DAY 4: MAY 12TH. Quote: => MAIN POST =>DAILY CHOICE DAY 3 RESULTS Let's see how your two ice stars are getting along! 1)+1 point You chuck the gerbils as hard as you can, and they nearly overshoot the rink area. They’re totally disoriented and confused, but what a show! IF you have a Smart Gerbil: +2 additional points Your gerbil does a barrel roll in order to gracefully land! What style and grace! IF you have a Beautiful Gerbil: -1 point Your gerbil beefs it hard and chips their front tooth. 2)+0 points. You gently slide the gerbils onto the ice, and they skid on their rodent posteriors into the middle of the rink. Their cruise has put them to sleep! Uh oh. IF you have a Spirited Gerbil: +2 additional points Fortunately, your gerbil is up and at’em! It pulls its buddy around until both are ready to dance! IF you have a Cute Gerbil: -1 point Your gerbil is adorable, and totally unwakeable. Not very entertaining: It’s fluffy dead weight at this point 3)+2 points The gerbils stall for a moment and then wander in different directions. After some cheers and jeers from the crowd they seem to get rather frightened, however, and dart in the safest direction – happily to the lake! Ha-ha! IF you have a Beautiful Gerbil: +2 additional points Your gerbil soaks up the attention! They trot like a pedigree gerbil, mane swishing and eyes a-glittering. IF you have a Smart Gerbil: -1 point Your gerbil knows that THIS IS THE TIME TO ESCAPE!!! FREEDOM!! The event stalls as you have to wrangle your little buddy back again. 4)+3 points You spin the gerbils, and their wiggly legs and tails are nearly mesmerizing to the audience. Their confused, dizzy swaying makes for an excellent entertainment treat. Bravo. IF you have a Cute Gerbil: +2 additional points Little coos and silly falls make your gerbil a source of extreme squeezable pity among the audience, and they’re loving it. IF you have a Spirited Gerbil: -1 point TOO MUCH MOVEMENT! Your gerbil pair careens into the stands. Regroup!! GERBIL DANCING DAY 4 Your performance is missing something… Hmm… Ah yes! Music! A good soundtrack is integral to such an important event as this. You rush to the Semi-Portable Jam Blaster and turn on some tunes. What do you choose? 1) Victorious music. 2) Electronic music. 3) Party music. 4) Romantic music. =>SUBMISSION CODE
My name is: yernamehere I am in team: yerbloodcolorhere

Most of what's here now are troll prints! Argh! K15 +1 points - Climbing up all of these mountains seemed like a good idea at the time, but you are so tired... Oh gog you are so tired. There are a couple of horn scratches and a discarded PBJ up here, but other than that you hardly have time to explore before the sun rises. O10 +3 points - You follow along the length of the river and behold! There's a bridge here! It's crude, but it may have been built by such a winterbeast and gives you a valuable clue! S8 +4 point - You near the edge of the hunting grounds and find a valuable piece of Winterbeast droppings! Now to photograph it or collect it... Hope you brought gloves! S15 +0 points - Near the end of the river there's hardly anything but downed logs. You're getting too close to troll frond hacking territory - no winterbeast here! Hivestuck My name is: Mickey Yensid (Cerpin Sugall) I am in team: Yellow My couple is: Steamtrain Express (smart) & Exiled Warrior (Spirited) I choose option: 3) Party music. My current score is: 5 Okay so that had been kind of bad, watching his gerbils just sort of doze off after he put them on the ice. Thankfully Exiled Warrior seemed raring to go for some reason. Where that little gerbil got all its energy, Cerpin had no idea but he was grateful for it. It was not good that they were a little late but the event was at least still moving forward. A staff troll nudged him to pick out some music and the purpleblood thought over his choices.
Romantic music sounded like a crowd pleaser but it might also put the gerbils to sleep again. If only he could play his own music! But Emiola wasn't anywhere nearby nor did they have any equipment. He liked electronic music and victorious music but deep in his pump biscuit, Cerpin knew what he loved best.
"Let's get this party started!!" He laughed and picked the most crazy and upbeat club music he could think of. These gerbils were going to be the life of the party tonight and capture all the biscuits in the crowd. With their slightly chewed up costumes, they kind of looked like punk trash in a nightclub and he hoped the whole thing would look intentional.Hivestuck My name is: Amonee Brycer I am in team: Green I am exploring: K24 Points: 6 "Elidae? She's super sweet. I wish I could talk to her more!" It was cute to see Nucleo pretend like this conversation was nothing important, just something casual. After pretty much forcing the two of them together at the Tuskbeast exchange, it was totally obvious that Nucleo had a thing for the yellowblood! But Amonee would play along for now and not embarrass his friend too much. Then the greenblood mentioned Frossa.
"Omigosh I just adore Frossa. She is my muse, a perfect troll with equal parts grace, beauty and spice!" His whole face lit up and it was clear that the jadeblood totally admired the highblood. He hadn't gotten to talk much to her lately but he was still on cloud nine after painting her portrait for Bloodfest. He tromped through the snow covered mountains with Nucleo, explaining each and every one of Frossa's good points and then her great points. By the end of the discussion, they were totally lost in the mountains.
"I think the snow is getting worse." He frowned, assessing the swirling white flakes in the air making it difficult to see the path back down. "Let's make a shelter and wait it out." There wasn't much to use up here but he started to push some of the bigger rocks into a formation to block the winds from whipping at their bodies as badly.
"Can you start a fire?" It was so cold! He hoped there weren't any other trolls up in this heavy snowfall! If there were, hopefully they'd see the smoke!

