Beryl followed him around holding onto his hand, when he stoped at the hot cocoa shop, she looked at him weird, she knew azure wasn't one for sweet things. Beryl smiled as he brought it to her, she held it, in both of her claws, "thank you" she smiled at him and took a sip of it. Beryl felt him drag her into the hug, she nuzzled into im as she couldn't really give the hug back trying to hold the cup. Beryl looked up at him, "I would love to try and ice skate, dont make fun of me if I fall though, I've never been ice skating." Beryl could see that Azure was deep in thought, though she was unsure how to ask him if something was wrong. Beryl looked at a little shop, she walked over it and got something, and came back to azure handing it to him, along with holding another little plush.
(( Bebe / Teto aren't claiming one of their trinkets ))
She had hardly recovered from the book fiasco when Cleo had three people come up to her. Bebe and Teto, after informally adopting Essurio from seeing how adorable she was at the necklace stand, had asked the little demon if she knew anyone at the festival. Not expecting anything to come of it, she pointed out her classmate Cleo, and now here they all were. "Oh, aren't you just the cutest thing!" Bebe gushed while, somehow, simultaneously flagging down a woman pushing a cart full of plushies. "Here, you have to have one of these!" the bakeneko insisted, taking a kidden plush from the smiling woman and handing it to the baphomet. Cleo was so taken aback she didn't even think to protest as she rearranged her goodies to make arm-room for the toy."You too, Tails! And you, cutie," she said to Essurio, claiming two more plushies from the cart. "B-but... ma'am I... I already have a plushie..." the demon mumbled, not wanting to appear greedy or break any rules. Bebe grinned and shoved a blue kidden toy into her already over-heaped arms. "That's ok, you can just look after mine, right?" she said with a wink. "What about you, Fluff?" Teto asked, giggling at Bebe's energy. "Don't worry, this one's for us," she said in a worryingly self-satisfied voice, showing the laughing kumiho a giant, purple kidden toy. "You really don't take any half-measures," she said with a kind smile
Quinn was almost ready to call it quits, but decided you couldn't leave a festival without getting sweets. While there was a stall nearby he'd noticed earlier, it seemed unmanned with a small line already forming there. With a shrug he wandered further, deciding the easiest way to find free candy was to look on trees. Sure enough, a number of candy canes were strewn throughout branches and Quinn happily helped himself to a small bundle of them. While scouring he found an abandoned plushie hiding among the trees. He frowned slightly, brushing off pine needles and leaves on the fennekit toy. He couldn't see anyone after a quick look around, so he shrugged and decided he'd made a new friend. "Wanna come with me, buddy?" he asked the toy with a lazy grin.
"Yeah yeah, I'm coming, little freakish brats," Thomas shouted as he finally arrived back at his stall, although he made sure the last part was inaudible. With all the hospitality of a grizzly bear, the naga doled out sweets and treats until the line was finally gone. With a sigh he leaned on the counter. "Should have signed up for soup duty or something, then at least I'd be cooking," he muttered to himself. Hearing a noise below him, Thomas cursed under his breath and looked down at the freshling. Except, that was no freshling. It was a fennekit! "A right handsome gal you are, too," he commented, using the powerful muscles in his tail to lift him over the counter so he could pick the unprotesting creature up and place it on the counter. The fennekit tilted its head at Thomas, and made no motion to leave. "Right, you can be my mascot then," he said cheerily as the creature greedily ate up a sweet he offered it.
(( xero did not claim a trinket ))
After walking a little further with Xero, Zeerah began to wretchedly turn back and gaze longingly at the plushie stall. After several minutes of this, Xero stopped and sighed. "Brother, if you want a toy, just go get one," he said, exasperated. Zeerah bit his lip, jumping from one foot to the other. "Can I? You don't mind? Promise you'll wait right here?" he asked desperately, knowing his brother would take any chance to bolt. Xero rolled his eyes and nodded, albeit reluctantly. A wild grin broke out on Zeerah's face. "Nice! Stay here then, I'll be right back!" Shaking his head, Xero began to flip through the dark alchemy book while he waited. Unsurprisingly, his brother came bounding up to him only a few moments later, a matching vespercat plush in his arms. "Can't break up a pair, ya know?" he said sheepishly.
