OOC Footnote Current HP: 10/30 Current Trust: 24 Section notes: 15 to go. +10 movement, +3 trust As Frighten and Wolf, as he was now thinking of his injured canine companion moved he happened to see some herbs he'd seen before, more specifically he'd seen used before, and he knew it would help alleviate some of the pain the wolf was feeling. He carefully reached for them and tugged them from the ground with his teeth, and he offered them to the wolf, who to his surprise at them up. The difference in the canine was immediately apparent as it's movements got quicker, and easier. They were so close now!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 10/30 Current Trust: 27 Section notes: 5 movement left. +10 movements (onto part 5) To say he was happy to find another bunch of the herbs to feed to the wolf was an understatement. It was a temporary fix for it all, but it was a lot better than the creature being in pain he figured!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 10/30 Current Trust: 27 Section notes: 20 enemy hp. -1hp, -3 enemy hp Getting the wolf settled into the cave was the easy part. It was once he got it there and started on his trek to get some help that things got more complicated. More aptly when he went to go in the direction he'd been sent. He came nose to point with thorns and sighed some. He needed what was beyond them, and he couldn't be turned away! So he began to carefully kick at them, trying to get poked and raked as little as possible.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 7/30 Current Trust: 27 Section notes: 12 enemy hp. -1hp, -4 enemy hp In a frustrated fit, he kicked a little harder than he had been and was pleased by the slight dent he'd managed to make in the thorns, so much so he ignored the accumulating scratches on his forelegs. He was so close to breaking through!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 6/30 Current Trust: 27 Section notes: 8 enemy hp. -1hp, -3 enemy hp Wondering if he'd do better with his back legs (and to avoid scratching his front ones up a bit more) he turned and used his hind legs to kick, though his left one got momentarily snagged till he tugged it loose. Well, it worked but he didn't like the thorns trying to keep hold of him.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 4/30 Current Trust: 27 Section notes: 3 enemy hp. -1hp, -3 enemy hp (Move onto part 6) With one last tired kick, Frighten managed to break through the thorns and he stood there a moment catching his breath before he pushed himself onward to gather the various herbs he'd been told he needed to get. It took a little longer than he'd have wanted, but he got it all together, and returned to where he'd let the wolf, who merely looked up at his return.

He spoke softly, trying to reassure it, though the damage was already done.

It was the soft thumping of tail on ground that made him realize the wolf seemed to like his humming.

It warmed something in him, and he kept working on getting things ground down small enough to easily add to the water he had waiting for it to drink.