Hivestuck My name is: Doradi Xplora (Tevini Euruft) I am in team: purpleblood (actually red but disguised) My couple is: Steamtrain Express (smart) & The Milkman (cute) I choose option: 2 My current score is: 6 The gerbils made their way slowly across the ice for a few seconds before Steamtrain Express started to make a break for it. Tevini's heart soared. Yes! Be free, she screamed internally. This is what they both wanted. But then the event staff started shouting for her to chase it down and she realized that maybe right before a huge performance when the spotlight is on you isn't the best time to try and escape. Feeling terrible she scrambled after the gerbil and apologized to it several times. After this was all over she would let him free, please just hang on until then. It was time to start the music! Tevini bit her lip and hoped that her choice of electronic music would work out. She'd picked something that she personally enjoyed because she was getting tired of all the party pop that was playing around the festival. Her head still hurt from falling over at that loud dance booth. She wasn't into romantic songs either, what was the point? It just made single trolls feel bad and she didn't want to make the audience depressed. So electronic music had been the only choice she felt comfortable making. Why not the victory music? Well that could play after she won! Hivestuck My name is: Nucleo Glatte I am in team: greenblood I am exploring: K24 Score: 6 "Yeah, hang on." Pulling the supplies out of his pack, Nucleo hoped they'd be able to brave the cold alright. Focusing on starting that fire so they'd warm up, he wondered how everyone else was doing. It'd been a long night and he'd been lucky to have some company, had the rest of the trolls gone solo? He hoped they were all traveling safe. Carefully he got the fire going and huddled next to Amonee for warmth. The boy smelled sweet like flowers and it was always nice to cuddle. "'Cold tonight." Stating the obvious, Nucleo used it as an excuse to pull Amonee a little closer into a hug of sorts. He was a little winded from climbing the mountain and all the energy he'd been using to pop out clones to run his booth. This little break was just what he needed to stop and recharge. Being back on a mountain felt right after all those nights in the city and while he loved the flash and crowds he also liked the quiet stillness of moments like these. Closing his eyes, the boy simply sat there and let his mind go blank, grateful for the reprieve out here. "Thanks." Several minutes passed before Nucleo murmured these words and pulled back. He gave Amonee a shy smile and shifted to lean against their makeshift rock wall while warming his hands by the fire.

