on despite her best efforts. She helped Sonyo bandaged the man up with fresh wraps and explained just what she was doing and why. During this, Emiko never once broke her focus off of the woman.
"So what do we do from here? Most of the injuries are on the inside, but all of the skin is healed. How do we see?"
"Uhhhhh...Shindan?" Emiko guessed, offering a shrug. It sounded like it would be a pretty good answer though what exactly she was dealing with wasn't known, it could be anything! Sonyo introduced to her a technique called Body Echoes, which was demonstrated to her. She studied the effects it had, able to see inside of the body and would nod. Right. No biggie. Just a person about to die if she failed.
"Focus your chakra-- imagine them bouncing off everything and returning all that valuable information back to you."
Emiko took a deep breath and performed the hand seals that were required for the technique before placing them onto Karuto's body. Her chakra would extended into his as she did as her teacher instructed. All the little bits of her chakra bouncing all around and then returning to her as more would come to replace them. A colorized image similar to Sonyo's appeared, moving around with her hand. Her face lit up as she smiled and then began to moved it over the man's limbs. Every little mark of damage would be able to be seen with this bad boy. "I-I'm doing it! I can see, I think!" [Learned Onkyoutai [ Body Echoes ] l Rank D]

Masato entered the hospital. The Uchiha looked back and forth, the scroll in his hand. The hospital staff seemed to be all hands on deck. The nurse and doctor triage were actively attending the wounded. "Pfff" He huffed again, aggravated that he would clearly be placed on the back burner for this procedure. He moved to a hallway that would be bustling with nurses. He began patrolling the hallways, intent on finding one of these medics that weren't heavily weighed down by patients.
Slam, Open, Slam, Open, Slam. His teeth grinded as he moved on from room to room. Finally, he would open a door, throwing his head into the opening and peering inside. Sitting in a chair across the bed from a patient was a familiar face. "Uhhhh..." he started, taking a moment to realize who he was looking at. ' This room is a lot cleaner...' he thought to himself before speaking up, wondering if it really was her that was messy. " Aye. I found the Shin guy...he's sitting with Blondie and Zhi at your....pile"

Sonyo happily watched Emiko work, pulling several things out of a nearby cabinet. A cream, some materials for a cast in case there were bones that couldn't be mended by jutsu. She walked over and watched over the young genin's shoulder as she looked over the limbs, and Sonyo's face formed in to a slight frown. There were seven breaks in all, and one arm would have to be physically casted as the bone was too broken to heal through Eiseijutsu. Karuto, from what she remembered, was a Tai specialist. He'd either be upset over the immobile arm or wouldn't let it heal all the way. She ran a hand through her hair, letting out a sigh. She pointed to one of the fractures the red-headed girl was looking at. "There are two basic kinds of fracture; complete and incomplete. The one you're looking at is complete, that means that the break is clean through the bone. They are easier to heal in the long time, and have less chances for complications. It's also a "closed" fracture, as the bone has not pierced the skin. That lessens chance of infection."
She moved next to the fracture, allowing Emiko to hold her hand over hers so that she could see the bone mending itself. Making a couple of hand signs slow enough for Emiko to follow, she rested her hand gently by the fracture. The bone underneath began to respond, slowly mending together. "This is Hone Chiyu no jutsu, or more simply, the Bone Healer Skill Technique. We can use these to heal broken or fractured bones. However, we cannot use it to heal Comminuted fractures, like the one we saw in his left arm. You force the body to bring Calcium, the building block of bone, to the site in order to create new bone tissue. I want you to use this technique on the fracture lower on this leg, while I work on the other leg." She pulled away, then looked across the room to check on Kotetsu...

Oh hey, Chie was here now. When did she come in? The jinchuriki opened her mouth to ask the Kage if she was alright, only to be interrupted by a door opening and someone else just strolling on in. Sonyo's thickly lined eyes narrowed at the mess of black hair, who's back was facing her, and threw her hands up. "For all that's holy, does no one knock anymore?! What if I had a patient naked in here?!" She cussed under her breath and moved over to the male... only to realize who it was when she got closer. Sonyo's face went from angry and annoyed to a more placated expression. "Masato. It's a big ol' Sunagakure gathering in here today, isn't it?" She was trying to ignore the nickname he used-- blondie, that was Taylor. Her heartstrings pulled... she didn't want to see him, didn't want to see the betrayal on his face, didn't want to face it..

