This was far and away More Love's favorite booth. She tripped over again and a brightly colored leaf caught in her mouth, the which she presented to Best when she caught his attention. "I know it's not an egg, or dried meat -- which was delicious, by the way! -- but I thought it was pretty and I thought it might make you smile."Her little delivery made, she collected her leaf and egg and got cracking. Yep, she had a decent grasp on the technique now. Wonderful!

Another day, another egg. Light Steps was happy to see the egg-cracking booth still standing, and as popular as it was yesterday. He approached and carefully took an egg, hoping to prepare it as nicely as he had the day before. But no such luck; the smooth white shell slipped out of his jaws and splattered on the hot rock, absolutely terribly cracked. The shell and the liquid inside were all mixed together, and Feather pouted quietly. He laughed, ears folding back sheepishly. "Oh well. I'll try again tomorrow, I suppose." He didn't bother trying to remedy the egg, and just tossed it into the bushes. Thankfully he still got a token for the effort.

Well, this was improvement on the last time. Streams of Silver looked at the egg cooking on the leaf, rather more intent on the result than she had been last time. This time, she'd managed to crack it better, getting most of the yolk and white onto the leaf, though, once again, the yolk broke on the way down.
It still made for a very tasty treat!

"Now garnish it," she instructed what was essentially her nephew as soon as she'd cracked her perfect egg, smartly tapping his rump to move him along, "do you expect me to eat it plain."
Rhetorical questions needed no question marks.

Cracking and cooking eggs?
What a lovely skill for him to learn, since he was the kind to live by himself. Not that Dawn knew where he would find himself a chicken, but it was still a good skill.
Taking the egg as carefully as he could, he worked on cracking it open - finding it much more difficult than he expected. The shell broke . . . well enough . . . and the egg itself looked edible - he was sure that shell was healthy anyways, for what little bits seemed to have slipped back in to the runny food before it could harden.
Well . . . it still tasted good enough!

"Beginners luck,"He laughed softly and watched as the egg sizzled merrily, "I suppose I shouldn't be surprised," It was mostly a joke. When the egg came off, and he was allowed to taste, Spectral decided he liked eggs a lot.

More eggs to crack, more free food in Blue Blood's opinion. Plus, the bucks had been quite nice. Smiling before he attempted a perfect egg, he grasped it in his mouth and letting it crack. Still not perfect, but the yolk was intact, and that was good enough for him to eat which is what really mattered to Blue Blood. (2 tokens)

"Thank you,” Sunspot grinned happily at her brother, ate up the egg and the fruit and left with a spring in her step. The next day she returned to test out her skill again. “I’m definitely getting better!” There was a lot less shell in it this time. If she just kept at it, she would surely become an Egg Master! She looked hopefully at at Pull and the extra food. This egg could use some garnish.

After yesterday's shameful display, Free felt she almost had to redeem herself. She and her herd had gone home, and, while they were still asleep at the Glade, she'd slipped out to make them breakfast. After watching a couple more times how they cracked the eggs, Free picked one up, and gently cracked it. A couple little bits of shell fell in, but, hey, eggshells were healthy enough, she supposed.

Notice Me then thought, it would be nice to have some to share an egg with. And a little game would make it so perfect - he would get it perfect and offer it to his companion. After the egg was crushed and dribbled down the side of the booth (and he'd licked it up hastily), he was very glad he did not have a companion. Again.

19 December14 to 30: your cracking was OK! Maybe bits of shell or lost white, but the yolk is intact. [2 tokens] The egg cracking booth seems a little bit busy today but that did not stop this tiny acha. Her tummy grumbled in hunger and she sure as heck wanted to watch the demonstration given on how to eat cooked eggs. All she ever had was raw ones with lots of shell pieces stuck on it.
Flicking her tail, Undertaker watched with curious eyes. "Ok...Ok.. Ok.." she mumbled to herself under her breath, repeating the how-to steps in her mind. So that's how this tribe does it. The desert had plenty of flat hot slabs of rock. She never knew that eggs could be eaten this way.
She licked her lips all excited and ready to crack an egg. Coming here was a good choice indeed, for this egg was free and hers to eat without fighting others over it.
The tiny doe picked it up the egg just like the buck just did and dropped it. It was not perfect but it cracked in half with little amount of shells stuck onto the yolk. Eggggcellent! No more crunchy bits! "Thank you," she replied and started to eat. The tokens can wait, she decided, stomach needs feeding.

Sings darts up to the next booth. The smell of eggs wafting through the air is divine and he cant resist it! What kin doesn't like eggs? "What an interesting way of cooking them..I'd like to try!" Sings of Sunlight watches the others for a moment, before making the attempt himself. "Ooops!" Sings snickered, for his first time, he supposed he was doing OK. Despite the tiny bits of shell he thoroughly enjoyed eating the egg. Thanking the tribe members running the booth for the meal, and the two tokens, before darting off to the next exciting thing that caught his eye.

Mystery cracks another egg and determines it's edible, but she hasn't seemed to improve much. "I'll get there," she cheers herself on, and fries the egg, gobbling up the delicious results all the same. She has no idea how folks can do this all the time in this tribe! She wonders how many eggs were used up in the training to get this good!

Someone had let Wild Green Stones near the delicate-looking eggs again, it seemed: but fortunately, Rise and Shine seemed pretty smart about protecting its assets. He was only given the one, and then: it cracked pretty evenly, actually. Right in two. Wild Green Stones pushed both halves of the eggshell off, and then - oh, s**t. He'd been wrong. There was a little spot of shell right in the middle of the yolk, that he was able to notice as he leaned in. And also he'd, uh, managed to mess up the white while swiping the shell off. Whoops.
At least it was edible. Two tokens, not bad, hey?
