The soldier that was warped to space A19 looks around and spots the exposed priest, but is distracted by Shinon flipping him off, and thus provokedly lunges at him, doing (5+4-7)= 2 damage
He looked back to see how Shinon was holding up, since he was kind of behind but not that far away. Ziaram was nowhere to be found, and Vika flew off somewhere. It was only Kira and Rhys who were close by for now. A mysterious figure seemed to appear and he couldn't really tell whether it was a friend or foe.From look of things it seemed like he was motioning towards shinon like he was under attack.Oh dear... Shinon needs help!
Kira was chasing after Rhys, and he was still a bit frightened concerning Kira's very strange powers. She didn't seem like a bad person or anything, but he needed to trust her and work with everyone regardless of who they were.
He looked at Kira with his serene, gentle eyes. " I'm sorry about running away like that. Say err... Kira you mentioned earlier that you have powers to heal yourself but in order to do so you have to hurt your enemy first?" Rhys asked still confused about it but he still continued on. "I can't say for certain, but it looks like Shinon may need help. I wish I could be more useful as a fighter but I'm not really physically strong and all I can do is heal.." He let a sigh. I know Shinon may not seem very friendly, but could I possibly ask for your assistance?"
Rhys never really got to know Shinon a whole lot before, but he was still a part of the Greil Mercenaries even if he was a jerk. And it just wasn't right to leave him behin or anyone for that matter. It wasn't in Rhys's nature as a priest to do that. Rhys stays at his spot with Kira for right now. "I'm pretty weak you know, so it might be best if I stay away from that possible enemy for now" Rhys said with a worried expression on his face.
(Of alllllll the times to roll a 4. Fuuuu. This is it. This is my luck for the whole game, doomed to roll 1's and 2's at all non-important times and roll 4's when engaged in combat. I see how it is, RNG gods. -shot-)
Today was just turning out w o n d e r f u l for Shinon.(Sarcasm to it's finest~ -shot-)First everyone mills about like headless chickens, now there's a soldier blocking his advance and poking him with a sharp stick.
At least the Soldier was something to vent his frustration on.
Stepping back one tile to A11 he took an arrow out of his quiver, fit it to the string and gave the soldier an annoyed, deadpan glare as he took aim.
(And apparently doomed to roll 1's and 2's for combat rolls. Yay. -shot-)
Shinon fired at the Soldier. 7+2+2-3 = 8 damage!(Let me know if I did this wrong, I was calculating with Prescience in as well.)
To add insult to injury, the archer flips the Soldier off afterwards. Again.

Kira the Dark Mage
Kira would turn around, surprised to see the soldier suddenly teleport in from behind them. "Wha! Where did he come from?" she would then look at the timid priest and smile at his words, almost mischievously. "It's alright. I'll hit him hard enough for both us! You just do your part and keep us alive, ok? I'm sure, in time, you will find the strength to fight along side us as well."
Kira giggles as she dashes off in the soldiers direction, ending her movement right beside him in A26.

Once in range, Kira cackle maniacally as she pulls out her tome and her hands glow with malevolent energy. "Hahaha, yes! Finally a chance to test my magic again! Let's see how powerful I've become!"
Kira gleefully launches a bolt of dark energy at the soldier.