The hospital was busy without question. The last Sadayo was here she came and left on the note of bringing the armored ninja here with the loudmouth. The puppeteer left on that account feeling as a shadow with no worth and one who could easily be taken for granted: her efforts were not thanked, not even given a second glance spared for the most important piece that could bare the weight of armor. Here she was again with the samurai and, this time, the white puppet in single file behind her. For all she knew there could've been a nasty blood trail trickling out of Niraim's core but Sadayo had no interest in checking (just interest in cleaning).
She addressed the front desk with the two intimidating puppets behind her at each shoulder. A receptionist working the desk who was busy clipping papers to the appropriate board eventually looked up at Sadayo when work allowed them. The look on this receptionists face suggested they remembered this jounin on occasion but couldn't shake some ill-feeling about Nirami or Gishin. "I picked up an infiltrator," Sadayo tilted her head slightly toward Nirami's direction. "Chie would want information out of her. The receptionist looked concerned and a tad confused. "Is she okay?"
Upon registering the receptionist's question, Sadayo pressed her lips together and her eyes looked off to the side. The puppeteer resisted the blunt response of "No, I killed her" and just barely shook her head "no" to be discreet of others waiting to see a physican. It was awkward to bring a corpse to the desk of the first door she walked into. A backdoor is needed for things like this or Sadayo needed to be filled in with some crucial information.
"I need someone to get the information Chie wants." The receptionist stood, reluctantly nodded, said something to the other receptionist, and waved Sadayo to follow. "I've got someone. Hang on. " When the receptionist slipped past the desk and took a complete look at Sadayo's puppets, the jounin noticed an off-put look on their face after looking in Nirami's direction. "Just keep going. I'll get someone to handle that." They waved back at the other receptionist about something as Sadayo only glanced back at her puppet before proceeding forward, as instructed. It was safe to say Sadayo wasn't aware that Nirami wasn't completely leak proof.
Sadayo was led through one hallway to another. Her puppets creaked just every-now and then in tow. It during the walk through the hospital did Sadayo fully in from the receptionist what she needed. "I understand. Who you need should be in this wing." What wing was this? The receptionist seemed hurried to dump Sadayo off on this mystery WHO and did so without much introduction aside from a polite knock. "Mr. Saiko? Do you have a moment?" Who? Sadayo was on the other-side of the wall. She didn't know who was present in the room the receptionist pressed into and certainly had no idea who this Saiko was. This person was very much ready to return to their desk. Weird dealings like carrying a bleeding corpse about was awkward enough. There was no brief introduction. The receptionist would hurry back once grabbing his attention and directing him to the presence of Sadayo. The pair of puppets just barely made creaking sounds with their mistress's movements.
She continued to wonder exactly what wing this was and how much cleaning she'd have to do to Nirami's chest.

Saiko watched as the Uzukage slowly made her way into the room, not saying a word to any of the shinobi present but, instead immediately going to the bed side of Koutetsu. The woman was clearly upset from what Saiko could tell and he couldn't blame her at all. Koutetsu was a jinchuriki now and that burden alone could tear a person apart. The only reason he was a jinchuriki was because someone had to do it but, it was unfair to impart such a harsh fate on such a young person. Saiko knew the child would be okay. Or at least he hoped so. The man's eye shifted back to Emiko as she hugged him, his arms wrapping back around her. "I've been good. I hope you are doing well as well." The man said to her with a smile on his face, waiting for her to go back to her training with Sonyo.
Once she broke away, Saiko approached the Uzukage, placing a hand on her shoulder and giving it a gentle squeeze. The type of squeeze that said, "You're not alone. I'm here for you." Saiko didn't know her very well but, he knew grief. He knew pain. Again his eye shifted focus as Masato entered the room, presumably wanting to speak with the Uzukage. "She's predisposed currently. Also no one besides medics and the Uzukage in this room. The medics need their space to operate." Saiko would say simply, more or less shooing Masato out of the room. The man would give Chie's shoulder another squeeze before either following Masato out of the room or approaching the man directly depending on the course of action Masato decided to take. "I'll deal with whatever it is that you need until she's not as busy." Saiko said, taking up the leadership role that would be expected of him at this point in his shinobi career. It wasn't necessarily his job but, he would understand Chie wanting to be left alone for a moment with the boy until he was at least up and moving. For a moment he would try and take the stress off the woman and make it his own. "Also good to see you again Masato."
The man looked past Masato and at the door as the nurse knocked upon it, asking for him. "Sure thing. I'll be right out." Saiko said to the nurse, walking past Masato. "Masato if you would follow me." The man said, leaving the room to see what the nurse needed. However, it seemed she had already made her way back to her desk. That's when he found Sadayo standing their with her puppets and a body of who knows who. Saiko had not see her in quite some time. Perhaps ever since they left the sand village to come here. Their paths seemed to not cross very often. Saiko remembered her though, he just wondered if she remembered him. "Did you need something of me Sadayo?"