Hivestuck My name is: Keionx Rutace I am in team: Orange I am exploring: K17 Keionx was actually rather enjoying her hike amid the snow and wet. Alone, yes, but she could almost feel the presences of the other trolls seeking the beast. That was company enough for a hero... and competition enough, as well. Unfurling the map she held, she scoured it with her sightstalks, frowning as she decided the next place to check out. The valley? Perhaps. The ponds? Also a good option. Both had ample resources and hiding places for a beast, and apparently it had an affinity for water and stone. To be expected – such things were important. However, when she set out, she went towards neither. The blossoming river delta, instead, called her. Such places were fertile for both plants and for adventure, breeding monsters and botanical treasures alike. And mud. MUCH mud. Keionx was not a fan of mud, but she was also not afraid of being dirty, a good thing to be in the middle of a swamp. Moreover, she was willing to tromp through it in search of adventure. Still, it wasn't her favorite thing to walk on... At the very least, though, even if her search there proved to be unsuccessful, she would find herself a lovely view of the delta and the ocean. So, she went along the river, following it's flow as she minded the puddles and dark pools that swirled quietly near the edge. Such places were not to be trusted, after all.

Chiara was sore from the previous day. That mountain was really something, and it left the blueblood battered and bruised. She must had fallen down the snowy peaks instead of climbed down them, or so her body argued. Chiara saw a pair of greenbloods heading the same way she was thinking of going and decided to fallow them. It made the trek a little bit easier, as she was able to avoid all the holes that the two greenbloods were falling into, and Chiara got to where she was going with much less pain then the previous night. "Hey!" Chiara called as she finally decided to catch up to the pair. She had been tailing them from a distance for now, watching their movements. "Im Chiara, pleasure to finally officially meet you. Your tracking this supposed beast too, huh?" Chiara grinned, still pretty sure the beast was a farce or a government propaganda just to get trolls to die out in the snow and cold. "Any idea what it even looks like?" Chiara asked, trying to strike up some conversation. Hivestuck My name is: Chiara I am in team: Blue Total Points 4 I am exploring: K24 Being nice had backfired for Chiara and she was mad. Those dratted little gerbils just fell asleep! The blueblood stomped back and forth on the sidelines. Momentarily Chiara imagined killing the small things and putting their skulls next to Indica's. They were all in the same family, right? Had fur, were stupid and incompetent, slept all the freaking time. The blueblood dug her nails into her fists, almost drawing blood in her anger. She needed a plan. She needed to wake up those little rats, and she needed to do it fast! Chiara ran to the music selection and dug through it. Throwing CDs and cassette tapes everywhere Chiara was on the hunt. She passed the various bands that would have been fine for dance battles maybe, but were thing she knew Indica had slept through. There had to be something in there that would wake up the little things. Chiara grinned as she came across a CD that would defiantly hype up the little animals. The blueblood slapped on the music and grinned, watching the show. Hivestuck My name is: Chiara Moteku I am in team: Blue My couple is: Cute & Spirited I choose option: 1 My current score is: 4

Hivestuck My name is: Lorata Gorgos I am in team: Purple My couple is: Euryale (Smart) and Stheno (Spirited) I choose option: 1 My current score is: 5 As planned, the gentle slide across the ice had gotten her two winning gerbils right where she wanted them to be, right in the eyes of every single audience member by the ice. Not a part of the plan, however, was Euryale beginning to doze off during the trip to center ice, as if there was nothing for it to even worry about! She almost started to panic, because no way would the judges approve of sleeping gerbils. She didn't even approve of gerbils sleeping instead of skating during a competition! But as it turned out, she needn't have worried!
Stheno was not about to sleep on the job! Lorata honestly wasn't convinced that Stheno ever sleep, really, but for once it was really paying off for them all! As Euryale drifted off, Stheno kept moving, sliding them around and hopping around and rolling over her sister until finally even the smarter gerbil was up and at em. Then they were both ready to perform! Lorata let out a sigh of relief and then suddenly realized she wasn't done yet. They still needed something...Music! Oh my glub, they needed the perfect music!
Lorata rushed over to fix this, choosing the most victorious of tunes.Hivestuck My name is: Faithe Keeper/Etsali Azeban I am in team: Orange I am exploring: S24 Points: 8 Hands on her hips, Etsali frowned down at her surroundings from where she stood on a ridge near the tip of the plateau. She'd been so sure that all the clues seemed to point to the winter beast living somewhere in the area, or at least passing through fairly regularly, but it was impossible to tell now because apparently she hadn't been the only one to notice it all. Any tracks she might have followed had been obscured and destroyed by what were without a doubt troll footprints. This place had given up everything it was going to, she was beginning to realize, and she would have to go further out into the wilderness if she wanted more.
The thief had been just about to finish working her way down so she could cut across to one of the further points on her map when she heard movement from the side. She tensed, going quiet as she waited, and then relaxed with an easy going smile as she recognized the voice that rang out. So, Ephias had come hunting too, had he? She couldn't help but be relieved. It was kind of cold and tedious working her way through the terrain out here, and his company was always a bright point of any ordeal.
"Ephias! I didn't realize you were out here." She gave him a moment to catch up to her fully, grinning all the while. "Did you manage to find anything good before this place got picked over? It's nothing but troll tracks now, what a mess." Being on opposite teams, they probably ought to split back up again to keep their winter beast findings separate, but really who was she kidding? She held out her map with an easy shrug and pointed. "I was thinking we might be able to find more over there, looks like the best spot if we wanna get in some scavenging first thing, don't you think?"