Raven had, to his immense surprise, begun to enjoy the festival. With his new familiar on his shoulder and the bracelet on his wrist, he looked like a true festival-goer. Perhaps this is why he walked up to the toy booth, unabashed, and claimed a brightly patterned cat. "You will make a fine model for accessories," he stated matter-of-factly, pointedly ignoring the weird look the stall-owner was giving him.
Naihilus wanted to keep playing skee ball until he got the hang of the game. He was pretty sure he'd be able to get it soon--with another toss, he won a bundle of purple candy canes.
Anchriesel was willing to stick around a little longer. He threw his balls carefully and won a stuffed kidden and an antler headband.
Nkiruka was indeed pretty good at this game--her next dart won her a small pet! She picked out a red fluffbug, because it was red, and, well, it looked pretty, okay?
Sound Lee got to pick the next game, so he went with a fishing game involving plastic rods and magnets. He won two prizes from that game--a stuffed fox and a bundle of candy canes.
Aurabelle liked the fishing game--they'd gotten better prizes from this one, and it was a little easier. They won a red bulb necklace and a stuffed goat plushie.
Denidar was happy to run the course again, and happier still to once again tie with Niol. He picked out a stuffed green vespercat and a green bracelet as his prizes.
Raniol beat Sara once again--hey, she should get out more if she wanted to beat them in races! His prizes were a stuffed fennekit and an orange bracelet.
Melisara didn't win the next race, but that was okay--she was having too much fun to care. Her prize was a red bracelet that she proudly slipped onto her wrist.
Verity could sense that the boys were getting a little contemptuous. It was time to move on to another game. She played one last game, then looked around for something else to do while slipping her new book into her stocking.
Takaroa played one last round of bowling before moving on, which earned him a bright green aetherjelly. Today was a good day.
Darryl allowed himself to be persuaded to play another game with the snowballs. This time he did very well and won two prizes, a stuffed kidden and a blue bucket of snowballs. How he'd be able to tell his apart from his sister's he had no idea.
Mary nodded. "You're definitely doing well, then," she said. "I'm not much at games like this." She accepted another mug of tea from a passerby. "I hope we're not boring you," she added.
Heru was delighted to be able to play another round. "You get to pick the next game, I promise." She, too, won two prizes, a red glowing bulb (to represent Da) and a stuffed Kidden.
Zuna watched Mary and Ruka's conversation from the sidelines and shook her head. She had a feeling that Mary was maybe messing with something that ought not to be messed with. Zuna collected a mug from the passing stranger and sipped it appreciatively.
Yaviss noticed the conversation, but didn't interfere. He'd had a warning from Quilo that Ruka was shy, something that Quilo had learned in turn from his own boyfriend. Yaviss sighed. He had a bad feeling about how all of this would turn out. He took a mug of hot cocoa from the vendor and kept an eye out for Xyla.
Jie linked her arm in Ciel's and lead her off to another riddle game. This one was, if anything, easier; Jie won a mug in Arkham's colors (it was a nice shade of green!) and a stuffed vespercat.
Ciel was a little disappointed that these riddles were so easy, but so long as she was with Jie she didn't mind all that much. She won a mug that she was assured matched her own colors and a stuffed kidden.
Ebene decided to move on to another game, one better suited to her set of skills. To that end, she picked a riddle game to play. She won a gold boa and a stuffed vespercat as her prizes.
Eidil convinced Cal to come with her to an obstacle course. Neither of them did particularly well, but Eidil did win another book, so that was a victory, all in all!
Only Rp'ng the last 2 today. Don't have the umph to rp right now.
Kayndie was beginning to feel a little sick, she must have ate to much sweets. She decided to go back to her dorm and lay down for awhile, the festival will still be here tomorrow. Turning she walked off towards her dorm.
Iason was wandering around noticing several of his classmates with little plushes of varying colors, he wanted one but did not know where to find them. Shrugging to himself he figured sooner or later he would find a game or a booth giving them away. Still munching on his sweets, he happened to glance over to his right and there they were! Plushes, so many of them. He giggled, he went over and looked over the selection in awe. He always wanted a familiar but he was not lucky enough to have one as of yet but a plush was good enough for now. He knew what kind he wanted, seeking out the Fennekits, he was drawn to the red one and asked for it. He was handed it and off he went with the new plush under one arm and eating his sweets with his other hand.

Mango read page after page and, before he knew it he had finished the book. When he closed it, he realized the party was in full swing.