Koutetsu's perspective
Koutetsu was nearly dead to world, sleeping so deeply that he might never swim to wakefulness. A warmth surrounded him not unlike a warm blanket in the dead of winter. It seemed to not only surround, but penetrate to his core, and bind him in an ever pleasant heat. In truth his body temperature had risen, the extreme changes wrought to his chakra system in such a short time having a biological reaction. His clothes becoming damp with sweat. A secondary source of warmth, one he instinctively reached for, began to help refill his dwindled chakra. He seemed to float between the edge of consciousness and the dark beyond that seemed to beckon him further.
Kokuou's perspective
Kokuou rose her head from where it lay and blinked. Where she had once been battling a group of humans,having been freed from her host, she appeared elsewhere. Her blue eyes gazed about, taking in her new environment. She lay on top of what appeared to be a small body of water surrounded by land. Some areas were rocky, but there was a small beach ahead. Looking up at the overcast sky, Kokuou could see small bolts of lightning and feel a slight breeze carrying with it a small amount of humidity. It was as though the area was in a perpetual state of about to storm.
She gracefully shook her body, all five tails swirling about, as she shook off the excess moisture that had gathered. That's right, I was sealed. Seems nicer than my last prison. She thought to herself, before taking a few steps toward land. Suddenly the entire cove seemed to shake and spin as it transformed into a maelstrom and dragged her under. She found herself back in the center of the cove. Oh? That's a new one. She gathered herself and attempted to leap for shore, but this time a large bolt of lightning struck her, consuming her vision. Again, she found herself at the center of the cove. She continued to test her surroundings, finding that she had room to move, but couldn't make it close to the beach.
Koutetsu's perspective
A hand seemed to grasp his own as a comforting presence sat beside him. Chie-sensei, the words floated through his mind. He could feel himself close to waking and yet the world above was just out of reach. He found himself slowly being pulled back into the depths. A bright light shone in his eyes and he blinked. He could feel sand on his feet and his body rested under the canopy of a tree. He rose, checking his body for any injuries. How did I get here? he looked out towards the beach. Across from him lay a small expanse of sand, well lit and warm to the touch. Beyond gentle waves lapped at the edge where the water met the beach and even further he could see it. It was mostly white, with a little red about its blue-grey eyes. The tips of its tails, its horns, and its hooves shown a deep tan nearly identical to the sands on the beach. Koutetsu took a hesitant step forward onto the beach, drawing its gaze.
Kokuou's perspective
Kokuou looked towards the beach only to see a thin but muscular lad, with a hair color a darker shade than her eyes, step forward onto the beach. She tilted her head to the side for a moment, before gently lowering her front half, stretching her hooves forward. Her tails stretching out behind her. "Hello, there."
Koutetsu's perspective
Koutetsu initially stood watching it, when the gobi turned and bowed. Koutetsu, not one to miss decorum, bowed back. "Greetings, Gobi-san." The Gobi chuckled, a sound that was somewhere between a neigh and a clicking whistle, before, "That is not my name, but it will do for now. Tell me, what is your name?"Koutetsu hesitated slightly before replying, "Kou. You may call me, Kou."
Kokuou's perspective
Kokuou nodded rapidly, satisfied with her hosts response. "Well, Kou-san, I am not happy to be here. Though I suppose you won't let me out. At least it is a far more comfortable accommodation than my previous." She looked up at the sky and sniffed. She could sense familiar presences nearby. Oh? she thought to herself before grinning, Shukaku-chan and Kurama-san. What a nice reunion. Glancing back down at the boy, she said, "My apologies, it seems I have another meeting to attend to, come back another time, Kou-san."
Koutetsu's perspective
Koutetsu blinked and he was no longer in front of the beast in the cove. He groaned as his eyes met the light of the room. He could feel himself laying in a bed, the poor linen quality made him realize he wasn't in his own. Rolling over slightly, he could see Chie-sensei in the chair beside his bed as well as several others in the room. Several focused on Karuto-sensei who resided on the other bed in the room. He seemed to look a lot better already. Drowsily, he asked, "What?"
Kokuou's perspective
Kokuou reached out with her senses. While she may not have been able to influence her host, she could at least communicate with her siblings given their proximity. "It is wonderful to see you again, Kurama-san. Shukaku-chan."

