Xerxes froze the moment Niamh grabbed his hand and held tight. It wasn’t that he disliked being touched — he really didn’t. He just wasn’t used to such affection from someone he’d only just met the day before. If not for his red skin, his blush would have been extremely noticeable. His mind was too preoccupied and focused in on the hand holding his that he wasn’t exactly sure what she had said — something about others and supplies of some sort. When Niamh finally realized she was clutching at his hand, and let go, he jerked it to his side, willing himself to stay neutral for the most part. Xer blinked at the word friends. Did the chimera really consider them friends after only a couple of days of talking? Did she make friends that quickly? Xer was usually more reserved, giving new acquaintances time to adjust and get used to the way he was — and vice versa. He tilted his head, eyeing the chimera closely. “Friends? Really?” he asked curiously.

Bebe watched Callixtus sympathetically, almost drawing blood from biting her lip so hard in anxiety. "It's ok, it's alright, everything's fine, it'll be alright," she said desperately, more to herself than Callixtus. Now that she was closer to him it was easier to see all the stings. With a gasp she turned up to Nashira, groaning and letting go of Callixtus. "Not you too, Ash," she cried, looking around in a panic for someone who actually knew what they were doing. "C-Claire will know what to do, I'll uh... I'll go and... yeah," she finished pathetically. With one last distressed glance towards her injured friends, she carefully picked her way towards the front of the group where their guide was still valiantly leading the group, despite the various cries of bees. "Oh, excuse me, Claire?" she started quietly, before desperation started to crawl into her voice, "Please, do you have a first aid kit or something? My friends got stung by bees! What do we do? I'm so not used to injured people."

When she got closer to her friends, it looked as though Bebe had escaped harm, but Callixtus had not. She sat down with a sigh, glad that nothing had stung her butt. "You got hurt too." She wasn't trying to state the obvious, but rather was trying to be sympathetic. "I'm so sorry." But she looked at Bebe as she ran off to find Claire for first aid help. "Bebe is so sweet." She murmured as Samhain seemed to appear out of nowhere.

She almost hadn't recognized him... in the light, and with the mask on, but his voice was unmistakable. She wondered why he was wearing a mask, but as she listened to him, she forgot about that quandary. "I have never been stung before." She admitted to Samhain when he asked if they were allergic. "It looks like Callixtus got stung more then I did. Would you see to him first?" Nashira asked softly. He looked miserable. Tired and sore and... wait, what if he was tired because of her last night? She had made him dance... what if because he was tired, he hadn't been able to avoid the bees? Oh! This was all her fault!

The reassuring pats were nice.. but goodness the sooner they got away from this cliffside, the better. Just when things seemed to be getting better, he heard screams... and then buzzing. Loud buzzing. Oh no. Zahneel was already taking off, calling for him to run too. But where?? He froze for a few seconds, looking to see where Claire had gone, then took off after Zahneel when he couldn't spot them.

"Wh--where are we g-going!? I c-c-couldn't see Cl-Claire...!" Why. Why this. Surely even Maria would not be okay with this.

It seemed that the whole group had opted to run from the bees. Or, at least, that's how it seemed to Zahneel. When she couldn't hear angry buzzing anymore, she stopped and panted for breath, trying to figure out what they should do. Claire would have a first aid kit, right? Turning to Neptune and feeling beyond relieved that he hadn't been stung, she grimaced a little.

"I just wanted to get away. Are you all right? I don't think Nature likes us very much right now."

Even as she spoke, she wished she'd thought to bring a first aid kit of her own. Though, some books she'd read had mentioned using mud as a remedy for stings. Except, it didn't look very muddy here.

"I'm sure Claire's around somewhere. They're probably helping the people who got stung the worst."

The Drayd nodded, and walked with her friend over to Bebe and Callixtus. "Oh no ... You guys too? Ugh, this is awful!" She wrung her hands, a little unsure of what to do. She didn't have a first aid kit, or any real experience with bee stings, and it seemed like her friends were in pain.

Her eyes trailed after Bebe as she sought out Claire. That seemed like a solid plan. Claire was their guide, so they should know what to do. She hoped. Samhain appeared, and also seemed to know what to do. Nadinia let out her breath, but still wrung her hands.

"I'm so sorry you guys got stung... But at least there are people who now how to help?" Feeling somewhat useless, she looked around for Bebe. "I'm going to see if Bebe needs help with Claire."

She trailed after the pink girl, hoping to be of assistance. "It seems like Callixtus got stung worse that Nashira did... I guess thankfully it wasn't worse?"

She turned to Claire, trying to provide additional information. "Samhain is helping too, but maybe you have tweezers or something, to help pull out the stingers?"
