You know whats even worse than that?

Picture, as I'm sure you easily can, a slightly irrate IT professional trying to talk in circles they feel entitled to talk in and pose it in the form of a request. We'll use yours as example. Add on top of that my baby sitting project in India....30 agents trained to high levels of technical expertise but little to no realtime interaction with their predominantly Eurocentric customers. Put them together and you get something like this:

Customer: i'll attend for your response or not i will denunce you

India Agent: I understand that your intention is to denunce. Is this being correct or shall I ask you farther questions to properly judge your response?

I LOVE MY HOMIES IN INDIA. They are the kindest and most sensitive people I have ever worked with, but the inherant language barrier is beyond frustrating at points. Two people trying to over compensate for one fact...they don't know how to communicate.

Okay...I have a ******** rant for ya...the fact that we can't get any ******** work done when we get put on the ******** phones. and the people that should be taking calls are off in training or sales motivation classes or some s**t. and then we have to ******** justify why are ******** work isn't being done.
