“What’s wrong with the train?” Cinnabar growled before casting her eyes that way to finally, finally notice that the thing speeding by no longer resembled a train, save in general size.
Was that a ******** Youma? The ******** was going on here? That sort of explained the mess that was all over the floor, stinking fowl enough to make her nose itch and eyes water. Thank god, the merge hadn’t come with a more sensitive ability to smell…
“God, I can’t leave you people alone for ten ******** minutes…” The general cast an eye around at the others, taking in disheveled states. Everyone was covered in this disgusting stuff, which in hindsight made her sort of grateful she hadn’t been here…
People looked to be attacking the wall of flesh speeding by with what they could grab to hand. It didn’t seem to be having a lot of effect, save for when said things were on fire. Maybe that was the trick to this… they certainly weren’t going to be able to do much with the weapons they had. As far as she knew, Xenotime and Umber had knuckle weapons, made for brawling. Attacking that, they needed projectiles.
Seemed like the train had the same idea because suddenly things were flying at them, taking down people around her as they hit with enough force to take them off their feet. Cinnabar move instinctively, ducking and dodging as pieces shot at her, hearing them smack with a sickening wet sound into the tile and concrete all around. If she hadn’t just eaten a youma, upping her speed in response… she didn’t want to think about how much that would have hurt. A quick glance confirmed at the others with her had been teleported out of harms way, which was all to the good.
“This is ******** ridiculous.” The General snarled as she stomped her way through the muck towards the pillars and the benches there. There was a green-haired senshi nearby, but she paid her little heed while she was laid out flat by flying youma bits. She had probably had the same idea, but Cin figured she could do a bit more than a super senshi could… after all, the youma in her upped her strength as well. Grabbing hold of the bench, Cinnabar gave a groan and wrenched it from the floor, muscles straining while metal shrieked and broke.
“Xenotime, Hand please?” She called to the dark-haired general as she set the freed bench down and shrugged out of her heavy leather coat with its fur collar. It splashed down into the bile on the floor, but she was unconcerned. What mattered right now was it not getting in the way of her movement, and the bustier alone would leave her unrestricted. Tail lashing, she hauled the bench up to her shoulder, preparing to heave the heavy piece at the train.
It wasn’t exactly an elegant weapon, but it would have to do.

Scholomance / HP: 50
"Dickl-" Scholomance cut off into a pained yelp when a sizable chunk of bisected flesh struck him in the back of the head. Knocked off his feet, the page had little time to brace himself with arms out before hitting the wet platform floor with loaned inertia. He slid forward a few feet and formed a fair ring of human giblets around his arms before he managed to haul himself somewhat upright. It felt all-too-similar to getting donkey punched in the back of the head by Haüyne, but the blow itself disintegrated into ash not long afterward.
While he struggled to his feet, Scholomance spotted Cinnabar attempting to move a bench on her own, and successfully wrenched it free. Goosebumps rose on his flesh as he considered exactly how delicately that strength was parsed out in their first meet.
He did not, however, linger on her stripping form for long. After stripping off his gloves, a hand pressed gingerly to the swelled bruise that was undoubtedly forming. He returned to the group, utterly perturbed and entirely out of motivation to assist in stopping the youma train. "Look. Metabolism 101. Whatever's on that train is this thing's lunch. When it runs out of food, it runs out of energy and eventually dies and no one is dumb enough to board that s**t in the interim. We don't have to stand around with our ******** thumbs up our asses when it's a battle of attrition. And we don't have to play American Riot Firehose, either," he added with a sharp glare to Havasu.
"I'm not waiting around for that damned thing to drown me in pieces of ******** people," he spat. Finally the page stalked toward the office, hoping to find some semblance of security once he could press past the princess there.