Hivestuck My name is: Opimus Fellah I am in team: red My couple is: Jazzercise (beautiful) and Ginger (smart) I choose option: 4. Romantic music My current score is: +2 Unfortunately for Fellah, his gerbil duo fell asleep from the gentle shove onto the ice. It wasn't quite his intention, though he'd have to remember this for the gerbil shuffleboard idea. It would make score keeping a heck of a lot easier. Regardless, that was still freaking adorable. Jazzercise might have liked that feathered hat a little too much, as that seemed to be all she was interested in, while Ginger tried to use the hypnotic powers of her hat to her advantage, whether that meant slowing down the other gerbils, or keeping them away from her. Next on the list was music, and what better music for ice skating than romantic music! His choices thus far had not net the redblood very many points, but by now it didn't matter much anyhow. Fellah was just trying to have fun with it. Ginger and Jazzercise did not seem to care about the music at first. To try and get them into the mood, Fellah stood on the sidelines swaying back and forth to the music, doing little turns and making a complete fool of himself. Anyone who was watching might pity the dumb oaf, but no one could say he wasn't committed to the festivities. Hivestuck My name is: Opimus Fellah I am in team: red I am exploring: T 17 Score: +3 After having had luck with the claw marks, Fellah ran into another night of dead ends. All that the redblood can find is a bunch of logs, no matter how long he spent searching there was just no sign of it here. As if to say 'I told you so,' Papabuff gave Fellah a look. "Yeah, yeah I know. Let's get going Papabuff. Maybe we'll have better luck tomorrow night."It was a new night, and a new map. The farm troll spent much more time actually trying to think through the possibilities this time, rather than rely on sheer luck. Most of the plotted points looked fairly desolate. It was really getting down to the wire and there just wasn't enough for Fellah to go off of. While the troll was busy scratching his head, his lusus finally nudged at a plot on the map. "Oh, got a good feeling about this place Papabuff? Well alright, your guess is as good as mine," the redblood said, happy that his lusus was finally taking at least a passing interesting in tracking down this winterbeast. Heading down toward the river again, Fellah hope their luck would strike back with something good.

xxHivestuck My name is: Dianea Caldon (Luxara Seleni) I am in team: """Yellow""" My couple is: Li'l Cap (Spirited) and Pennii (Cute) I choose option: 1 My current score is: 11 "Little buddy! Hey! Get back here!" Dianea called, torn between laughing and getting a little frantic. Li'l Cap had veered severely off-course at the last second. Oh no! She had thought the potato could handle her efforts to nudge them forward; guess that was a bit of a no-go. After her previous efforts, she refused to believe it would be anything more than a slight hiccup, though! Pennii was just fine, for instance. So at least half of the duo was doing okay. Luxara hoped that would be a stabilizing factor.
Time went on. Barring that moment, the gerby-gerbs started to look like they would make it without further incident. Great! Awesome! It was all good. Now, onto the next part! Music. She'd have to select ambiance. Well, they made it this far, and that was a lot already. Might as well pump it up! Luxara chose victory music to accompany Li'l Cap and Pennii's debut on the rink.
She wasn't super into music, but thought it sounded appropriate. She could also hop and clap along, trying to boost the little guys further. Heck, if all went well, this would be one of the easiest events she'd ever been in.xxHivestuck My name is: Dianea Caldon (Luxara Seleni) I am in team: """Yellow""" I am exploring: P-21 Points: 6 actually Mountains were hard on foot on the best of days, much less in heels. She should have brought Stagdad along. Though she wouldn't have the faintest idea of how to disguise him, but it would be nice to have the chance to rest while moving ahead. Ohhhh well.
Unsurprisingly, Luxara was a little sore in the legs the next night. Somehow she was still mobile at all at this point. She kept a chipper attitude, though, because she expected it to be grueling. And, and! She found something. This thing had horns. ...Also there was troll food. Kind of weird. She kept her chin up, if only because she hadn't come out of any venture empty-handed so far. But she would probably need to rest when she got back to the swamp. What an intense hunt!
The following night, she wasn't keen on doing more mountain-climbing. In fact, if might be useful to go into the thick of the woods! She had checked out a handful of different locales, and looking over this area could help her figure out the thing's preferences. The lake was eh, the flatlands yes, the mountains kind of okay. So this could be anything, really.