He really should join the festivities but right now, he prefers to read at the moment. Getting up, he goes and looks for another book. Looking at the pile of books placed on a table, he decides to pick up Malice in Wonderland.
He proceeded to go back to his spot, opened the book, and began to read.
Xyla felt bad about being late, but she'd had some film to develop, and this was the only time she'd gotten a chance to use the darkroom--it had just been packed lately! But now that her photos had developed and had been put in a safe place, she raced back down to the fair. She swept past the table at the entrance, only stopping to pick up a green stocking. From there she stood on her tiptoes and searched the crowd for her friends. Aha! Dirty blond hair, blue dreads, and a pair of turquoise and amethyst wings. Yaviss, Zuna, and Mary! She squeezed through the crowds to find them at the darts booth. "Hi!" she squeaked breathlessly. "Thorry I'm late, I jutht got a little thwamped. What'd I mith?"
Well, obviously darts. She accepted a couple from the vendor with a whisper of "thankth" and threw the first two. She got a stuffed vespercat and a pair of earrings.
Sigrin took a little while to get to the fair. Xe had a performance later today, but xe had time to mingle and play games in the meantime. Sigrin took a black stocking from the table up front and accepted a pair of jingling earrings from the Imp at the table. Xe smiled at the Imp. "Thanks," xe said. "Happy Solstice!"
Amut was taking a short break from visiting her family. They were going to a dance class that she had absolutely no interest in, so she was spending the afternoon with her friend and roommate, Ebene. The hallowed hybrid picked up a stocking and made her way through the crowds until she found her roommate at a riddle game. "Hey, Ebene," she said. "Sorry I'm a little late, we ran overtime baking cookies." She casually answered the riddle the vendor posed her, winning a pair of bell earrings in the process.
Queresa had some time to mingle at the fair before she and her siblings had a set to perform in. She picked up a red stocking at the front entrance and made her way through the crowd to a game. She picked a beanbag toss game to start with, and was moderately successful, winning a pair of silver bell earrings.
Azure smiled as he slipped on the light bulb necklace and watched it glow for a moment he raised his hand to her cheek and smiled as he caressed her cheek in his hand before gently brushing her hairs off her cheek." i would never laugh at you, i promise. I'm sure you'll be as graceful as the art you make, besides everyone falls down some times." he kissed her forward and took her by the hand. he sat down on a bench and began to tie on his skating shoes. as he finished, he noticed a sound of bells chiming. he moved to look and heard them again. he looked at his wings to see clip on bell earnings, a feshling must of put them on his wings, he chuckled a bit and clipped them to beryls ears carefully.
{18} Clove was not sure about the winter solstice this year, he stared around in amazement at all the lights and decorations, and he was worried he was going to get lost. Though he looked around again to maybe see if any of his friends from school where wandering around like he was, but he was sure they were spending time with family. Clove saw a stand that had a game to win some prizes, which one of them were little antlers, which her really wanted.
{12} Corey was also wandering, the only problem they had was they where very cold, they really wanted to go back to there bed it was really warm there at least. Corey was only out because they heard, that you could get candy from some of the booths, that were there. Though there was a lot of prizes that Corey wanted, they still wanted to go back to their room.
{1} Meena was happy to be at the event, but she was having some problem of it being a little too cold, she did not know why this was, but as she started t make her way too a booth and practically ran there, she noticed she was getting warmer. Meena stoped running around long enough to go play a game on a booth, this of course caused her to get cold again.
{16} Galathe was having a grand old time, she was playing at a booth seeing if she could maybe get a prize, she had split off from her adopted family after they had made a plane to meet back at a certain spot, when it was time to go. Galathe had one eye on the time, and one eye on the game.
{5} Bledid was new to this, everything was new, there was new sights and smells, one in particular was a stand selling peanut brittle he had to have some. Bledid had gotten is peanut brittle and started to walk away, when something popped out of the bag trying to take the peanut brittle with it
Beryl was hunched over when she sat back and looked at her skates, she was having some difficulty with them as she could not get them to tie. Beryl felt azure pulling her hair back and putting something on her ears, this made her ears twitch, and jiggle, she smiled at them and moved her ears up and down more, and giggled to herself "thank you". Beryl looked back down with a new resolve to her get skates tied, as she got them tied she heard a guy selling something and she waved him over, and slid some antlers onto azures head, she also got her something to start putting some of the smaller things into so she wouldn't have to carry them all.
