My compliments on your artwork, Cabbi! That sort of rainbow tinge of light refracting that you put in your liquids, and the subtle glow on everything really had me going "Now, how does she do that?"

Thanks. XD It was a mix of coloring outside the lines, using bold colors, covering with muted shadows and highlights.... aaaand mostly relying on the layers' blending modes. I have no training with the blending modes, so i just kept playing until i got something I was okay with submitting.

Ahhh, thank you for sharing that, cabbi!
I use the layers' blending modes on a lot of different things, but I've never thought to apply them to a painting or a drawing for some reason. I haven't been drawing a great deal lately, but I'll definitely store that away.