Hivestuck My name is: Kolako Thelsi I am in team: redblood My couple is: The Milkman (Cute) and Twinkie Heart (Spirited) I choose option: 3 My current score is: 7 +1= 8 Kolako giggled loudly at the sight of her two gerbils sliding down toward the rink. Milky had fallen asleep, which, though cute, was a very bad thing considering how excited Twinkie was! He was up and moving and ready for anything, something that made her excited and eagerly pump her fist in the air-- Hella yes!! Twinkie for queen, she was the cutest thing ever! Milky was alright, still lagging a little due to sleep, but hey, TWINKIE!!! Twinkie was her star player right now. Even though Milky was so cute, and cuddled, and sleeping and curling into that really cute sweater... She was so cute she could just eat her up!! Maybe. Probably. They did look tender! She cheered for her two, following along the rink so as to not loose their view or distance. She was so excited for the two, she was sure they'd do well!! With a big, wide grin to the gerbils, the kid adjusted her beaded fur poncho and wiggled her tush somewhat.
Then she remembered, MUSIC! Koko rushed over to the Semi-Portable Jam Blaster and immedeately blasted the first party song she heard. This was great! In her excitement Kolako actually ended up dancing to the music as well!
Hivestuck My name is: Austri Coriol I am in team: Greenblood I am exploring: N16 My current score is: 8 + 3= 11 Austri was nervous that they were loosing the trail to the Winterbeast with all of Staglebro's racket. She watched her lusus from afar, squinting at her dumb guardian with something like a small, displeased glare. Was he really stalling them to simply look around the area? There were places to find, woods to search through, and winterbeasts to catch. She rubbed her camera's edge lightly before simply rolling her eyes and deciding to walk ahead. "I'm gonna walk ahead alright~? Following the river. Come on~ Stagbro, this isn't fair or funny~!" She voiced, then when no response was recieved, she couldn't help but let out a small 'tch' sound. "You should've just stayed in our hive if you were gonna be so unreasonable~!" She exclaimed, throwing her hands in the air and walking away, instead following the river nearby and finding-- What was that, a... A bridge! Hm.... Inspecting it a little more, the bridge looked worn and old, and she didn't think using it would be good for her considering how broken it looked. She'd just use her powers, it was alright. They always got her out of a tough spot! Austri kicked the ground for more inpact and decided to investigate on the other side.