The whistle sounded shrill, the accompanying chorus of youmafied voices pained in their vocalizations. The fire licked through the window of Car 2 furiously. Orange light burst from the windows and sprinted across the platform floor as the train raced by. It rounded for a second pass, the whistle still blowing, the gleaming bone displayed down the length of it now completely exposed without its meat exterior. The ash from the ejected musculature stirred in great whorls from the speed of the train alone. The floor now appeared a deep grey with wet, mottled ash.
When the train reached its second revolution to the platform, the membrane between Car 1 and Car 2 split open, revealing a cluster of eyes that focused about the room. A thick, meaty cord connecting the first and second cars as a coupler stretched, tore, and finally snapped as the train parted itself from the burning mass that devoured its middle. Afterward the brakes engaged fully without active youma interference, with Car 2 and Car 3 coming to a full stop before the platform.
But the whistle did not sound far, and seconds passed in idle soon became too costly with the train looping back around. If anyone remained on the cars when the train struck, easy estimates revealed that the rest of the attendees would be wearing them.

Maia gave Athene a grin when he texted Polaris and was happy for his quick thinking. She hoped someone had magic that would help them. She wasn't however sure that they should wait, but the decision was taken away from her as things were being thrown at the train. First a trash can, which made her turn and glare, but it was something flaming that made her heart speed up. It went through a train car window suddenly the first car detached itself, leaving the other flaming car behind.
"Oh no, get everyone off now," she said realizing that the first car was likely going to come right back around and slam into the second and third cars.
She looked to Athene eyes wide, giving little warning. "Aim for the first car. We have to be quick."
"Absolute Harmony," she called out the music filling her and she sang out the notes to her super attack. She tried to hold it for a moment to time it just right. She had to hit the train, miss and she only had one more shot of her stronger super magic.
She watched singing as the noted popped into before swirling like a tornado and rushing forward right toward the trains path. Her song ended, she called, "as soon as the notes hit it."
She hoped she didn't have to explain what she meant because they didn't have very much.
Quote:
Absolute Harmony
Its a series of rather soft sweet notes, that Maia sings. When she makes her attack, she turns to face the target and as she sings, translucent rainbow colored notes fly toward the target and start float and circle him/her. The notes are fast in their approach. It causes the opponent to calm down. It causes the opponent to feel the thought slipping away, they feel less able to concentrate at the task at hand. Heart rate is slower and they will feel sluggish as with Sweet Harmony. The effects of the attack last for 3 minutes after Maia's note ends. This is tiring for Maia and can only be used 3 times in battle.

Maia is using her super attack to slow car one, Athene will try to catch it in later post!
Despite Sessrumnir taking the brunt of the hit for her, Ganymede still ended up with gunk in her hair and splattered all over her dress, though most of the stains could have easily come from before. The platform was a disgusting mess of regurgitated... well, she didn't really care to know what it was. The point was it was disgusting.
“Are you okay!” she asked, and then for Valhalla's benefit she threw an “I'm fine!” over her shoulder.
Then two cars worth of the train came to a screeching halt right in front of the platform. One was on fire, which sent ash to join the rest of the mess on the platform. Ganymede glanced around searching for inspiration.
She could use her crystal magic, but she wasn't sure what that would do. Oh, she knew the effects of it. It was not that different from her Eternal magic, simply on a wider scale. It was just that she was sure it would effect more than the train, and as everyone seemed to be working together now to get their people out of the train cars, she didn't want to do anything to put anyone at a disadvantage.
The most important thing was not fighting the Negaverse right now, but getting people out.
But Sessrumnir was right. With the train stopped, they could now physically attack it.
With nothing else at her disposal, Ganymede reached down for one of her glass shoes. She hurled it at one of the train cars, aiming for one of the windows in the hopes that it would break open and afford the people inside another way out.