Masato blinked twice, surprised at who he had come face to face with. His hair settled slowly as he had whipped around to face the rather unyielding voice of a female. Before he saw her, he knew the voice. It put a sinking sensation in his stomach that created a deep resivoir of angst. "L....Lady Sonyo." he said, still startled. Flashes of memories began to reel through his head of Nariomi at her side. Nariomi Sensei. His eyes shifted downward, realizing it had been five years since their last meeting. " Been...a while." He said, still unsure of the correct way to proceed. He became flustered, unsure of what to possibly say to escape the situation...soon enough, an escape to the sadness presented itself.
As though the stars aligned to give him the escape, Saiko, yet another long forgotten face would appear and speak to Masato. This reunion was less than comforting in comparison to Lady Sonyo's. Masato's eyes narrowed on Saiko. " This mission isn't for your ears." He said plainly, almost readily hostile in tone. It was to diffuse the situation. How else had he ever dealt with unease? Violence. " I don't have time to be sitting around." He said as he turned behind Saiko. A glancing, almost invisible smile masked by shame was given to Sonyo as he pushed past and would grab the first medical professional he could find and take them by the arm. "Let's go."
Masato would drag the doctor down the hall towards a large empty room. He glanced back, seeing that the group had not followed. Closing the door into the room, Masato would speak. " There's something I need done..." he said, drawing the scroll from his lapel. The doctor would examine the scroll and it's contents, realizing the procedure Masato required doing. The eye he had taken from his brother Sandayu would be needed. Applying anestisia to Masato, the professional would perform the operation, removing Masato's natural eye for the replacement with Sandayu's own. With this, the two brothers union was complete. Two brothers from a shared mother. Their powers solidified under one body. While his efforts would come leagues shy of his brother's proficiency, he too would use the limitless bounds of their family's birthright to gain new power. Leaving his purse much lighter, Masato would stand and move to a mirror. The eye would take the coloring of a natural eye. Black in color. That was until the chakra would be applied to it. This was not as simple as his Sharingan. This would take much more concentration and effort to maintain. Not a natural gift from his mother was obtained at birth, rather, his father's.
Completing his business, Masato exited the room several hours later and would make his way out of the facility through a nearby window and towards the training facilities. Where else would the titan of taijutsu be headed? There was work to be done and jobs that needed completion. With Kurama binding him to the village, he would fulfill his end of the bargain.

The ceiling fan- that was the first thing he saw when he awoke. His battle gi was gone, replaced by a hospital gown. He raised his right hand and saw that an I.V. was placed into the back of it. That's when he remembered where he was and what happened. He tried to sit up and winced as a fresh but smaller wave of pain seared through his body. He held his side, feeling the rippled and scarred skin through the gown. It was puckered and ugly, a fierce reminder of his battle against the Five-Tails. Karuto grabbed the I.V. stand and swung his feet off of the bed. With a sharp inhale, he attempted to stand up. He managed it and even took a few steps before his weakened and recovering body gave out on him. He fell into a crumpled heap on the floor- exhausted by the effort of even walking this far.