Hivestuck My name is: Elidae Bonbon I am in team: yellow My couple is: Janderbilt (Cute) and Twinkie Heart (spirited) I choose option: 3 My current score is: (7 + 3 + 2 - 1 =) 11 points "Nooooo!" Elidae cried, rushing over to the stand where her gerbils skidded. She knew Twinkie Heart to be a little too ambitious! It was okay though, Janderbilt made up for it by their adorable display on the ice. Their sweaters and twirling were a huge hit with the crowd, she noticed, and that was good. Great, even! So this was just a small hiccup! Filled with determination, Elidae gently pushed them back to where they needed to be, and jogged over to turn on some music to really get the performance going.
Chewing on the side of her lip, Elidae looked over the music selection. She glanced over at her gerbils. The two did make a rather nice pairing. They almost seemed like they were made to be! A perfect match, so cuddly and adorable. Elidae blushed a soft yellow as she thought of that special troll she wanted to be with and picked up the romantic music. No... the yellowblood thought to herself, Chiara would never go red with her... she was all about the black. A different kind of romance. Elidae squinted. And she was just too mean! With a sigh, Elidae placed the romantic music back and chose her preferred choice, the party music. Couldn't go wrong with something a little poppy and upbeat, right?! It was sure to be a crowd pleaser!
Hivestuck My name is: Malice Ragoon I am in team: Blue I am exploring: S24 It took Malice some time to get out of harms way, but she managed to climb into a tree and out of sight from the grizzlebeast wanting to maim her. Her lusus, on the other hand, seemed to simply watch. It was cruel, but the child needed to watch where she was going and learn to handle herself in these situations. Despite Malice believing not, he would have intervened if something did happen. But it didn't. She shouldn't have got herself in the situation in the first place, though. After climbing down from the tree, Malice straightened herself and continued the hunt.
It wasn't a very long trek, but somehow Malice ended up at the end of the river with a ******** ton of logs and no winterbeast. Hands placed firmly on her hips, Malice glowered down at the logs for a full minute. Then, she sucked in and blew out raspy breathes from her flared nostrils, not even bothering to compose herself in front of her lusus. As her chest expanded from a sharp intake of air, Malice's face turned slightly bluer. Then, she unleashed a bloodcurdling scream at the top of her lungs, her shrill voice echoing off the entire landscape.
"THERE'S. NNNOOOTHING. HEEEEEEERRRRREEE!" A few birds flew up into the sky as Dragondad's laughter filled the silence afterwards.

As the audience cheered in approval, tears welled up in her lookstubs. Her lip trembled. Hands shaking, she wiped the wetness away from her cheeks. Her gerbils were naturals. It was a great honour to serve such noble stars. But she was getting ahead of herself. The Milkman and Twinkie Heart had not won yet... or had they? To spurn them on to victory, Lutrin darted over to the jam blaster. She paused, studying the controls. What button did what again...? Technology could be so ridiculously complicated sometimes. For a painful half minute, Lutrin poked and prodded at the various controls. The jam blaster squealed in protest. The volume dipped up and down. Songs skipped and played in reverse. Then, at last she found what she was looking for. Trumpets! Violins! Flutes! Drums! An orchestral hit! The sound of a triumphant march to victory. All right, maybe not so much a march as it was a sweeping epic, that would hopefully leave the crowd floored. Expression intent, Lutrin clasped her hands together in front of her chest and watched the ring.

Hivestuck My name is: Leeroi Furore I am in team: Blue My couple is: Rocket (Cute) Snake (Smart) I choose option: 3 My current score is: 5 "THAT'S RIGHT! DO A BARREL ROLL, SNAKE!" Leeroi cheered, clapping from the sidelines. There were his star gerbils. They just needed the chance to actually perform for the audience. Cute clothes and grand show be damned, there was raw talent behind these gerbils and Leeroi was going to make it shine through. Only, something was missing. Ah, music. The gerbils needed some sick tunes to dance to, obviously. Thankfully, Leeroi had the perfect song in mind. Only the meme-iest of dance songs would show off his gerbil's perfect prowess. It would match their awesome, energetic dance moves and their equally funny but magnetic personalities. Leeroi had thought a lot about this. Leeroi thought a lot about memes. After setting the music up to play, Leeroi's attention went right back to his gerbils, and he was whooping with excitement like before. "GET THEM GOOD! SHOW THEM WHO'S BOSS" He hollered, shaking a fist to emphasize. Would he get extra points for bloodshed on the ice? Beside Leeroi, his lusus watched on with mixed concern and enthusiasm. Her charge's intentions were pure but she was always concerned with his... overeagerness. Seeing Leeroi throw the gerbils onto the ice was definitely a frightening sight. He really was testing their limits, but they were turning out to be incredibly resilient pets. Hivestuck My name is: Stemma Morgen I am in team: Purple I am exploring: P21 "Diddly squat!" Stemma complained, sitting down on a stump to enjoy a lunch break. She shimmied over, making room for her lusus. Tonight wasn't a total loss, though. She really did enjoy being out here, eating lunch in the snow. As long as she wasn't being chased by a grizzlebeast, she felt fine. It was tranquil, peaceful here. It was a shame that there were hardly any corpse finds on their search, though. The fresh snow probably covered it all. She wondered if that counted as a burial. Like nature's burial, in a sense. Then again, the snow did melt when the other seasons came around. What of the bodies then? What of the bodies in space? What of all the bodies of seadwellers in the ocean? Between the bites of her lunch, she questioned Krampa on the matter. Snow is not thick enough, dear. The bad spirits can still lay claim and pull the bodies from the snow.Krampa stroked his beard. It was certainly an interesting thought. He congratulated his charge with a pat on the head. Stemma beamed up at him, pride evident in her eyes. Finishing her food, Stemma stood, feeling energized. "Alright!" She cheered, raising her hands. "Let's go find that winterbeast!"