Sailor Subamara (First Stage): HP 100 – half = 50
The train passed again with further screaming, and Subamara straightened from her coughing fit, covering nose and mouth as she watched the various things getting hurled as it passed. The magic striking it seemed to be the best bet, everything else was so small. Even in the slightly woozy state of the draining she’d taken earlier, she could see the youma was too big for that. You’d need to throw a truck or something. A motorbike. Were the turnstiles still blocked? Could you throw a turnstile? They’d be better off trying to block off the tracks.
She glanced around to look for weapons, options. It was much easier to focus on externals, on the small, manageable details. She could freak out about it later, after they’d hopefully saved everyone they could. No, saved everyone. She wasn’t going to look at ground at all.
Then the train whistle screeched, and a further hideous rain emerged. Still largely glued in place, Subamara raised her hands to defend, crouching small, only the first sticky wave’s residue keeping her from being knocked right off her feet into the stinking mess as chunks spun out from the thing, pummelling her with force like boulders, certain to bruise, and maybe worse. It stung, it hurt, and okay, freak out now. She needed some kind of blanket, like stat. The attack left her fighting back quiet, choking sobs. She remained like that, curled and coated in the youma’s vomit, long curls plastered down her back and tears leaving the only clear paths down her face, until the train came back around.
Something was different this time. There was no new wave of muck. She lifted her head. The train had stopped. She stared at it dully, two whole cars just sitting there at the platform, nearly normal.
The train had stopped. They could get to the train. To the people that might be on the train. She couldn’t fight, she wasn’t really up to standing right now, but she could Get People Out, and she was not giving up. With an effort, she dragged her boots free of the goop.
Another thought occurred - it might not be dead. It might hit her with more acid-bile-bits. Subamara paused to cast her magic, for whatever small benefit the extra agility would give her, then raced closer to the nearest stopped car, the less fiery one.
“Hello, are you in there? Can you hear me?” she called, trying to find a gap in metal and membrane to start kicking at.
Quote:
Subamara Coffee Rush: Subamara holds out her hands and a stream of coffee pours out, pooling on the ground around her. A strong coffee aroma fills the area. Anyone splashed by or stepping in the coffee feels temporarily more alert and energised - specifically, their hearing and agility are both slightly boosted for the next 30 seconds. - Effect: Slightly boosted hearing and agility - Range: Anyone within 1 meter radius of Subamara - Duration: 30 seconds
This is a short-range area-of-effect. If you’re close to Car 3 on the Platform, feel free to assume you’re close enough to claim a boost.
"I'm fine," Sessrumnir waved Ganymede and her concern off, rolling his shoulders and knowing he would be sore in the morning. He moved forward as the train cars disconnected from the front car and the engine. One was now on fire and there were still people inside.
"Anyone else with weapons want to help get this open?" he called to the others around him, concerned that the engine and other car will be coming back around. Thankfully, someone was already trying to get into the third car. He used the chain of his weapon to try and hit the remaining youma to get them to scatter, before trying to muscle his way into one of the doors on the flaming car.
He had no magic, but trying to pry open a door seemed reasonable. Valhalla ran over to try and help Sessrumnir get the door open and to check to see if Ganymede's shoe did any damage to the window.
He'd already gotten a reply from Celsus and it didn't seem good. "Celsus! Are you in here??" he called, knowing the knight would be able to help get the door open from the inside. Or if not Celsus, anyone within reach of the door on the second car.

Princess Polaris - HP: 205
Quote:
Just a note that I got permission to do this/ thanks Strick. heart
It seemed the intercom would not be necessary after all. Through the tiny bits of the window that weren't covered in goop and pieces of meat Polaris could see the train lurching and responding to the assault of random debris being thrown at it. When it began to stretch and pull and two cars broke free of the first car she immediately turned to Mistral. "I'm going to go help try and get people out of the car. Are you going to be okay in here?"
She was excited really, relieved even, had they actually suceeded!? Were they actually going to be able to get everyone out and away to safety? Relief, until a voice sounded from the phone still in her hand. Snowball was in the first car. Not the ones that had come to a screaming halt. On the one that was still screaming through the station. The one that would eventually come careening into the cars that were stopped on the tracks.
"I'm sorry..." Her words were directed at Mistral, as she didn't wait around for a response to her question, bolting through the door of the office and out onto the platform.
"I'm coming Snowball." She spoke into the phone and then the line went abruptly silent as the phone disappeared into subspace. There was a concerted effort as Polaris tried to step over and not slip on the mess that covered the platform, her hands holding up the fabric of her dress, not for daintiness but simply to keep it from dragging through the grunge and picking up even more weight. Her wings were spread to help her keep balance despite her stupid heels.
And as she skidded to a stop at the edge of the platform her eyes went passed the stopped train to try and figure out exactly where the runaway section of it was. And what possibly she could do about it. The power from her Polarian crystal would be more of a deteriment right now, seperating everyone and making sure it impossible for them to help each other escape. She could use her eternal powers to stick herself to the train but.. who knew if, even on top of it she'd be able to find a way to stop the car. Her gaze turned momentarily to the stalled cars and the people slowly trying to hack their way out and the others on the platform attempting to assist.
What could she do? Even if the two trains appeared to be more metallic and less youma now.. they were still massive and full of people. Moving them would impossible. So that meant....
Her eyes settled on the tracks, an idea that was barely half assed, but she didn't have the time to over-think it or come up with better options. She didn't even know if she could do it, but she at least had to try.
The edges of her dress dropped and Polaris' hands stretched in front of her, as if somehow it might actually help, and her mind sought some point of weakness in the rails below her.
"Super magnetic field!" Her target was the rails not far behind the stalled train cars. And the rail's target - the ceiling above. If she could just bend and break the tracks she could hopefully stop the one car from hitting the others... And maybe if she was strong enough.. if she could bend them up back enough and add enough incline maybe it'd slow down the first car too. Snowball was in there after all.
And it was the thought of her Guardian that she focused on as she heard the creaking and groaning of the metal. It was only her super staged attack but she had practiced controlling it on her homeworld, pushing her Princess powers into it to let her lift things that were heavier and bigger. She could only hope the same would apply now as she pushed all of her power into it. Even if it used ever last bit of energy she had, they just needed to stop the train.