Hivestuck My name is: Alifax Bunsem I am in team: Red My couple is: Cheese Platter (smart) and Decorative Salad (beautiful) I choose option: 4 My current score is: 6 Look. They were moving. Was Alifax done yet? Oh, right - the bigger one (what was its name again?) was moving in the wrong direction. But that was why he'd died a leash to it. He reeled it in, remembering his picnic adventure with Sarcel. That...had been an experience. This...was just a farce. Well. Whatever. It was headed in the right direction now, and it looked like most of the crowd was distracted by cheering for the other one. Why was there even a crowd here? Hadn't this event been invented only because they'd made a mistake with the ice rink? It should by all rights be completely unpopular. Instead his rodent was actually dancing. Blech. He shouldn't really think of these things as "his", but whatever. The damage was done. After some of the organizers stared at him too blankly, Alifax shrugged. What did they want? His gerbil was receiving a reasonable amount of attention. ...Music? Alifax did not sing, and he hadn't brought his fire organ. Largely because fire organs were not at all portable, or appropriate in the outdoors. Oh, there was a thing there - okay. He mashed some buttons aimlessly. A complex ashen ballad croaked to life over the speakers. Hivestuck My name is: Alifax Bunsem I am in team: Red Points: 4 I am exploring: P21 Apparently Alifax was late, though. Figured, he thought: everyone had found their way here, first. (Actually, in retrospect, he should by rights have found his way here sooner: it was covered in troll prints.) It was probably closest. But as long as NummCorp wasn't ******** anything up for him, he supposed he could stay the day. And use their free slime requisitions. And their roof. Okay, done. It was evening, now, and - ah, there was the map. Alifax grabbed it and started walking. He could at least try to arrive early, this time, he guessed. To take photos. Of probably nothing. Or of snow. Landscapes. Would NummCorp pay for landscapes? They'd better compensate him at least a little, regardless of outcome. This shitshow was worse than his attempt at clouding a FLARP session. Mostly because he kept it reasonable, for the effort component. He probably wasn't even gaining any experience! Well, he definitely wasn't gaining any experience, because he wasn't actually engaging with any FLARPstractions. But if this had been a FLARP... Okay, yeah, whatever. His point was that he wanted beetles.

Hivestuck My name is: Degras Tysson (Ephias Sagine) I am in team: Red Points: 1 I am exploring: S24 "It seemed like it might be worth looking into. An interesting way to pass the time anyway." Ephias replied. He looked down and kicked at the snow. "So far I haven't found much of anything though... There was... a salamander village. I kind of thought this whole thing might just be a hoax to encourage tourism." He gave her a blank stare. Anyone who had mastered the art of reading Ephias' muted expressions however would note a trace of disapproval. When Etsali pointed out the coordinate on her map, Ephias nodded. "It's a long ways from here, and in the mountains it looks like... Not very hospitable territory. Most won't bother going that far... or at least that's what one would think." An idea occurred to him just then. "Ah... I found a raft up the river. I left it by the shore when I went to go investigate the coordinates from the other night. We might be able to use that for an easier journey with a few modifications." Scratching his chin he examined the map once again. Finally, he pointed at a place just north of their position. "We would have to backtrack a little, but it would save us some time."