Super Sailor Juno - HP: 60 As she tried to peel herself off the ground and right herself so she could attack again Juno spotted the.. strange youma taking her bench. (It seemed today was a day for many new and exciting sights) Watching with awe as she wrenched the bench off the ground and chucked it at the train. The reaction of the train was deliciously satisfying.
Groaning a little she finally pulled herself up, lumbering uneasily towards the edge of the platform as well. Was it all done? She had little interest in trying to help the people converging on trying to free people from the train.
Athene had managed a small smile at Maia's grin, before turning slightly to look at the dark-haired haired Saturn Squire that had come to join their rather teensy group of two.
Whilst the woman seemed to be directed her conversation at Maia, it hadn't stopped him from nodding in acknowledgement of her comments.
A shrill whistle had him, turning back to the train just as the thing started started discharging stuff at them and at high speed as it charged through once again and for a moment he had only been able to stare in startled surprise - a surprise that had quickly turned into dawning horror as he realised that the not only was the stuff coming their way, but there was no way to dodge.
He tried in the seconds before impact to brace himself as best he could, but the force was still enough to knock him clean off his feet, the stuff coming and in a wave of gross but forceful impact.
It took a while for him to realise after it was finally over, every inch of him feeling sore and bruised and very very icky.
It seemed however that others had fared better than him as he managed to force himself back to his feet.
It seemed that others had managed to stay active whilst he'd been downed by the trainouma's attack however, as two of the carriages' appeared to have stopped, flame licking at one of the two.
Two? There was something wrong with the numbers, Athene not quite able to put his finger completely on why...
At least not until Maia's comments made it all click in a way he really wished that it hadn't.
He turned away from the burning carriage - Maia was right they'd have to be quick - and after the curly red-haired senshi called on her magic, Athene took the opportunity to call on his super attack for the second time that day "Blue beads of Nazar – intenstated!"
He had never tried calling on his super-level magic, had never realised how tiring the effect would be, but even so Athene did his best to direct the beads that formed in the direction of the runaway train car (Car 1), following after in the direction of the magical musical notes that was Maia's magic as he hoped desperately that their twin magic attacks cast in conjunction would be able to do something about the carriage.
He was unaware that Polaris had also seen the car and was also using her magic, caught up as he was in trying to will Maia's and his efforts to work and do something useful.
Quote:
Blue beads of Nazar – intenstated: Athene’s super level attack takes the form of a ‘ball of beads’ that can trap a target with ill will towards either Athene or one of his allies in a barrier of beads if it connects. (Ill will means that the target wishes to cause some form of harm to either Athene or his ally). Target can still jump, block, or strike with their weapon - but they cannot leave the ring of beads. Beads can be smashed by someone outside the barrier, smashing half (24 to 30) will bring down the barrier. Duration: About thirty seconds (or 2 posts).

Delphi HP: 140 - 20 = 120
Watching as one member of their little group took off for the offices she turned her pale eyes to the rest and nodded to her fellow knight. "yes, try and find a hose or fire extinguisher, either might be of some help. Anything we can use as a projectile as well." She said looking to the senshi in the group. "Or magic." Noting the newly arrived senshi she managed a smile to her, this was not a time to make friends this was a time to handle a youma.
"Do whatever you can with your magic." She wished hers could do more, for once, a shield was fine and dandy but not in a situation like this. Here it was useless and wouldn't help them help the people on the train. "We need to stop that remaining car." Since it seemed two of them had decided to kindly stop right in front of the platform. She was also looking for her own princess to see what she was doing, and if she needed any assistance. The other had far more power than Delphi and Polaris could do a lot in the way of helping with this situation, or so she felt, since the train...under everything was made of metal - right?
The senshi she'd dragged here earlier was looked at. "I don't know. Anything magical I think will help in some way - it's worth trying. This isn't something I'm familiar with, a train turned youma and people trapped on it."

Harmonia // HP: 120
Harmonia raced across the platform to where the princess was standing struggling with her magic. She didn't really know what was being done, but Harmonia figured whatever it was had to be in assistance to the last train care that was still attached to the train.
Skidding to a stop next to the princess, Harmonia licked her lips. She really wasn't sur ehow much help she'd be to a royal but every little bit had to help right? She lifted her arms up towards the Princess. "Spirit Resonance!" She yelled with conviction and a golden thread appeared and linked the two together before fading out of sight.
'This is going to be really strange, but I am Harmonia. I am giving you a power boost right now but I won't last long. Whatever you're doing I hope it works! You can talk back to me too. Just think loudly at me.'
Harmonia didn't know what else to really say to the princess as she focused her power to help as much as possible. Maybe, just maybe, with the power boost she was giving they could get done whatever it is the princess was trying to achieve.

Princess Polaris - HP:205
It was draining, not like when she usually used this particular power. But she was pushing so much energy into it to fight gravity, structural integrity, and the sheer weight of the object she was working with that she could feel the physical drain on her powers and body. And then suddenly.. there was a momentary feeling of relief, as if she had a small second wind.
She had no clue it was anything more than willpower until suddenly the chaotic noise in her mind was quieted by a soft voice. It was enough to cause her eyes to open searching for the source. The words won't last long however brought her attention back to the task at hand pretty quickly. The sound of creaking and groaning metal intensifying.
"Thank you Harmonia. Hopefully this will be just enough."
There was more she wanted to say, but it wasn't the time as she tried her best to focus on the metal, sensing yet another of the bracers helping to secure the tracks break. Hopefully later she'd get a chance to truly talk to the other senshi and thank her again. Once the train was stopped and everyone was out and safe - between her promise to Snowball and the other senshi's assistance she was feeling confident again. With them all working together they could definitely do this.

Mistral HP: 120
"Uhh," said Mistral, but Polaris was already halfway out the door. "Yeah," she said. "I can handle myself." Just her and the console, sure. She could handle that and try not to ruin anything. (But she would probably break everything.) As the princess left the room, a flurry of messages came in.
"It's gross out here, too, Bifrost," she assured the Chronos squire, who she was mostly just glad was talking to her again and didn't seem too bitter. Maybe the statute of limitations on wonder-induced trauma ran out after a year...?
At Celsus's encouragement, she began to look for a set of buttons that looked like they might be another set of brakes. Finding a likely candidate, Mistral flipped them and looked over her shoulder to see the results.
Hopefully, no one was going to come through the door and try to ******** with her.
So things could indeed get worse. The general watched as the train all by roared and detached part of itself before speeding off again. Typhon's flaming can of alchohol did the trick apparently. However, as he saw knights and the like rush to the remaining cars trying to get the doors open, he realized that that wasn't exactly a good thing.
Chunks were going to fly again if they didn't get people out. As much as he wanted to just let the White Mooners become lunch... he also didn't want more chucks in his hair. Besides, there were still his people on the inside that needed rescuing.
s**t.
Jarosite raced out from behind his pillar, skidding to a stop next to a pair of Jupiter knights shouting though the door. He slipped one sword into it's holster on his hip and approached.
"Oi, I ain't here to attack anyone and I promise to I won't after everyone's out. I can help pry it open with my swords." said the young man, eyeing the two knights apprehensively. Yes, Jarosite was a bloodthirsty SOB, but he had his moments.
